Explained everything, listened to what I wanted to achieve, and had a plan made for me in about an hour. My first impression was 10/10.

So far my experience has been good. I have only been in twice for my new patient exam, and a tooth extraction.The only problem so far is I CAN NOT for the life of me get a hold of them I’ve been trying for several days to reschedule an appointment with no call back. I would hate to have to go up there to reschedule. 😅

The only place in Clarksville, Tn that has payment options for people with no insurance. I’ve called a lot of places and all said I would have to pay upfront for three broken teeth that needed to be surgically extracted and each would cost minimum $200-$400 per tooth. Aspen dental seen me the same week I called for an exam and very thorough x-rays and even offered to have me come back in a few hours to get my extractions the same day, however I did opt to wait till the following week. Ashley was my dental assistant she was super cool, super friendly, and made sure to explain everything so I could understand fully. I was very nervous about my extractions but Dr Aiyad talked me through it and kept me breathing so I wouldn’t pass out from my anxiety. All 3 teeth were out in less than 45 mins and it was pain free!! 100000% recommend Aspen Dental of Clarksville TN!

I went to get some fillings done and the experience I had was terrible. I was giving shots to deaden the pain while they were drilling, but I could still feel it when they started. I tried to get them to stop but it took a few tries. They gave me another shot, but I could still feel it. So they had me wait for the medicine to kick in. They started back and I could still feel it. At this point I could tell the doctor was getting irritated, and he said well we may have to do 1 tooth and reschedule. I didn’t want to come back so I just sat through the pain at that point. The assistant jabbed the side of my mouth with tools and scratched/tore it up. Water was splashed all over my face. When I was done I asked if there was a reason why I couldn’t be given anymore numbing medicine because I felt most of the drilling and just sat through it, and his response was insulting. He said “You can’t sit through tooth pain, you would be on the walls.” I said well the numbing medicine helped but I could still feel it, and he said well yeah maybe you felt some pressure. No I felt sharp pain, and the doctor denied that what I experienced happened. Do not go to aspen dental unless your ok with the chance that you go through something similar. I’ve gotten fillings here before and every single time I’ve felt the drilling at first. It shouldn’t be hard to make sure patients are deadened before a procedure.

Everyone was amazing! We had gone to another Aspen Dental location for our initial evaluation and we had several issues with getting my daughters surgery scheduled. Going to the Clarksville location was the best decision we made. Everyone was accommodating, informative, helpful, and were great with my daughter on the day of surgery. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location!

If I could rate less than one star, I would. My grandmother was having a dental emergency and has incredible difficulty getting around. We arrived at Aspen Dental in Clarksville, leaving an hour early for a half hour drive.Between the challenge of assisting her into the car and out, then hitting additional traffic, we arrived a couple minutes after the scheduled appointment at 11AM.My grandmother had been seated in the waiting room for at least ten minutes before the secretary informed us that we had missed our “ten minute grace period” and could not be seen until 1:30 PM. We explained our situation, and the specific challenges we had, but this was apparently non negotiable. We attempted to wait, but the pain was too intense for my grandmother and we had to just go home.My grandmother hates being late, so we make every effort to be on time to appointments, but life happens, particularly with old age and physical disabilities. I still cannot see how a few minutes makes that much of a difference.What was obvious to us: Aspen Dental has absolutely no regard for patients with accessibility challenges. We will now always go with a local brand, with a less profit-driven model for “care”.

This is the worst dental office I’ve ever had to deal with. The billing person does not return calls. The office doesn’t answer the phone. The corporate office doesn’t answer the phone. I’m having to file a grievance with my dental insurance company. Horrible experience.

Amazing! They have all up to date technology. A welcoming atmosphere. Prices are not bad at all! I had my appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday got my tooth pulled. I would definitely recommend!

My only prob is the Hopkinsville office canceled my appointment this past Thursday, and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone since. I can’t get a answer from Hopkinsville or Clarksville, I need my dentures adjusted, I had surgery last Friday and haven’t been able to wear my temporary dentures and I’m really starting to get upset.

They made me feel as if I was a special customer by expressing their concern for my health and delivering some of the best customer service I have received at a dentistry. Additionally, if you are concerned about their Covid-19 precautions, they have ensured that only customers with masks can enter the premises.

