I’ve been coming here for a while they are always great. Dr. Kandati is the best. I’ve had my teeth broken for most of my life and I can honestly say that she is the only one I’ve trusted to fix them. They always make me feel like family and at ease when I come. I have went here 3 times and all the staff is very nice and explains everything in detail. Stacie at the desk answered all my questions and was super helpful and very professional. Love this place. I saw Dr Haroun. He was very thoughtful and thorough. Had to get a crown. They made it in house. Wonderful not having a temporary one for 6 weeks. Was in and out just over two hours. Even got my teeth cleaned while I waited.

I called early morning to get a appointment for a infection. Stacie U. got me scheduled quickly and was in same day. Everyone that was there in the office was super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Ive been going here over a year now, and everytime Ive gone I have not been disappointed. Stacie is so helpful in explaining everything financially about how everything works, and to where I can understand it. Everytime I saw the hygienist Adrianna, she would always ask me about my day. Im currently expecting baby #2, and on my last visit I didnt get to see Dr. K because they said she was so busy that day. After my teeth cleaning she took the time to come see me and congratulate me. I started my dental adventure with Dr.K while I was pregnant not to mention I’m not a fan of the dentist but I had things that needed done and couldn’t wait she was unbelievable in making sure I was comfortable throughout all my procedures I definitely recommend her to people whom don’t like the dentist. Stacie was wonderful and helped make my dental work possible by monthly payments I could afford, this is definitely a go to place and a friendly atmosphere!!!

I went in to get a lower denture as I broke the one I had. The dentist looked like he was a teenager, which automically made me a little uncomfortable. He kept trying to sell me on denture implants, I explained that I could not afford them. He went out of the room several times to talk to the financial manager. I have no ideal why. He explained after I was there for at least an hour that he would hate that I would not get the implants and would pay $1000.00 for a replacement denture. That was when I knew I was in the wrong place. I did not like his hard selling .

I have severe dental anxiety and long road to recovery ahead. The staff at Clarksville Modern Dentistry understands and they make me feel comfortable each time I come in for a procedure. They are outstanding in my opinion and I’m not terrified of the dentist anymore. Thank you for taking such excellent care of me.

Nope. They drop hidden charges into the bill and pretend that it is ok. Went in for a new patient cleaning and check up 6 months ago and they took x-rays (ok, but they wouldnt accept them from my past dentist less than a year ago) and then they took PHOTOGRAPHS of my face and tried to charge me $20 per photo. What?! They also claimed $27 for education. I am 49 years old with only 1 cavity in my life and all my teeth - what education do I need? Terrible, not helpful and frustrating to deal with. Went to another dentist in town and much happier!

$59 PROMO SCAM. “Cleaning, Exam, Digital X-rays*” NOT true! I went in there expecting to get a cleaning and I left there with them telling me I have a gum disease and they “ethically would not do a regular cleaning”. They gave me two options of a laser deep cleaning of $511.00 or $1086.00. I just wanted a regular simple cleaning as the promotion/coupon stated. Not going there again!!! Do not recommend unless you plan to spend a LOT of money on unnecessary things.

I have been there for almost a year! The staff there Specially Stacie and Dr. Faruai have been incredible, always so helpful, caring and happy.

They take really good care of there patients. They never do anything without giving you options and always let you know costs first.

