The reception desk was kind and provided excellent service. Wait times were low and the waiting area was very clean. Large TV to watch while waiting. Security staff was kind when asking COVID questionnaire and made me feel safe.

Staff friendly, and attentive! Always clean! Treated me with respect! Waiting times have never been too long!
