Great care! The PA was excellent and very thorough in evaluating/treating my teen. I was very pleased and happy to find a good dermatologist office close to home in Eastlake.

I was taken in at my appointment time. I dont like waiting and I didnt. Nice office and the NP was very thorough.

Dr. Gonzales is extremely personable, professional and more importantly prompt. If you’re scheduled for a 9:30 appointment, you can be assured you’ll see him at or near the scheduled time.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Gonzales. I never have to wait and am always greeted with a smile. I leave his office feeling well looked after and would highly recommend Dr. Gonzales.

All i needed was my prescription refilled and i was in and out (of our telemed call) in like 3 minutes! i’ve been going to coastal derm for years and years and they’ve always been courteous, efficient, and compassionate. i highly recommend going to them for your skincare needs!

The front desk or person in charge of answering phones has the WORST customer services Ive experienced. She kept on hanging up on me without giving me all information I was requesting. I would call back and she would be short and hang up. She definitely needs training.

I took my wife here for her first appointment to have some spots looked at. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The Dr you saw my wife was great as well. So far, so good. I will update as necessary but I recommend this place so far.

They are the worst. When I went to for appointment last year the dermatologist didn’t do anything. They billed me to say come back after you stop breastfeeding. They did not send me a bill nor called me and referred my account to collections. The receptionist aren’t helpful at all. They say they’ll call back but they don’t. Worst experience. I was charged for no service just for her to say come back later. I do not recommend this place because customer service sucks.

I got a really bad cold sore from the pills they prescribed me- so instead of telling me to come to the office they prescribed me a prescription for the sore over the phone and sent me smaller dosage of my current pills. My acne is about all gone and dermatologists had a lot more sollutions to offer than anywhere else Ive been. They really do care about their customers.

Im getting old, and my wife sent me here to ask some questions about a few things that have been bothering me. The office in the Eastlake area is very convenient for me and close to where I live. Yvonne Clark, PA-C, was great. She was knowledgeable and took the time to articulate things for me and prescribe a treatment. However, the nurse (I didnt get her name) had poor bedside manner. During the pre-assessment, I mentioned the three things I wanted to get looked at, and she replied, Just so you know, theres a lot going on there and we may not get to it all today. I dont know if she was in a hurry (4:30 appointment on a Friday afternoon), but I do know I felt rushed and shamed into discussing only 2 of the 3 things. I left at 4:45 in a bad mood, and ultimately I do not recommend this place.

The lady dr was vey friendly and welcoming. She seem honestly interested and gave me different options, my skin hasnt look this good in years! Highly recommend it!
