They lost my results!!! Dont go here this is a violation of HIPAA. I went to 2 other labs (not Quest) a day afterward and my Dr has the results. FIVE(5) days later, blood tests missing and you cant call into the location you will have to go back and demand your results. Will notify my insurance and report them regarding potential HIPAA violations as I have no idea where my lab results are and they obviously dont know either.

They are all friendly. Ive been coming here for years. As with every other essential workers they grow tired as well. They are human and require our patience and respect. They have always been professional. Smile back when smiled to. They deserve a lot of credit.

I love this place because when I come early in the am I can just do a walk in. They have nice and friendly Phlebotomists that do what they can to find your MD Orders and gently take your labs. I in particular tend to have more interaction with Nancy. She always has a smile, does try to put me at ease by doing small talk. She is fast, doesnt hurt me and no matter how slow or busy the place gets, she always has a great attitude. I am highly satisfied and happy with this Quest Location.

The receptionist in this office is so rude, disorganized and does not follow schedule for those who have appointments. In contrast the technician very nice and polite. if you got appointment in this office watch out for the receptionist .

My husband and I was at the quest at Telegraph Rd they were wonderful which includes Lisa Gloria and everyone else. They go above and beyond they job. It is such a pleasure going there. They r all excellent and wonderful Thanks. Mrs victor Cortez

Great staff. Was there around 10:00 am and no waiting. There was only one other person just waiting to finish her test. Was told that it does get busy and appointments are recommended, but wow so glad I didnt go to the one on 4th, you can be there hours without an appointment.

I went there today for the first time. Super fast and easy, in less than 15 minutes I was taken care of. Recommend making an appointment on their website and bring proper documentation such as ID, lab order and insurance on your appointment for faster service, very satisfied.

Convient location and was easy to find since it is in a strip mall. There was no one at the front desk but they have a self service check in which was easy and convenient as well. I only interacted with one staff member but she was friendly and the blood draw was quick and painless. She didnt waste any time which i appreciated and i was in and out very quickly. Make a appointment though! I made my appt last night and still got in the following day at 930am. There were multiple non appts waiting to be seen. I would definitely go back to this location again. They deserve more stars.

When I walked in, I was greeted cordially. I explained to the lab tech that I am a hard stick and need a pediatric needle. He hit the vein on the first try, something I am always grateful for. He explained to me what I needed to do for another test. Thanks! Its hard for me to understand the negative comments.

Avoid this location if you value your life and your sanity! First of all, its not my fault if the receptionist/biller is or was incompetent and illiterate and bills the wrong insurance company but to refuse service and tell me to call their billing department directly and put the phone on speaker so she can hear the billing department while she goes on break now theres a big problem with that picture. Like look lady I am a customer/patient and you are employee of Quest. Talk about lack of customer service and people skills... and to think its our insurance money that pays their salaries. Never again will we return to this location, and as stated above if you value your life and sanity do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, there are much nicer people in other places. However if it is a must you come here avoid the tall, white, chubby girl!

More staff needed at front desk. There should be someone attending the desk and someone else attending the patients. The current staff is kind and helpful, though.

This is place is very understaffed and also very rude not just at the location but also national city location as well. At the telegraph canyon road, I had to take my 1 year old daughter in for blood drawn, and they had no idea what they were doing! They were getting mad at my child cause she wouldnt stop moving and crying they poked her twice and i told them to stop and she wouldnt listen to me at all. She kept digging the needle into my child arm and then gets the other gal and tries it again and failed to get blood and was pushing my daughters arm down so hard it was turning purple. I will NEVER go there again, they do not know that there doing at all. Please do not take your children here they do not treat them as if they were children and do not know what they are doing.

This place sucks.. I walked in today the front lady told me please a wait a minute and that minute took 10 mins ( know one waiting) they were just chitchatting about their weekend i have the supervisors phone number not recommended at all...

Horrible customer service ! I have been here since they oponed, almost two hours and nothing , they are serving just the appointments they do not have the capacity (physically and mentally) to serve the walk ins.If they do not have the capacity, they should state that they will serve just for appointments and no walk ins.Again awfull service !!!!

No customer service skills. The receptionist/phlebotomist are unpleasant. No patience to obviously scared pediatric patients and makes rude comments that makes kids more uncomfortable. PLEASE HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THE JOB!

They always give me a hard time because they have to fax the results to my doctor, and they are always giving me the wrong information. They have thrown out my lab orders “on accident” and ask me super personal questions that everyone in the waiting room can hear. Very unprofessional.

Doesnt deserve even one star they go thru there long appointment list before taking a walk in and if you ask how long its going to be they give you a rude answer almost 2 hours waiting and havent been called up for my insurance info who knows how much longer I have to wait to be called for my blood test and they said theres a half hour to an hour wait!

Whenever I come and it is frequent, they tend to you quickly because there are 2 people but today 07/20/2018 there is only one person and we are lasting more than 1 hour. To be served.They should have more staff.Talk to the girl who is attending and said that her partner is in lunch ...Mr. Supervisor: hire a third person for this laboratory, so that during lunch times the service does not stop being quick. Thank you...
