Doctor Mark Chan and his office staff are awesome! Dr. Mark was very thorough and checked on things in my lungs and stomach to make sure everything was normal and was very educational about the experience. I’ve lost a few hours of sleep over being sick this last week and half but since going in today I’ve lost a lot of stress and anxiety. Luckily I’m getting my energy back and my appetite as well! Gail the office manager is super awesome and empathetic to the guest who enter Marque. Will definitely be going back to Dr. Mark @ Marque!

Waited for 45 minutes in the office after making an appointment and then was told it was going to be a virtual appointment because they only had one room available all afternoon even though I was already on site, sitting in their office. I was then told that their system “was down” and to go to one of their other locations. They announced that to the entire waiting room & you can guess how quickly the mood changed from patience to fury

Even though it was crazy busy … had overall good experience, really friendly staff Alexis and Christina helped me with my mom and questions we had regarding insurance. Dr. Walker was very helpful to my mom and now she feels so much better. The wait time was more then it said on the website.

Horrible service!! Made appointment on-line. Arrived early for daughters well being appointment and the office receptionist said there was no appointment in the system. I showed her 2 text messages I received confirming the appointment and she again said that it was not in the system and if my daughter wanted to be attended there was a 3 hour waiting period. I asked her if she could make another appointment for my daughter and she said to go online to make it. I told her thats what I had done already and obviously it did not work as there was no record of the appointment. I asked if I could speak with the Manager and she said the Manager had left for the day. At this point I was very frustrated and left the clinic. Very unprofessional clinic/receptionist.

I am absolutely frustrated with this type of service. I had a bad experience the first time my son came to get vaccinated. It’s common sense not to mix the people who come in sick for a COVID test with everyone else and they continue to do it?! There was a lady coughing and sneezing without her mask and yet they do nothing about it. I never saw someone sanitize the seats that sick patients who come in for a COVID test sit on. They continue to seat other patients in those same seats! The second time we came we had to wait 45 minutes and still nobody called my son in, we made an appointment just for that reason so we wouldn’t have to wait. I do not recommend this place at all I’d rather go to my local pharmacy to get the vaccine. As an urgent care they should know better

I got there at 8 am and didn’t get out until 10:45. I was extremely ill and couldn’t stop throwing up. It was disappointing to have to wait so long when I was in so much pain. A gentleman with an injured leg arrived after me and he was seen before me. Some consideration would had been appreciated. I’ll probably just go to the er next time.

Just WOW. My first time here and I was pleased they also had x-ray capabilities as most walk-in care facilities dont have this option. Plus they were super nice, professional, and very little wait (5-10 min). Their lobby was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I was also seen by highly skilled professionals such as a PA for triage and a DO for my actual appointment. Nowadays medical organizations try to push us non-urgent patients to lower-skilled levels of care to save costs so I appreciated knowing they werent skimming on costs on me. I will definitely be bringing my entire family here for any urgent care in the future!

As a first timer of any type of need for Urgent Care, the experience could not have gone more smoothly. The staff were EXTREMELY kind and took care of me in a very timely manner. Nurse Michelle M. did a great job on my wounds and to top it off, she has a beautiful personality! Thank you kindly!

On December 24th I took and paid $250.00 for a rapid COVID test that guaranteed results in 4 hours. The call with my results came on 12/28 @ 6:43 pm. I am negative. In the meantime I’ve had multiple conversations with Gale Ferreras, the office manager, who claims several calls were made but I could not be reached. Everything today is documentable and I have proof from my carrier of all calls missed and received. There are no missed calls during that period. In short, this company breached their contract and is now giving me the run around in order not to return my money. Gale will not come to the phone when I call nor has she returned my calls as promised. I will post another review once there is a conclusion. If I don’t get my money back at least you will all know this company is a fraud.

This was my second visit, the waiting room was very clean, the staff was so nice! The doctor listened to me & it actually looked like he cared instead of just wanting to get me out of there. They made me feel comfortable & did additional testing just so I could have a peace of mind. Would definitely come back!

Thank you to the team at Marque Urgent Care Eastlake including Noreen @ the front desk who made my appointment for me (I highly recommend making a reservation if possible), nurse Marilyn, Peter, and Harrison Kuykendall, PA-C. After checking my temperature to be sure I had no Covid 19 symptoms, the usual screening procedures were conducted. My wait time to see PA Kuykendall was reasonable considering the virus season we are experiencing. PA Kuykendall listened to my concerns and proceeded with a comprehensive exam, explaining his observations and answering my questions. A diagnostic test was conducted with the results provided to me at my visit to reassure me and provide me peace of mind. I greatly appreciate the outstanding team at Marque Urgent Care Eastlake and encourage patients to choose this team for their urgent medical care.

It was my first time here and The Staff at this clinic is amazing, it took less time than I thought to be seen.The nurse and the Doctor were very professional and informative.I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m not one for writing reviews but after looking up urgent care places in east lake, I only found a few and this one had bad reviews. I liked the fact I could make an appoint online for urgent care so I can here hoping I wouldn’t be one of the people complaining. To my surprise the safe was super nice, I came in 5 minutes for my appointment and they took me back right in time. After the nurse took my normal stats they put me into a room where within 3 minutes the doctor came in. I will be back ( hopefully not soon ) and this is my place for all urgent care matters.

