To the woman with colorful hair and tattoos: MY SON WAS NOT MOVING WHEN YOU CUT YOURSELF! You walked away with an attitude making me feel uncomfortable. I’m leaving this review to let you know IT WAS NOT MY SONS FAULT, I SAW THE WHOLE THING. DO NOT BLAME A TWO YEAR OLD FOR YOUR STUPIDITY AND MISTAKE!!!Leaving two stars because a woman with short black hair ended up cutting his hair with more patience, do not take children here.

My friend and i asked for a wash and dry, blowout specifically. Our hair WASNT EVEN FULLY DRIED. Not only was it dried badly, it was styled atrociously too. Do not recommend. Woman with colored hair and tattoos was rude.

I took my 13yr old to get a haircut here yesterday he is fully Vaccinated and so am I, so we arrived with no masks on as approved by the state of California. First of all they said their rest room was closed to the public so I had to leave my son and use the rest room 3 doors down. When I arrived back at the salon my child had a mask on. I explained he was fully Vaccinated and didn’t require a mask. But she insisted that her cosmetology license company required it!! Really?!?! anyways while I was waiting for my son to finish his haircut there was a family with young kids who needed to use the restroom and the other hairstylist allowed them to use the restroom and not me… also the child they were giving a haircut to next to us had no mask on and I can assure you he was too young to be vaccinated. I feel totally discriminated against, and I assure you I will never come back!!! and I also didn’t tip due to this circumstance!!!

Checked in online, they took me back as soon as I got there, and I was done in 20 minutes. Tammy was wonderful to talk to and she did a great job on my haircut!

Not so happy about my haircut today. The woman who cut my hair did not follow or listen to the style of what i want. She has no name tag on but in my receipt it was noted Coco. She just keep talking and making excuses that it was the same haircut i had before but it is not. I think she just cut hair the way she want it not the customer wants and at the end of the day you can’t do anything about it because it already too short and cannot be fix. Just a reminder to be careful who will cut your hair next and wouldn’t recommend Coco.

I loved my stylist Dee she listened to what I needed and was patient and sweet.Im giving the business itself the rating because we tried to use to the check in online and when we got there it didnt register and we had to wait longer to get our hair cuts. Not bad may be a website issue, please double check! I saw someone else had a similar issue.

It was my first time getting my hair cut at a place but decided to get one after work. Irma was the one who did my hair and everyone else working was so nice to me and welcoming. They work with what you want and did a lovely job! I am definitely going to be going often and highly recommend them.

Shoutout to Maricela! who did magic with my haircut as I have extremely damaged hair due to multiple bleaching and she managed to save the healthy part of my hair. When I tell you I was ready to hear that I would have to chop it all off and she calmly reassured me she could salvage it So happy with how she listened to what I wanted and worked with me taking her time to explain what would work and even giving hair tips along the way . Still Great. The system memorizes my hair cut. I can check the wait before I leave the house (5 minute drive). Staff is always courteous and sociable. Place is very clean and comfortable. Haircut is quality and consistant, even with getting a different barber each time. Price is the most economical around. I will keep returning.

My son needed an urgent haircut and I went in as a walk in which they took me right away and low and behold it was the same person that cut my sons hair at a previous location her name is Kimberly. She did an amazing job even though she had to answer the phones and give people instructions on how to get to their location, she was able to do her job in a very professional manner and was very detail oriented on his hair cut. It was truly a pleasure to see her again and I now we will be back there soon.CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH KIMBERLY 🤗

Great place for a quick, cheap cut. Good, average cut. If you’re looking for top notch haircut at a premium, this is not the place. But if you’re looking for an average cut at a great price, this is for you. I had trouble loading my coupon and the hair stylist added it on her own for me. Nice people.

Went at 5pm on Sunday and it was packed with people. Check-in was a bit confusing, it may be better to do online then you dont have to wait. But even with it being packed, they called me within 5 minutes. My stylist was Miranda and I cannot recommend her enough. She was very considerate and offered suggestions. The cut was quick and really good. I love what she did and will definitely return!

You know the old saying you get what you pay for, well thank God it only takes two weeks to grow back. Should of figured this would happen but still choose to take advantage of the 9.99 coupon anyways. I have had alot of bad haircuts in my life but was by far the worst. Avoid Miranda at all cost not only was it a bad haircut but it ended up that way because she cant focus on the task . Haircut ended up lopsided , side burns were uneven and she even forgot to trim my neck. What a joke perhaps Miranda you should listen to the customer , focus on the task you are doing and not be so hap hazard. If it wasnt the holidays and I didnt feel sorry for her i wouldnt of left a tip but I did, probably a mistake but anyways just avoid her .

Very busy. Everyone is there for the 6.99 or if you have a coupon for 5.99. One of their payment system is broken. The other one that works is slow and it took awhile for the system to process a credit card payment. My stylist was Tanya. She did a good job.

Terrible place, those ladies does not know what they are doing they cut my boys and my husband and dont even talk about hair cuts, they mess up their hair. That $5.99 cupon is not worth it. Really upset and there were lucky that I was not there because I wouldnt pay and someone would have to respond for this.

I had 2 people getting a hair cut. They called one but never called the other. Then I finally convinced them to take my other one and they messed his hair up. Bad! We went back. They tried to fix it. But we ended up having to shave his head due to it being that bad. Maybe when the kinks are out of the place we will try again. But I still dont think Ill go back.

Horrible Experience with Ariel. She seems like she’s dying lol No personality and like she doesn’t care at all. Put little effort in haircut. I don’t think I’ve seen anything like it lol. Literally cut my hair with one hand most of the time weird and not professional not coming to this location again! Maybe the Eastlake one but not this one!
