I can’t begin to say how nice these folks are! After some atrocious visits to the dentist in my past I was very nervous. But Dr. Michael made me feel completely at home, explained every single step of the procedure to me, and really quelled my anxiety about the whole situation. So happy to have finally found a great dentist! 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Michael and Ashley were absolutely awesome! They took care of the issue while remaining completely accommodating with my hypersensitive gag reflex due to allergies. Great bedside manner! I highly recommend!

I hadnt been to the dentist in 10 years mostly because of anxiety about past experiences, and I came here when my gums started to recede. The appointment dates are pretty far back if youre looking to get in quick, but theyre really helpful and nice. I got my initial exam and then a deep cleaning. I believe I saw Ashley, and she was so good at calming my nerves, she explained everything she did as she was doing it and gave some really good information about daily oral hygiene that I never learned growing up and in the two weeks between the first deep cleaning and the second half so much progress was made and my mouth has healed so much! My gums are pink and healthy looking and Im so happy I chose this place to go to! I dont feel nervous or scared for my next appointment, and if you feel nervous at the dentist let them know, theyre so kind and understanding. Price wise, insurance helps, but they do a really good job of breaking down the costs and explaining everything so you arent caught off guard with hidden fees. MY deep cleaning was going to be pricey, but they were able to break up the parts to work around my budget.

Mortenson family dental has been my favorite dentists office thus far. They are all extremely personably and genuinely care about you, your life, and your teeth’s health. They do amazing work and always make you feel like they are excited to see you. Will probably never switch dentists!!

Had a seizure and cracked my crown. They went out of their way to make sure they fit me in their schedule as soon as possible, and were ready to get started on the process of making a new one at arrival. They always do amazing work and since Ive been with them, for about 3-5 years, Ive only gotten one cavity. They filled over 20 when I first started with them. I recently changed insurance companies and my new coverage didn’t accept the family dentist that I’ve used my whole life. After doing some research and looking at reviews, I decided to give Dr. Michael and his team a chance and I don’t regret it. I’ve had a lot of dental work done within the past 6 months and haven’t had one bad experience. To be honest, I was terrified of going to a new dentist, but the whole team at Mortensen dental has really been great!

Went in for simple extraction which required two appointments. I had insurance (with a copay). On the second visit, I paid the co pay and additional for gas, That I was ask to pay by the office staff, in cash. Months later.... I received a bill for $50.00 I called questioning the bill because I paid PRIOR to service the total amount I was asked to pay. They exhausted my $750 benefit and charged me $170 on top of the benefit for one simple extraction.Because I QUESTIONED my bill..... they FIRED me as a customer.... BEWARE THEY ARE OVER CHARGING, $920 for an extraction and did not go to sleep.. Sad because the dentist, I liked.. Go anywhere else..

Dr. Michael was very professional and very precise on what needs to done. I like that they broke down the plan of care in groups s as well as each tooth. This gives me a choice to decide what teeth I want to work on and what each tooth will cost, I dont have to do a whole grouping, I can choose to do 1 at a time pending my budget.

Clarksville mortenson is not at all a place i recommendRachel who answered my call was not helpful at helping me understand what to expect. I called in thinking a filling fell out and I needed to take time off work again. She would not give me scenarios or help me understand what to expect. She was short and tone of voice seemed bothered. I told her I would have to call and speak with someone else she said Okie dokieCarrie answered later and was very helpful 🙂BTW Madison is awesome

They were all super friendly and were able to squeeze me in! Answered all my concerns clearly and concisely. Covid procedures were followed to make the visit safe! Will definitely recommend.

Best dental office I have ever been to. The dentist is laid back and made me feel comfortable. Ashley was his assistant and she was amazing as well. I have anxiety when it comes to getting a tooth pulled. I was crying and she held my hand through the whole thing. No pain, and they clearly explained to me what was going to happen step-by-step and made sure I understood post-op care. I am switching to this dental office permanently!

They are great people who are warm & welcoming! They are taking extra precautions to make sure we, the patients (my son & daughter had cleanings today also) feel very safe. Its been years since my last dental visit. I put it off for so long due to horrible experiences with other dentists. I had a filling break and I knew I couldnt delay any longer. I called yesterday to see if they were accepting new patients, and they said yes. They got me an appointment the very next day! All the staff were warm and friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I was ecstatic to find out we could start working on my teeth my very first visit. I go back in a couple weeks and its crazy to say, but Im excited! I get a crown put on and more fillings. I cant wait to fix all the years of neglect that Ive put my teeth through. Im so glad I decided to go with this office!

Great covid-19 safety precautions. Wait time was minimal. All Personnel were courteous polite and answered any questions that I had thoroughly. Overall a great experience.
