I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Nowak aesthetics. I had two procedures done there the first procedure I had lipo on my stomach. I now wish I had done more research because I have so much extra skin I will eventually need to have a tummy tuck so I wasted $8500 on that procedure. I decided to get my arms and thighs done as well that was a HUGE MISTAKE . Dr Nowak started the procedure late and was in a big hurry. Halfway through my procedure after he had done one arm and one thigh he said he needed to take a break because he had a consultation Scheduled right in the middle of my surgery. He left me alone in the surgery room for nearly 25 minutes. That is extremely unethical and acceptable considering I had paid over $6000 for my procedure. The Dr should have been focused on me and not out trying to get additional business during my paid in full scheduled surgery time. Dr. Nowak was extremely rushed during the entire procedure he did not do the numbing his assistant Jenny did and I was in extreme pain and could feel a shocking sensation in a few spots that were not even numb. He ended up skipping over those spots and now my arms are uneven.I had to use the bathroom during my surgery instead of letting me get up to use the bathroom they gave me a bedpan and walked out of the room for 15 minutes so I was sitting in my own urine trying to call out for somebody finally someone came in and took out the bedpan. At another point during my procedure one of the staff members came in while I was having my procedure done to get some supplies out of the medicine cabinet very tacky and unprofessional she could have waited until after my procedure was done I felt like some spectacle that was on display. During my skin tightening treatment the MA kept getting paged, she was ignoring her pager and trying to get done with my treatment in a professional manner. Because she was ignoring her pager one of the staff came in and told her she needed to hurry up to get to her patient that was waiting for her. She apologized and told me she would be right back because she had a Botox patient waiting for her?. She was double booked so once again I was left alone and had to wait for her for over 20 minutes while she took care of another client. I was extremely upset and also in a lot of pain after eight hours there I was just ready to leave and go home. I asked for a Tylenol that I had brought with me the assistant said she had to ask the doctor but unfortunately he was in another consultation so I had to wait over 30 minutes just to take pain medicine. If you are considering having any surgery done look into hiring a board-certified plastic surgeon for the same price. I was treated very badly I was overcharged and I felt as if the doctor was not expecting me to show up for surgery that day since he had so many other consultations scheduled etc.

I highly recommend Dr. Nowak. Great experience with very nice people! They explain the details of your procedure and answer all questions thoroughly.They made me feel welcomed.! Love this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Nowak for about 16 years now. I always have really great results with every treatment I have gotten. Just the other day we looked at one of my before pictures and I couldnt believe that I actually look better, more youthful, and my skin has a much better glow now at 50 years old than it did when I was in my mid thirties. I will never forget my first cosmetic experience !! I came to Nowak Aesthetics to have voluma in my cheeks because I was starting to notice a loss of definition and hollowness under my eyes making me look tired despite my 2 cups of coffee everyday. Total bait & switch. I will never come back here! Super unprofessional. I first called about getting some moles removed and asked what the cost would be. I was told $95 for the initial office visit, then an additional $70 for 1-5 moles removed. In total I was expecting to pay approximately $200 cash. I explained to the front desk that I had already been examined by another specialist and did not need biopsies for any of the moles that I wanted to get removed. The lady told me that they are a cash only practice and that I wouldnt have to get biopsies unless the doctor saw something suspicious. So, I drove an hour to get to this clinic and the Dr. tells me that he wont remove any without biopsy and that each mole would be an additional $250!!! So in total I would basically be paying $1345. Then he asked me if I had insurance! Are you kidding me!?! Not to mention, the entire time he was trying to persuade me that I needed biopsies when my other specialist told me that it wouldnt be necessary. I never would have wasted my time and money going to this place had they been upfront with me and not baited me into the clinic thinking that I was going to get a great deal. Dont waste your time here. The front desk will tell you what you want to hear to get you into the office and at least charge you $95 for the appointment. Such a scam. Im a student and Im appalled at this terrible service.

