Worst place to receive medical care. Office staff is rude, you will never receive a call back and don’t even think about getting frustrated and calling back because they’ll just tell treat you like complete garbage. It’s a scary experience when people like this are handling and in charge of making sure you get well and receive proper care. And they control everything and will make sure you suffer. Most discouraging experience in my life. If you want to be hung up on and not get proper care, then this is a great place. because the doctors here do not care about patients it’s evident and scary also taking the word of office personnel instead of the word of there patients. It shows a lot about the level of understanding these physicians have in regards to the physical and mental health of there patients and that patients can not be trusted

Ive been with Queen City Physicians for 15+ years at their Hyde Park location. My primary care health provider for this time was Vicki F. CNP who just retired (I am so sad) and I recently met my new provider and I feel confident I am in good hands. Ive never had to wait in the office, using My Chart all questions are answered within 24 hours, referrals are promptly handled. Couldnt ask for more!Update. I found that my new physician to be less than thorough with my healthcare and I will be leaving the practice. A great disappointment.

The staff and clinicians here are amazing. Theyve helped me through a couple of health crisiss and minor things as well. If I had to choose a practice again, Id choose them!

Ever since Dr. Weinberg retired this place is useless. Called with a medical question at 1:00 in the afternoon and (Gods honest truth ) got an answering machine. Of course never received a return call. Husband had been patient there for 20 years...

Overall a miserable place to try to get a family practitioner. Stay away at all costs.

Caring, compassionate, convenient. (Alliteration)Dr Cleves is elusive, but all the other physicians here and Nurse Practitioner Vicki are highly competent and a pleasure to deal with. I have been a patient here for close to 30 years (Oh my God. almost a geriatric). That’s OK though - they take care of you from here from cradle to grave.

Never actually got to see Dr. Thaler and if you dont have an entire afternoon free to wait around the office I cant recommend. This was to be my first appt with the Dr and at this office. After a long time waiting I had to leave for a work meeting (never made it past the waiting room). Poor first experience and I dont anticipate there being a second.

I made an appointment for a health screening. When I got there Dr. Cleves insisted I have a physical also. When I replied that I was only there for a screening he cursed at me and then gave me an ultimatum. Get a physical or get out. I was so stunned I just stared at him for several seconds, got my coat and walked out. I received a letter a short while later saying I wouldnt be accepted as a patient at Queen City Physicians. Not that I would ever go back of course.

HORRIBLE they deserve all the one star reviews that can be given. I didn’t think they were even qualified to prescribe my medication judging by the majority of geriatric patients. I felt talked down to because of my age. And then they made me pee in a cup for a medication that I’ve been prescribed since I was 7, that my entire family is diagnosed for, and 75% of my friends. They didn’t tell me why. And when I went in on a Wednesday to pee in a cup after my Monday-Wednesday weekend when I don’t take anything not even coffee they told me I tested negative. I thought I was being responsible, and in turn I was blocked from getting any more. Turns out their supposed solution for drug abuse is that you shove medication down your throat as often as possible 7 days a week. If I had actually been trying to be devious I would have bothered googling how to trick them. But my doctor and most of the staff looked like they were straight out of 1975 and probably didn’t even believe in my meds or know about Google. It’s one thing to have a method in place to ensure Federal compliance it’s a whole other thing to believe in it to the point that you don’t explain things to your patients. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have churned out a bunch of opioid addicts with their absolutely draconian environment. HORRIBLE.

The ob I have these treats me more like an incubator than a patient. I am just as important as my pregnancy. No one ever has an answer to simple questions Ive asked like what I can and cant take while pregnancy or if I can do anything safely for pain management while Im getting further along. Also had to sit back in a room for an examination for over an hour before I saw anyone. Would definitely not recommend going here if youre needing prenatal care

They have the Best MSN/CNP by the name of Vickie Fritz. She covers all areas of your illness and she stays on top of it, most of the time better than I do. Ive sent my family friends directly to her and they too, receive top notch health services through Vicki..

Awesome doctors and practitioners! My family have been patients of Dr. Cleves for over 20 years, he is the best! I have had the pleasure of being treated by several others in the practice and they have all been caring and throurough.

Ive been with Queen City Physicians for decades now. Im mostly healthy, so my visits are mostly checkups. Always happy with the care and service here. Recommended!

Nan and John McCart: We have been patients for over twenty years. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cleves and Vickie Fritz. They have guided us through cancer, pneumonia, broken legs, high blood pressure, and down to the common cold. We rely on them and trust them.

Constant rudeness when FINALLY reaching the front office when calling!!! Also, if you need a refill on your medications, GOOD LUCK!! It was a constant battle getting refills; pharmacy sent requests, but they would say, they never got them. My family traveled over an our for many years only to be terminated as pts because of their unprofessional, rude, uncaring, incompetent behavior when trying to get our prescriptions figured out. They couldnt understand why that would be a PROBLEM! REALLY??? We WONT be back! On a positive note, Nurse Practitioner Vicki Fritz is awesome & needs to leave this horrible practice!!! Ive never been treated so rudely by any doctors office and they wonder why they continue to lose pts. Its all about the pt numbers and not about the pts health. VERY, VERY disappointed!!!!

The people I talk to are friendly enough, but they always need to send me on to someone else, like my primary care physician who is never there, or to the prescription line, who is also never there and no one almost never calls me back. I have to make multiple calls and then frequently find out the information I needed has been available for several days.
