I’m really not sure how I ever scheduled the initial appointment because these people NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE or return calls.When you do get through, no one knows what is going on.The procedure that was needed wasn’t covered by our insurance. No one could give me straight answer on our out of pocket cost. I paid X amount on the day of the procedure, but of course still received a bill. I had to call and get it straightened out. And again, getting through to someone was a nightmare.The procedure itself went well. However, ended up with an infection. Trying to get ahold of someone to get an antibiotic...nightmare.I had to drop off a specimen. Paperwork states call to let them know your dropping off. Person on the phone said, I had to have an appointment to drop off a specimen at the Anderson location. Made the appointment, sat in the office for one hour after my appointment time. Finally get called into a room, the nurse says, “I have one question for you. Why are you here?” I explained I needed to drop off a specimen. She apologized because there was no need for an appointment to drop off a sample.Complete waste of time!So much time and effort spent with this office trying to talk to someone and sitting in the office. I would not recommend this practice.

We were scheduled for an 11:00am apt. We arrived 15min early. We were not seen tell 12:15pm! This is unprofessional and a problem with patients. When I asked the front desk they said the Dr. was busy today. If your office is going to schedule apt. And not be able to be seen for and hour and a half, you should probably not over schedule! We had to cancel 2 other things today due to the office running an hour an a half late. I heard 3 other patients that were in the waiting room complaining about the same thing! First time visitor and now last time! Oh also if you look at the reviews there are a LOT of people who have complained about this very thing.

Great first experience! I saw Racheal and she could not have made the visit easier. Quick, friendly and answered all my questions. very glad i chose this office

I cant get through to anyone. I have left my phone number for a return call and no one has called back. When they want something from you or money to fill out paperwork then its a different story and you get a call right away. Dont understand this place.

Terrible service! Would not recommend to anyone! Had appointment drove there and no doctor. Then can not reach anyone on the phone. How does a place like this stay open?