Horrible place, would not reccomend to anyone. My fiance went there to get dentures and they where/are just awful. The dentures are too big for his mouth and he went back over 10 times trying to explain to them that they dont fit right and dont line up and every single time they dont fix the issue and basically tell him there is nothing they can do. They also keep sending us a HUGE bill that they told us the insurance was gonna pay for. Now we are trying to figure out the issue and They are not returning our calls. They also didn’t check their insurance billing, they used an oral surgeon without telling us that’s not covered under his plan, they are sending a coding services to an unknown code and insurance doesn’t know what it is, they are not communicating with the insurance or us to figure out the issue. and they never got a pretreatment authorization before they started. So now they are trying to say we are stuck with this huge bill when they didnt do their job correctly. Just a mess at aspen dental. Be aware or DONT GO!

Went and got a filling and the pain turned out worse than an actual cavity long term,good service at least.

The people here are willing to assist and seem to sincerely care about their services.

Went for a consultation just to find out it was going to be a 79.00 fee when the appointment setters said it was a free consultation! But they did wave in the end cause I was going to leave. Which I should have. Had my consultation for nothing to really be done and it was going to cost 5800.00. So I decided to go somewhere else and may I say I had the exact same thing done and my total was 1300.00 so yeah something is wrong with this picture. So if you have so much money you don’t know what to do with go here but if your like every other citizen make your appointment elsewhere.

Honestly one of the best experiences I had at a dentists office. Everyone was extremely kind and gentle. Some of the nicest dental hygienists Ive ever met. Kayla was amazing with my cleaning appointment. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the dentist who checked on me, or the young lady who did my initial x-rays, but they were so remarkably nice. They are doing their best in keeping everyone safe through this pandemic, and even in this high-stress time, theyre doing amazing work. I highly recommend this office!

My Dentist is great! You can tell he is a very compassionate and caring person. He explains everything and never makes you feel as though you’re just another person sitting in his chair. He takes his time and makes sure that you understand anything he will need to complete. He is very unique in a teaching way as well. He attempts to teach his assistant different steps of procedures and never says or acts anyway out of sorts. It’s great to see a Dr have patience and caring with his patients and those that work with him; as a nurse I can say that isn’t always the case. Thank you Aspen Dental for adding him to your team!!

There’s a male dentist who doesn’t explain everything that you need for treatment and doesn’t communicate friendly with you about the procedure. He doesn’t even ask how you feeling or if you have any questions. Also the staff insists you to pay up front before your treatment, exam etc. while other dental offices you can pay after the treatment is done which is better because if they do something wrong with you, that’s why you shouldn’t pay for that negligent treatment up front, and wait to pay until it’s done with great results. Patients be careful.

When I called to make my appointment, I was happy to find that an opening for a checkup and cleaning was available within a couple days. I was told to arrive at 645 so I could fill out paperwork for my 7 AM appointment. When I arrived, the door was locked and nobody would answer the door, even though I could see people inside the office. When I told the receptionist about the issue she ignored me. Then, after being xrayed and examined by the doctor, I was told I would have to come back for another visit. I was told I could have my teeth cleaned during this visit, so I am frustrated at the inconvenience of having to come back.

I cant imagine a more inept dental office in performance or, in my particular case, backing up what turned out to be awful work.I experienced pain with a tooth that had a cavity filled. I was told to give it six months. After a year, there was still pain (!). I was told an exam to look at it would cost me. So much for backing up your work.When I went to a real dentist, they informed me that the tooth that was filled had been cracked when it was filled. Now I have additional expense for a crown to add to an awful job done by Aspen.I was warned that a chain practice like Aspen employs new grads from dental school. I drew the bottom of the class evidently.Under no circumstance would I ever go back to Aspen nor would I recommend it to anyone for anything. Avoid at all cost because, believe me, it will cost you.

According to the message you have to listen to when calling for a appointment, they say well help you if you have a toothache ... WRONG.I was last seen at this location a few years ago, so now Im considered a New Patient . Doesnt much matter if you have an unbearable toothache the Wednesday before the 4th of July weekend, and the whole side of your face is tingling in pain.I was told I could be seen in 9 days and theyll figure it out then. I asked what to do for the pain and was told find something over the counter .I understand we live in stressed times but there is NOTHING available if you have a toothache at this Aspen Dental. Thank God there are more dentists in this town. The next dentist on Google got me in, in 4 hours.I dont much guess theyll miss me.

