The worst dept in the hospital. No costumer service. I spent 2 days to ask a schedule for ultrasound kidney failure which my md wants the result as soon as possible never answer phone at all. They don’t care about there phone ringing for 30 min or more. Terrible

I arrived on time, went maybe ten minutes later than my appointment but was taken care of well.

Waited two months in pain for X-ray with barium. I was even on a waitlist. Patient outside said she was from Rosarito and said she got an appt the same week with no problem? What is the reasoning for this?

The woman that took me back from the waiting room was not wearing a mask. I was honestly so shocked when I saw this. I wore one to protect others, however, she was not doing the same which is crazy considering the fact that this is a medical facility.

Spoke with associate Sonia this afternoon to schedule appointments for both myself and my husband. She was very polite, thoughtful and extremely helpful. We have always gotten good service when using this facility. KUDOS SONIA.

If you want your HIPAA rights thrashed this is the place to go. No sign from podium to protect the privacy of those ahead of you or your own, and a staff that has no problem announcing what youre here for or discussing other patients visits out loud. The techs doing the tests were great. Otherwise, miserable.

RIP OFF REPORT. They scammed me. I had to get 6 MRIs and a few Xrays. The website says an MRI is $480, and additional MRIs are $240 without insurance. They billed me $1,150 for each MRI and refuse to give me the cash price because they already submitted the invoice. They never told me it would cost almost 5 times as much if I handed them my insurance card. You would think it would be the same price or cheaper if you use your already over priced Sharp Health Plan insurance. If you can operate and MRI machine, you can operate a calculator. Stop being dishonest and taking advantage of sick and injured people.

Never come here so unprofessional, we came here all the way from Downtown San Diego, we were 5 mins late to our appt. and they said sorry we cant see you, ok. Next appt comes 15 early, sorry mam were behind an hour, plus you need to take a pregnancy test, they tell us to go to a near by cvs, we bought the cheapest pregnancy test $10, so we come back 40 min later, mind you they said theyre behind an hour thats 60 minutes. So were waiting 15 minutes later they call our name and say sorry since you got here 40 min later we cant see you until later that night??? Are you for reals you said you were behind schedule now youre making it seem like its out fault?? Long story short they just were like we dont care how youre feeling, either you wait till we see you or you can leave 😡we decided to leave. $10 pregnancy test to the trash plus no appt. they didnt even said sorry. Were taking business somewhere else.

You cannot get an appointment for a Mammogram until December 30th, really?

Went in for a bone density test for which they no longer make appointments. Made me wake for almost two hours!!!! Place is packed to the brim with people waiting for them to do their job. Horrible service, they dont even care!