I have suffered with eczema, specifically around my face, on and off for the last 5 years. It has created extremely deep wrinkles/creases especially across my forehead. My colleagues would often ask my “why are you mad?” or “stop frowning”. I would use makeup to try and soften them, with little success. A friend at work suggested that her Dr. might be able to help. I made an appointment with little hope of getting measurable results. I met with Dr. Nowak for a consultation. He listened with compassion, took time to explain how results differ and said “I believe we can help to soften these lines.” Fast forward to my 10 day follow up after a Botox treatment. They took another set of photos and the before and after comparison was incredible. Thank you Dr. Nowak.

He just did not want to put in the extra effort to make things correct.

Horrible place. I had the micropen procedure with pro done to help with the lines under my eyes. It messed up my face. My skin is very uneven and half of my left eyebrow is gone. I actually had really nice skin and only wanted the procedure done for my eye area but they told me they had to do the whole face in order for everything to be even and now I feel horrible about skin and it actually made the lines under my eyes worse. Dont come here or trust these people.

Fantastic service by the staff and great results that I got through my journey there. I received a thermalipo procedure for my midsection and an acculift for my neck. The results are quite noticeable and gave me a youthful appearance. I can not say enough good things about the results. I am an avid exercise person, but could not get rid of the spare tire in my midsection.... but now its gone! Thank you Dr. Nowak and staff. Go see them, you will be happy you did.

I just had coolsculpting done here Mar 15. I’ve been to a few consultations other places and I came to a coolsculpting seminar here at the office weeks prior.Diana the coolsculpting tech is wonderful. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable. She doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable or self conscious about your body like some other places do. She didn’t pressure me into the procedure or try to tell me I need X amounts of applications. She really just wants to see the person have the best results possible. I even questioned her on the placement of the applicators on my abdomen and she easily explained it which made perfect sense! Diana is very knowledgeable, caring and genuine. It’s the reason I chose to have coolsculpting done here. It’s not a cheap procedure so when you’re spending the money you want to go somewhere you feel good about. This is definetely the place. I can’t wait to see my results!

I had skin problems since I was 12 years old. As I grew older I thought that the problems would go away with age, however this was not the case for me. Instead of trying to sell me his products, (that by the way are excellent, since I decided to try them on my own), Dr. Nowak, worked with my health insurance company to make sure my prescriptions where covered with the pharmacy, then he mention that if we could not find coverage then he would offer me the option of buying them directly from his office, at a very competitive price or to find other options based on my budget needs.Is been 8 months since I started seeing Dr. Nowak for my acne problems and my skin has NEVER looked better; I expected good results, but not amazing results such as the ones I see now. After many years of suffering with acne, this is the first time I have not have a breakout in the past 6 months. I would completely, without a doubt recommend Dr. Nowak. And I want to thank him for giving me back confidence of not having to worry about how my skin looks anymore.

If youre looking for a truly exceptional experience for your face and body, this is the place! Dr. Nowak and staff are absolutely excellent and tailor procedures and treatments to bring your body, skin, and facial contours to their absolute best. I am treated like a queen from the moment I sign in until I leave. Personable and friendly staff members are your first contacts as you walk in the door and you immediately feel welcome. Consultations are not rushed and you will feel as though you are the only client being seen that day. I have used Dr. Nowaks skills for the CO2 fractional laser treatment (my face), Botox and Radiesse fillers (these really make a difference in making a drawn face look younger and minimizing frown and laugh lines). You will not be a frozen face as Dr. Nowak is constantly asking you how you are doing and begins with very minimal injections until you reach the look you want and still keeps your face moving. I have also had the CoolSculpting treatments. Very effective if you dont wish to have invasive treatments performed. I splurged on a thermolipo procedure to sculpt my waist and reduce belly fat. What a difference! I now have a waist! Down time was minimal. I took one day off from driving but after that, no problem. Very little pain, in my case, and follow up care is excellent. I am currently receiving monthly facials from Conchita and also Reaction treatments. If youre looking for truly professional results and truly friendly and competent staff members, this is the place!
