Honestlyyyy!!!!! One of the best waxes I’ve ever gotten! Firstly, what an amazing environment and studio! I hate going into an establishment that isn’t up to par, especially for something as intimate as a brazilian. Jennifer did my wax and she was knowledgeable, professional, and she made me feel very comfortable. She informed me of options I can use for skin improvement without ‘pushing’ her products. I ended up getting her scrub and on the first use my skin texture changed. Really excited to make her my new esthetician. Another hard working black woman who could take my money!! Well deserved!

Just had a lash lift with Jennifer and it was hands down the best lash lift I’ve ever had. I have very Asian lashes but she took the time to do an incredible job! She was very kind and professional. I came to the shop early, Jennifer was still in an appointment. A full 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment she finally had me sit in the chair, only to wait another 5 minutes to begin, as she was busy talking with her client. When she began she was very nice and friendly, very pleasant.I got a lash lift, one eye looked alright but very clumped together lashes- not separated lashes. Looked like I had about 12 lashes in total on that eye, and that was the good one! The other eye looks *terrible* like it looked like I slept on my eye and my lashes are super curled at the root, making them look super short. Also the lashes are going different directions, just looks really bad on that side. And there was so much white glue residue left on my eyelids and face from the lash lift pads so I basically left looking crusty and bad.I’m super unhappy with this service. I purchased a Groupon- lesson learned!Late and low quality service. Now I’m stuck with terrible lashes 😤😭

I LOVEEEE THIS PLACE. its honestly waaay better than European Wax center. ask for Mo, she is great! The owner Jennifer is amazing. They take their time here and it was a comfortable experience. I cant wait to see the changes in my vaginal skin as it heals over time. buy the hyper pigmentation serum! it works!

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Allison and she did an amazing job! It was my first time having them done, so I was nervous, but she explained every part of the process to me and made me feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants their eyebrows microbladed. Also, this shop is beautiful, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and their services are everything you could want. Im definitely going back for more!

I purchased a groupon and called to make an appointment. I didnt receive a call back so I made an appointment online. I paid $60 for a babysitter so i could have some time to treat myself. I was called a hour before my appointment to say that the person I booked with, jennifer, had a family emergency and was unable to do my lashes, so I had to reschedule. I asked if there was anyone else I could schedule with and the receptionist said Jennifer is the only one who does lash lyfts. The receptionist said that I would get a discount for the inconvenience. I asked about the mask that was $12 and was told we have a licensed esthetician who will discuss your skin concerns and make a recommendation. So I rescheduled with jennifer for Saturday. I received an email and text message reminder of my date, time, and that jennifer was the person I booked with. The salon was beautiful and the staff was friendly but the girl that took me back to the room did not introduce herself and I didnt know her name until another staff asked if kylie do you need any help. So i guess there is another person who does the lash lyft. Also there was no discussion regard the mask, it was just put on halfway thru and then not fully removed, I had to peel it off when I got home. I was never given a discussion regarding aftercare but did sign a paper at the beginning with a paragraph of instructions and warnings. I was never given a copy of the aftercare instructions. Also, there was no discount given for my inconveinence. I am extremely disappointed.

The location is great and Anisha did an amazing job on my eyebrows, I will most definitely be going back.
