I switched to Dr. Roberts after my former PCP retired and just had my first visit to establish care. She is very, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. She is also a great listener which I believe is so important in a doctor. I am ecstatic I found her and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Roberts really takes her time during our appointments, and she is very accommodating regarding any concerns I have and really listens to them. Also, everyone I have met on her staff is truly kind. I would come here regardless of my insurance. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for about a year, the doctor seems nice but communication with the office has been less then satisfactory. First they forgot to order a lab test that I specifically told them I need, then they couldn’t find my result from the lab after I went back for a second time to get my blood drawn. I emailed for a new prescription and they told me to contact the pharmacy... Really? The Pharmacy needs a prescription from you guys not from me... I don’t know if they are overwhelmed or just don’t care about average patients like me but the communication sucks, so much back and forth, so much time wasted.

She is wonderful has a great understanding of your needs and doesn’t rush you in or out . Always gets back with me and reassures me when she knows I’m worried.

I LEFT THE OFFICE FEELING WARM & FUZZY. I FINALLY FOUND A DOCTOR WHO TREATED ME LIKE THEY CARED ABOUT ME AS A PATIENT. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.