I gave this place two stars because Dr. Faruqi is incredibly kind, understanding, gentle, friendly, and customer-focused. Let me be clear HER SERVICE IS THE ONLY REASON. THIS PLACE GETS 2 STARS! Now for the rest of the staff, I’ve dealt with. The receptionist staff is ok; you can tell they don’t care. They try to get you off the phone or out of the line. They come off rude and annoyed when you ask a lot of questions. Not all of them are like this, but most of them are. The hygienist is ok they mainly do what they are told; now you have to watch them when they are taking impressions and X-rays; they sometimes don’t let the impressions paste set long enough, and it slides down your throat. I know that the impression paste will slide and is uncomfortable, but I swallowed it because it was so runny it wouldn’t set, and I threw up instantly. Sometimes they forget to ask you are you pregnant before they do the X-rays; they just put the protector on you and don’t ask you any of the questions to make sure an X-ray won’t hurt you.Now I needed a tooth pulled, and they have an oral surgeon that comes to the location twice a month. His name is Dr. Carter. He and his staff are rude, easily irritated, and rough. The team that he brings with him is the same. On my first encounter with Dr. Carter and his staff, they were very unfriendly, impatient, unwelcoming, non informing, and cold. When they couldn’t find a vein for me, they started sighing, walking off, asking other staff members, rolling their eyes, and being very irritable about my veins being hard to find. They don’t talk you through what’s going on, and overall they are just rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. It was my first time getting a tooth pulled, and he couldn’t give me an IV, so they sedated me with a shot. It took a while for me to go to sleep, so I asked for my husband because I was scared and uncomfortable they allowed him to come back. After that, I don’t remember much, but my husband was back there with me. He said the Dr. had a flustered and frustrated look on his face that read, “ Damn, go to sleep” my husband also told me during the time he was waiting on me to go to sleep. He never came and checked on me. He only stopped in the room twice, and it was only to see if I was sleep. I have three other teeth to get pulled, and I didn’t want to go to them, however against my better judgment, I still scheduled an appointment for today, 8.17. When I get to the office, the receptionist was polite today. I explained my experience last visit and told them I was uncomfortable if my husband couldn’t come back with me. They explained to me why He couldn’t come back. I understood, but I was still skeptical and concerned. I called my husband in the consulting room so I could share with him what they told me. The head of surgery operations, Amanda, stepped out of the room and gave us a minute to talk. Well, to no avail, when she came back in the room 5 minutes later, I still was skeptical; she tried to reassure me, but halfway in, I guess she got frustrated and started telling me Dr. Carter is everyone’s oral surgeon, and I don’t have many other options. She then showed her irritability with the whole situation and refused to serve me. Which I think I dodged a bullet anyway because it seems after this second bad experience being irritated, frustrated, and annoyed with concerned patients is the norm at this office. I will ONLY come back for Dr. Faruqi, and if she changes offices, I will too! Enter at your own risk!!!!!!

Beyond excellent, my daughter who has extreme anxiety and is scared to death of dentists called yesterday for an appointment for an emergency extraction where she would have to be put all the way under, they got her in for surgery today less than 24 hours after she called. They made her feel comfortable and eased her anxiety enough where she felt comfortable going there. Thank you Clarksville Modern Dentistry from the bottom of this Mommas heart!

My wife and I both came in for a cleaning and had to get work done. We had our 3yo Daughter with us, and they were very friendly and worked with us to keep her safe and entertained during the visit. Very friendly and professional.

My first appointment for a cleaning was scheduled far in advance, when I showed up and sitting in the chair the receptionist came in and said it is going to be a 2 hour wait or we could reschedule you. I waited because I really needed a cleaning and I did not want to come back.My 2nd appointment for a cleaning was scheduled for Saturday May 15, 2021 (which was moved from April due to their schedule) at 10 am.I showed up about 9:55am and the office was closed. I waited thinking they just had not arrived yet, at 10:05 I tried to call the office and no one answered.NOTE: I received a confirmation text that morning at 8 am.At 10:10 I called the main office and she put me on hold and came back and said she is not sure what happened she sees my appt time, and no one is answering at the office.She said she would have someone follow up with me regarding this, now 2 weeks later I still have yet to hear from anyone at the company/office.Needless to say I will be finding another dentist, one that appreciates my time.

Close to a perfect experience !!I went to Clarksville Modern Dentistry for my periodic dental checkup. The wait time was very short. First, there were few X-rays taken. Post that Dr. Kandati went through them and address my concerns in detail. I was satisfied with the explanation.When it came to the cleaning, I think they have the best dental hygienist in the town. The cleaning was so gentle that I didnt feel like I was in a dentists chair. Would love to go back to the same clinic in future.