Everyone was welcoming. The lobby as well as the rooms we nice and clean. The medical attention to detail was awesome!

While visiting my family, I live out of state, I unfortunately fell and injured my ankle. The receptionist met my son outside with a wheelchair to help transfer me into the facility. My personal information was taken in a timely matter as was the wait time to see the provider. After being examined by the PA and having X-rays by the radiology technician I was diagnosed with a fractured ankle. The care that I received was exceptional !

Very polite staff. Everyone is so nice and so professional. Ive been there about five different times and the wait time is never too bad. The office is always clean. I will gladly go back for their services.

They got me in quickly and accepted my insurance. They were friendly and kind too!

I checked in at 10:15 AM and the receptionist told me it would be about 3 hours. I figured that since there was quite a few people in the office, it was understandable. The receptionist told me I could leave and come back, also gave me a phone number to call and periodically check where I was in line. I filled out some paperwork and left to get some food. When I returned at approximately 12:40 the receptionist responds with, perfect timing! There is only 1 patient ahead of you. I sat down and waited to be called. There have been 5 patients called already and I am already at the 4.5 hour point.I went to explain to the receptionist my situation and the receptionist made an Oops! Face and told me that I will be called next. Now I have to worry that I will miss my 4:15pm chiropractic appointment.

I have been to this office twice in the past few months. Once for me, strep throat, ear infection and pink eye. I was treated so much better than I was at my primary dr.s office. Went back today for my son who broke his elbow. Again, amazing care! Both times, staff was fantastic, office is very clean - I cant say anything negative. For other comments about wait time - I cant complain about that at all. Todays visit of wait time, x-rays, splint and complete explanation of his injury, was about 1 hour.

Been here before with no problem. Went yesterday to get a physical. Called before and asked if it could be done. Was told yes. Checked again when I got there. Was told yes. They took my payment. Had to leave and return. Checked again. Was told yes. Finally, after hours, saw the physicians assistant, who refused, and then said that the reason why he wouldnt was maybe you have diabetes. If the first thing a so-called medical professional thinks of when they see a fat person is that maybe they have diabetes, they are the reason fat people would rather die than see a doctor, and they dont belong in healthcare.

I went here needing suturing and this place is great. Everyone from the front desk to the back office were amazing. PA Karen Dvorkin was so gentle and compassionate and did a great job. I would go back to this urgent care if needed. The wait time was about an hour, which is a lot less than the ER.

The Dr. on call Saturday night was fantastic,Was excellent at diagnosing my síntomas and more important not once did we feel he was rushing to see another patient.

Went in feeling dizzy, had fever and pain in my left ear. Saw a doctor who prescribed a 5 day course of antibiotics. Didnt help. After I finished the meds I went back and saw same doctor who prescribed a more powerful course of antibiotics. After two days of insomnia and diarrhea I ended up in a hospital emergency room. E R Doctor tells me I was given a WRONG diagnoses and that I had an outer ear infection not inner ear infection and that the oral antibiotics would not kill the infection.

I walked in and waited 5 plus minutes to get acknowledged. The girl came up chewing food and asked me if I had been there before. I told her no and she asked for my info, as she was getting ready to type it in she said Just so you know my Doctor will be going on lunch soon and still has sever people ahead of you. From the moment I got there there was no sign of compassion. no friendly face to greet me. I might have stayed and suffered the wait, if I hadnt of been made to wait so long just to talk to someone and if she hadnt of basically told me with her actions, that I was not even a fraction important. Never will I ever go back.

My daughter was seen quickly and the staff was extremely nice.

I sent my dad there whos visiting. It was a simple problem. He went early and waited at door. He checks in and sits for over a hour and asks why since he was there early. They told him they had LEFTOVER appointments from last night that the doctor decided to close early. No sign and didnt tell him when he checked in. Needless to say he never got seen after 2 hours of being the first person there this morning. What kind of business tells waiting patients to come back the next morning. And doesnt tell patients they will be waiting for hours for the ones they didnt finish the day before.

Had the best experience this past Wednesday and today.P.A. Karen is fantastic and all staff is super!

Great urgent care Ive been twice this year and both times the dr was super nice understanding listened attentively and correctly diagnosed and treated my issues promptly.

So...Im not one to write reviews but because this is a health care facility I feel its important for the community. I tried calling to see if they accept my insurance. (No dramatization) I called 15 times! It kept ringing so I kept calling. After the 10th they picked up and hung up, the 12th they just ignored the call, and at the 15th call they finally picked up. I understand it gets busy, however, please pick up the phone and either put me on hold or answer my simple question so I am able to walk in same day.

Son hurt his knee in a game. Sent to urgent care. We were treated like lepers. Staff acted as if they were put upon. Waiting 3 hours and still nothing in site for treatment.

Terrible waited four hours for my friend and there were only 3 people waiting no MD just a nurse practiioner what was taking so darn long emergency room is better dont come here!!!!!

This is the slowest, most inefficient place ever!!! we have been waiting for nearly 2 hours and have not been called back. there were hardly any people in here when we got here and the rate people are being tended to is horrific!!!! there is no sense of needing to care for anyone. maddening and frustrating

Staff very slow to requests. People taken out of sequence. Next time Ill go to an emergency it takes less time. Going on 2hrs
