Their staff is so unprofessional. They just hire anybody in this facility. There’s never a doctor there.On my fifth shot, it look different from the four prior. I tasted iron the whole day the bandage was yellow. The following week I went to ask questions about the shot that was inserted. *(it’s my body I have the right to ask & see what was given to me) instead of them cooperating. The Staff member who gave me that shot jumps out of her chair unprofessionally starts yelling, acting so disrespectfully and unprofessional. I regret giving them a penny of money. I’ll be happy going to the Sweetwater facility or somewhere else. I advice no one to go there.

I can say this, I tried this program some years ago with the SD. Office. And for some reason it was not working that well and I was unable to sleep, I never saw a doctor there, only nurses, who gave out the shots & the meds. I decided to try again in Chula Vista, and let me tell you, this time it was GREAT!!! I saw the doctor who explained everything, provided a diet plan, provided a different medication plan due to my previous issues with it, and it has worked great, 4 weeks so far, lost almost 10 lbs and Im ashamed to say, I have not followed the diet plan at all, no exercise since with COVID no gym and I work nights so too lazy to walk besides working in a desk with no movement. This time thanks to the doctor. I actually can sleep better than ever, wake up not tired (I have had sleeping problems since I was little). Love it, started it with a Groupon but will renew and continue this treatment until I loose all the extra pounds. Love the girls there too.

This place is a joke ! They have a bad reputation! They are unorganized they tried to say I owe them money for prescriptions for my last visit was 2 months ago that I took prescriptions and I didnt pay haha they are crazy I always payed up front before taking any prescriptions!! They need better staffs to know how to talk to customers right !After 30 minutes of leaving this review they decided to call me and tell me they found my receipt and they made a mistake too late you already lost my business ..

There is no initial explanation of the medication or process. Even the different plans are confusing and I am in the medical field. I had borderline high BP and there only qualifying BP was that it had to be under 160/90. That’s enough to give you a stroke. Then to give you the weight loss meds that actually increase your BP. No subsequent BP pressures are taken. You just get a shot and pills. I researched on my own and asked a ton of questions. Most questions could not be explained by staff. Staff seems new. What I am assuming is a MA had horrible technique on giving shots. She could not explain what liquid was In the shots & what it was gonna do. (I already knew) Go at your own risk!!! 👻

The schedule of their office is not correct on the website as I arrived and found the paper signs on door says they are on lunch fron 12-1 pm and when called after 1:15 as saw mpbody showed up the other office in town answerd the call and told me that they dont work on Monday!Tuesday I was there and saw 3-4 person behind the desk, their physician or whatever can be called didnt allow me to say the word or ask questions! Just said few words that even I dont remember and handed me out some paper what to eat?!Out they gave a B12 shot and phentermine tablets and try to sell me a $399 package that I am till at first day with questions that not answered by their physician and like you are in deive through fast food lane kind of Groupon coupon customer care rated and valued business!I am confused!