I am here from Florida visiting my daughter and chipped a molar. Based on the great reviews, I called and told them it was an emergency. They took me in at 1:30 the same day! The staff was so kind and even stayed late to fix my problem. I have never heard of getting a permanent crown in one day but they did it! I am so thankful for their excellent service and reasonable prices. They all took extra care because I am a nervous patient at the dentist!!! Thank you Dr. Kandati and staff.

Excessive wait times! I had an appointment at 1pm and came in early to check in. Waited 25 minutes in the waiting room, then finally got called back to get X-rays of my teeth, after that I was put in a room and waited another 20 minutes for the hygienist. When the hygienist was done poking around for a minute she left and then I had to wait again for the dentist. When she comes in she takes a look and then tells me that someone will come in shortly to talk pricing for a crown and root canal. Then I waited 30 minutes for that person to show up before walking out. Why schedule an appointment for someone if you don’t have time for them?? Two hours after I had left, I get a call from them wanting to talk pricing and to schedule my root canal. Not once did she apologize for my wait or anything. I will take my business somewhere that actually cares.

My husband, Konstantinos Selvin, and I both have had the best care we have ever received at a dentist office. Dr. Sahiti Kandati and her staff explain everything thoroughly. They do everything right there in their office from teeth cleaning to dentures. We want to thank them for the great care we have received.

I LOVE this office! Dr. Daniel is my dentist and Adrianna is my hygienist. Dr. Daniel is very outgoing and charismatic. He makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything in a way you can understand. Adrianna is so sweet! I came in one day for a cleaning after having a very bad day and after my cleaning with her, I left in a better mood than when I came in. I highly recommend both of them if you are like me and dont much enjoy the dentist. You wont feel that way after becoming their patient.

Never again will I ever go to this place, went for a simple deep cleaning, ended up being told that I needed one of their fancy crowns put on. Was ripped off by the price and to top it off, the deep cleaning lazer system they used ruined my gums. Then I started having terrible tooth pain where they put the crown, went and seen my wifes dentist. Was told that I needed a route canal done on the exact same tooth that this place done the crown on. Lets just say I was robbed of $2,500.00, I will never recommend this place to no one ever! I was actually told by a specialist that I had a clean case for a law suit.

The service was fast and professional. I also appreciated the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 24hrs of calling, I had a new crown over my chipped tooth. I feel the staff has my best interests in mind. They really take pride in their work and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, timely, and friendly service along with excellent quality.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kandati! Our insurance would only let us go to one dentist in town (John Kinney) and he was awful. Went there for three years and only met him ONCE. Thank god he retired and we were sent to Dr. K! She and her team are so amazing! The front staff are friendly and everyone in the back is great! The office is so nice and the equipment is top notch! Because of the terrible care I had received at my last office for three years, I need a LOT done. It’s going to be pricey, but Dr. K is working with me to spread things out at a more affordable rate. Today I had scaling done (my gums bleed every time I floss, which my old dentist said was okay and wouldn’t treat). I also needed a crown to replace a metal filling that was cracked and had decay (I complained I had pain there to my old dentist, who basically told me I was crazy). Dr. K actually had the correct equipment to figure out why it hurt. They make the crown in the office and you walk out with it THAT DAY!!!! Dr. K is awesome - I barely felt the numbing needle! I would definitely send my friends and family to this place!!! It feels so nice to have a doctor that actually cares!!!

Just moved to the area, and looking for a dentist, asked a few questions and they put me on indefinite hold. Very wishy washy over the phone, and asked about dentist that were approved at their location to find out they left them. When Inquired about what dentist would take my insurance, she spoke quickly and as if I was annoying her. Felt totally unwelcome. So off to another dentist. If this is how they treat prospective patients, hate to see how they are toward existing patients. Skip this one.

