I have been getting monthly DMK facials from Tori for a year now and she has completely changed my skin in the best way. Every time I walk into the spa, I know I can completely trust Tori to know exactly what to do based on my skin that day and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Fiest of all I booked and changed my mind immediately. There was no such thing as even a 15 minutes booking grace period. I also had to call multiple times to even get a response.My entire experience was the most uncomfortable 15 minute red “led light” treatment and 3 products applied to my face I was charged $160. This place is literally unreal, I don’t know how they get off charging people for something they didn’t agree to.I booked in for a hydra facial with micro current for my wedding. They recommended no exfoliation and then I was duped into not having it when I was asking why they weren’t applying it to my face.This place is entirely unprofessional, go to a place where customer service actually means something.Wish I could’ve used all that money on something nice before my wedding like I wanted. I’ve had so many nice services in Cincinnati, it’s a shame this one is so disappointing. Save yourself the time and go to woodhouse.

Melissa provides the best eyebrow waxing anywhere. Not only do my brows look great, but the atmosphere is very relaxing. No sitting in a shampoo chair or laying on a table covered with paper like at a doctors office. If you come here for waxing you will never go anywhere else.
