Arrived at 9:00am and was out by 9:15am. My phlebotomists name was Olga and she was an absolutely perfect health care professional. Polite, kind, and very expiditious as well. An overall gem of a young person working in this field. Patients are zooming in and out of here as I type. No waiting to speak of. Ive never been in a lab that drew blood this fast. Amazing! Thanx to you all Labcorp.

They do there best to highly serve, it’s understandable what they go thru. Customer service is great . Go with an appointment and everything runs soothly and organized. Thank you staff for caring for my parents

The front service desk are completely unprofessional. They also disregard the mandate they have posted on their door. They had about 20 people waiting to be seen when the door say a max capacity of 6. There was only one person out of two serving a line out the door. For your sanity avoid this place at all cost.

Terrible service from the front desk, they left my arm severely bruised for a little over two weeks after drawing blood. I nearly fainted after as I made my way back home from that result. To top it all off, they lost my samples. AVOID!

We went to the Labcorp in Chula Vista today. We got there at 6:30 am to be first in line but ended up being 2nd and 3rd. They opened promptly at 7:00 am. They let 3 of us in to register which was handled quickly and professionally. In 13 minutes, yes 13 minutes we were done with our test and headed home. Good job ladies. Thank you for your service.

Service was quick depending on why time you went, but one of the ladies at the front was so rude! The older couple was trying to figure out their new machines for check in and her attitude was so awful. Not everyone is tech savvy and she could have been a little more patient and not as snotty with them. ):

Wish I could give this place a 0! Front desk person, was very rude. Had an attitude with everyone and claimed not to have found my lab order in the system. If you don’t like your job, change it. We do not need people like you working in the medical field.

On May 20, 2020, I accompanied my adult daughter to LabCorp 450 4th Ave Ste 405, Chula Vista, CA 91910. We experienced and witnessed multiple HIPAA violations, disregard for the safety of vulnerable patients during the Covid-19 pandemic, indifferent front desk staff and lack of clear verbal or written instructions for patients regarding how to effectively conduct a clean-catch urine sample. For example, my daughter hadnt done a clean catch before and there was nothing posted in the bathroom to instruct her. When asked, the front desk staffer claimed it was up to the doctor’s instructions re how to do it, but “as long as she wipes front to back she’ll be fine”. My daughter and a subsequent patient were asked loudly and in front of others in the waiting room if they were there for drug testing (he said yes). No effort was made to help elderly and non-English-speaking patients people with the automated check-in kiosk, nor did staff clean the kiosk computer or even encourage patients to use sanitizer before/after touching the screen touched by many others. After our visit, I tried to reach a LabCorp manager or other person to express my concerns, but I was never able to reach a human being, and no one has returned my phone messages there.

Worst lab Corp Ive ever been to. Extremely long lines, no rush to give customers service or get them out in s reasonable amount of time. Dont even think about trying to walk in. As Im writing this Im going on two and a half hours waiting. Im fasting and diabetic and they could not care less. Id go to any other location and try your luck there unless you like being packed like a sardine in a too small mismanaged wait room.

If you don’t have an appointment expect to wait for a while since this place is always packed. Even the people that have an appointment wait an extra 10-20mins. The staff is a bit uncaring but they are professional, well with my experience. If possible try to get an appointment or otherwise expect to wait. Overall my experience has been positive, I would only recommend this place if you are willing to wait or if you set up an appointment.

Post your hours! I dont work there so its not my job to show up and do it for you rather than get service.

I understand labs are very busy, however, the technicians should stay professional. When I asked questions as to why there were changes made to my lab order I was met with a resistance to answer the questions I had. Felt very impersonal.

Did not bother updating their answering machine or website.

While making my online appointment I saw and copied an QR code that was to be scanned upon arrival, When I arrived to a full waiting area, I signed in and noted I had an appointment. I was looking for the QR scanner and the woman behind the desk, in less than friendly tone, told me to sit down and i would be called, I asked where I might scan the QR code and the woman said, Oh, you have an appointment. She handed me a cup for a urine sample, and pointed around the corner. There were two bathrooms, one of which was out of order, The available bathroom lacked paper towels and was cluttered. When I exited I had to ask where to deposit the sample.The place was overcrowded, unorganized, less than friendly, did not ask if I had an appointment and insufficient attention detail.

Everything was fine, and they were nice.My only concern was the bathroom, was really dirty and smells 🥴. They need someone to be constantly checking if is clean.

This place has a an absolute joke as far as customer service is concerned. The two receptionists at the front are not helpful at all, just to say Im going to ask you to register on the kiosk. It is now 9:21am and we had an 8:00am appointment. Why even bother making an appointment if theyre not going to honor it.

Their new office space is GREAT.. Always make an appointment and you will be in and out in 10 min. Very good experience and conveniently close to my Dr.

Before going, I read the reviews here and saw the many problems with this place. So I was prepared for some issues. I made an appointment, made an online account, downloaded the app, showed up in plenty of time for my appointment with the QR code in hand but was never asked for it. Still, all went well for me. But I could see where other people would have problems especially if they didnt read the reviews here first. I signed in at the desk and checked in electronically at the kiosk. The mobile app check-in did not work at all. But because I checked in the right way, even though there are no signs telling you how to do it, I didnt have any problems. My technician was excellent, he caught a mistake in my doctors orders and got it corrected, and the blood draw was completely painless. Also, take MTS or Uber. There is never any parking here.

If you like being mistreated and talked to rudely. This place is for you, I cant believe the treatment they conduct on the senior citizens. I didnt even need their services but I sat there waiting for a family member. I observed how one of the receptionist with fake blonde hair was so rude to people. Ive seen faster service at the DMV than this place. Save yourself some time and dignity by not giving this place your business. I know I wont what happened to the days when Businesses hired people with skills and abilities to help the customer. This company is not people friendly and has its priorities backwards.

I felt like this location is the Best lab in Chula Vista possibly san diego...3min wait time with lobby half full. The costumer service was fantasic. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this location for your lab work

People in the front desk are rude... super crowded, i went to national city instead..

I love this lab, the staff is great. I go there every 2 weeks, they know me by name.

This lady with the pony tail and other lady dont knowl how to run an office. 5 people BEFORE of us and we still havent been helped yet

Make sure they reviewing your lab order, they do not like to read, I came with my mom last week and they denied the service, because in the insurance cardS mom was missing a little detail, but it was correct in the lab order, I wasted 3 hours to clarify this situation two days later.