Im a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. Dr K and everyone else that I talked to in the office where amazing. I needed a lot of work done and they were so kind and compassionate. A payment plan was available and explained thoroughly. No surprises. I highly recommend Dr K absolutely amazing.

This place has a team of skilled, caring professionals, and the facilities are top-notch. They make their own crowns in-house so you dont have to wear a temporary while waiting for your crown to arrive. The X-Rays are digital, so you can see a large, clear image of your teeth on a computer screen. And if you hate having dental work done they can sedate you. Five stars for outstanding facilities and excellent work!

Just left this office without a cleaning. Went in for a normal 6 month cleaning as a new patient. They wanted to do a deep cleaning and scaling for $254 out of pocket!! They refused to do any type of cleaning because I wouldn’t have done what they wanted!! They acted like they couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough once I declined pay to have this done. I have never in my life been completely refused a normal cleaning!! I will never step foot back in this place!! Not to mention Dr. Francis was cocky and very unprofessional!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!

I saw Dr. Francis and he was fantastic. Actually, the whole staff was amazing. I always new what they were going to do and what to expect. They always took the time to explain procedures to me. As far as novocaine shots go, Dr. Francis is the closest to painless that I have ever experienced.

I had an incident and had no other option but to go back 2 years later and I learned she no longer works there and they have new staff. THANK GOD! Dr.K fixed me up and they were all very professional. Today I went in for a routine cleaning and I can honestly say Im excited to come back!

On valentines day this year I walked into the office knowing a had dental problems. Dr. Francis worked out all my problems that day staying with me until almost 9pm on valentines day!Today I took my wife in to see him and she is petrified of the dentist Dr.Francis and his staff did everything they could to help and keep her calm even made it a point to remove his coat when he walked into the room to set her at ease.I saw several posts about the cost of the office, but to me you get what you pay for, and I would rather pay a little more for quality, attentive care then deal with alot of the other dentists in this town.

I always felt happy and welcoming by the awesome team @ Clarksville Modern Dentistry. I have been to this clinic several times for hygiene appointments and dental procedures. The doctor and the staff are really professional and accommodating of my dental needs. They have state of the art equipment. I highly recommend this clinic.

Absolutely AMAZING staff!!! Gabina made the check in & approval possible, she refused to let me leave there n pain. I was so scared but Fairia my dentist assistant was great, she calmed my nerves & talked me through the whole process. Then to top it off Dr Kandati was the best dentist I have ever had... To say AMAZING would be cutting her short. I have finally found the dentist that I will stay with & feel great with my choice. U guys are OUTSTANDING !!!!

Dr. K and Shannon are amazing!!! I came in with extensive work to be done and Dr. K gave me a movie star smile. Her work is second to none and I thoroughly recommend anyone needing any level of dental work to make an appointment to visit her!! A+++

Dr. K and her staff are absolutely AWESOME!!! They have gone above and beyond to get my teeth taken care of and I am so glad I found them. They also do canned food drives and school supply drives for the community, if you bring in items, they will take a % off your services. I appreciate an office that cares about its patients and others as well.

I went to this office for the first time yesterday - the office was very clean and the staff was super friendly and professional. I appreciate the knowledge they shared with me and the dental work they did for me. Dr Francis did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable with the dental work I needed to have done, explained things every step of the way, and was very fun yet professional! Thank you all!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to and I’ve tried quite a few. Very friendly professional staff that will take care of you and work with payments as necessary. Very cool atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Dr. K is second to none. The whole staff of sweet girls won’t disappoint!

I had to change dentists because of insurance plans. I was hesitant and had low expectations but they are awesome! The staff was super friendly and I will definitely be keeping them as my dentist! These are some of the best people and I recommend anyone looking for a dentist to check them out!!