Everthing was rushed ,overcharged,and the charges were not explained in a simple matter.l was charged $135.00 for a toothbrush l never got ...very unsatisifed.l am not going there again

Dentist was rude, condescending and showed no compassion for pain and discomfort .... also after paying in full at the dentist office, I received a bill from the new York office for other billing codes ....

I cant rave enough about my experiences at Aspen Dental. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at any doctors office in my whole life. The Drs and staff are the nicest and most professional people, always smiling and gracious. If I needed to come in for an adjustment I never waited for an appointment. This place is hands up amazing when it comes to customer care. If they cant provide the service you need they are quick to refer you to another wonderful competent doctor to help you. Im never leaving this company! It so much better than the care I got while active duty. Feel completely at ease.

I would like to say going in to this experience, I expected the worse. I’ve never had good experiences with clinics ever since I haven’t had insurance. But every single person I encountered in this place was nice. I can tell they wanted to help. It started with the front desk she was nice, she wasn’t rude that I was one minute late. Olana (I hope I’m spelling this right because we had a long discussion about people messing our names up) was 🗣INCREDIBLE. she moved fast and efficient When it came to my xrays. Spurgeon wAs excellent. The financial advisor was very nice to talk to, and for this reason this is why I am coming back. I love that my grand total was broken down so I could see what I was paying for, and also broken down in to steps so I could achieve them one at a time.

Amazing staff, my son first time at the dentists and they made him feel comfortable and explained everything they where doing to him. Steven is the greatest person ever. He’s the dental hygienist there and he’s just friggin amazing. I could go on and on. He explains everything so well and is SO kind. He makes me not afraid of the dentist’s office.

I just finished 7 months worth of work for my new dentures! It would have been 6 but my bridge got messed up and had to be fully replaced! Every time I was in their office, everyone was kind and always smiling. They did everything to make me comfortable with my new teeth. Even having me in the twice a week for the past month. Yet it was all worth it in the end. I have a beautiful smile Im not afraid to show off! Honestly, if you are getting dentures, pay the extra money to get the comfort lite fit ones. They are worth the $9000 I spent. They fit perfectly and I can finally eat steak for the first time in over 8 years! Thank you Aspen Dental and staff. I couldnt be happier!

Such a pleasant atmosphere. They are very concerned with your wellbeing and making sure your oral health is up to date and they educate you on Oral Cancer, which no other dentist has done that. All the workers are very sweet and helpful. All I can say is keep up the good work!!🥰

I went in for a walk-in visit because I was experiencing a lot of pain and the staff did an amazing job! Chris was very friendly and really helped me between managing my pain and getting through my x-rays! Dr. Todd and his assistant in Hermitage made my procedure easy to get through and did an incredible job! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get my dental needs done. Even the scheduling staff helped me get an appointment as soon as possible and worked with me to fit my needs! I will definitely be going back for the rest of my procedures

I made an appointment on Thursday 1/3/19 for Wednesday 1/9/19 for 3 pm. I went into the office and the receptionist told me that they tried to call me to reschedule because they scheduled two people at the same time. I checked my phone and did not have any calls from them except to confirm my appointment. When I called back the receptionist stated they sent a text to reschedule and the only text I received was asking me to arrive 15 minutes early. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me if you do not confirm your appointment they cancel it. So the receptionist told me they called me to reschedule (which they HAD NOT) and the manager told me they cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm it beforehand when I am the one that called to make the appointment. Basically they cancelled my appointment WITHOUT telling me and gave it to someone else. I have never known a business to do something like this and it is ridiculous that they cancel an appointment and do not even let you know. I had to find a babysitter and everything in order to make it on time.

The staff were great from the time I walked in to the time I left. When I had my wisdom teeth removed, the dentist and his assistants were wonderful and helped me stay calm. They were quick and painless! I recommend them to everyone I know.

I really appreciate their work and feel very satisfied with the results. Prices are affordable and they looked for the best possibilities with the insurance company.
