Our kids have been going here since 2018. They have been great! Very nice and professional group of people. Even when we were 30-45 minutes late due us having to wait after our kids getting their COVID vaccination, they worked them in instead of charging us late or cancelation fees.

Exam and process of explaining what I need was indeed one of the best I have had from dentistry. Then talking with financial process was great. I chose Renew Dental because of all the great reviews. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but everyone at Renew made me feel at ease. My treatment plan was very clearly explained to me by Dr. Gray and by Alicia who handled the scheduling for future visits. Brett took my x-rays/photos and was very helpful and friendly through my entire visit. I like that everything was fully explained, even by the hygienist who examined my gums (I think her name was Sam) instead of just rattling off a bunch of numbers to Brett, she explained exactly what that meant about the condition of my gums around each tooth. Because of today’s visit, I’m actually looking forward to going back and getting my dental health back on track.

Everyone was so kind. Hygienist along with Dr Gray was so thorough and explained everything needed to be done with simple language. Wasn’t pushy at all. Just stated the facts and then emailed me an estimate of everything. Loved them!

I have severe dental anxiety, caused by trauma, resulting in my not seeking dental care unless I was in severe pain. I was terrified going into my appointment, despite a friend promising me that every single staff member is kind, caring, patient, and understanding. They respected my request to not show me any X-rays or pictures, and this is the only time I’ve truly felt that they did not judge me at all. They GENUINELY care about my mental health and emotional comfort just as much as they did my dental health. I went in because of pain (which was resolved), and am actually looking forward to my next visit and to start the process of the extensive dental work journey I will be on. I am retired on a fixed income and I have Medicare insurance. Im sure it discounts normal fees for dental work. Renew Dental accepted my insurance and required no copay for my extraction. I appreciated this. Their service was as professional as any dentist I have seen before. They had modern equipment. They did what I asked for and did not try to sell me more than that. The practice was busy but efficiently operated. They got me in within 2 days as a new patient. I was very satisfied and will go back again. Thank you to the ladies who took care of me.

Everyone that works there is so sweet and always smiling. Dr.Dani is wonderful, she explains everything and gives the patient options on how to move forward. Only issue is with billing, my insurance is showing that I owe less than what the office is showing.

I love how friendly everyone is. The staff and dentists here really take care of their patients. Just today it started raining outside unexpectedly an d I left my sunroof open. The staff and dentist saw me running out to go close my sunroof. Ran to their kitchen area and got me some of their towels. Not paper towels. Towels so I can dry the water off my seats and the other parts that got wet. I want to say thank hou again for looking out for me beyond the teeth. Give these guys I try.