Dr. Francis and the staff at this office were all most helpful. I went to him as a walk-in with a horrible toothache after spending the day dealing with a horrible dental office located in Clarksville. Dr. Francis did an amazing job listening to my concerns and making me comfortable throughout the visit. I did not give them 5 stars because although I understand they may have been busy with other patients, there was a period where I sat in the room for a great length of time and not a sole came in to see if I was ok, while a few assistants stood directly outside the door and had conversation. Other than that it was a great experience.

They were amazing, fast, and efficient. So blessed and grateful! Highly recommend!!!!

I cant praise this dentist enough. Dr. K gave me a gorgeous smile and I will always recommend her. All the assistants are so wonderful and helpful. Love love love this place!

Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. They put up with my severe gag reflex like champs.Unlike other dentist offices, they try to get as much as possible done while you’re there rather than schedule you to come back at a later date. I walked in there first visit and got X-rays, a crown and a cleaning.This is my new favorite place!

I get nervous about dental care, but Dr. Francis walked me through ever step, constantly asking how I was doing and explaining each step. It was a effortless process and I left with a new crown. Im very grateful for Dr. Francis and Brittany for working so late to help me out. You two did an amazing job! Thank you all very much!!

This is the best dentist i have ever been to. They are all very friendly and try to make your visit comfortable. they are understanding and even have a dental plan for people without insurance!

Dr Kandati is awesome. The staff is super nice and always helpful. I have a lot of anxiety going to dentists as Ive had a lot of bad experiences in the past but they always go out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend if you need a dentist!

They are a good place to get your teeth exam very closely, even good with get financing plan for those expensive procedure. My only concern is when you have put something on order, they never call and inform you about it arriving in their office.

Really wanted to like this place. very modern and lovely staff, but seems to be all about the money. went in for a simple cleaning and x-ray. I was then told i have the early stages of a gum disease. seeing as how it had been YEARS since my last appointment i thought more than possible. so after the doctor finished up, the insurance woman came in. she told me i had to options: one close the $300 and the other $670. i decided to get a second opinion, but still get a cleaning the next day. I was then told they cant give me just a cleaning because it would do more harm than good? i later went to a different dentist and not only did they say my gum problem was not nearly as bad as they thought, but cleaning my teeth would be no problem. not saying the staff is bad, just watch your pockets when you go in

I would 10/10 recommend this office even if you’re nervous to go to the dentist, or you’re scared like me with having an hmo plan and it not being the place you picked but the place that takes your insurance, don’t be nervous or hesitant at all!!! Every single person from the front desk, dental assistant, stacie (insurance benefits and payment specialist), alaina (hygienist), to dr. Kandati were absolutely PHENOMENAL! I have been to numerous dentists and numerous places doing or wanting to do unnecessary work that I have to pay out of my pocket that was absolutely not needed, they got me in there office and did multiple things in one sitting for me. Super sweet, knowledgeable, easy to talk to staff all around the board! Trust me when i say I was a nervous wreck to come here because it was new and not my choice.. I can say the same thing i told my husband hmo or ppo insurance I’ll never go to another dentist again! Dr kandati and her team are my new home away from home! I could never thank them enough for just the things they did for me today! Even with this covid mess they are clean, sanitary, taking every precaution under the sun and I can’t thank them enough for how welcoming and caring they all are here! GO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW!

Be careful!!! This is a commercial dentist. I needed a new dentist is this area. They will push you to have work done you don’t need. They ask how much time you have to start “treatment” before they even look at your mouth. The hygienist hurt my gums and said I have advanced periodontal disease and a slew of other issues I knew I did not have. I went to another private dentist and had a MUCH better experience. I would avoid this dentist at all cost. Preying and taking advantage of peoples heath and teeth is cruel and sickening and that’s what they’re doing.

Great office all the way around. My daughter loves getting her teeth cleaned and checked for sugar bugs. Will definitely recommend this office for future treatment.

Very nice people and they know what theyre doing. I work in dental and dont let offices know. Just to see how it goes and they did very well. I will def go back.
