I absolutely REFUSE to go to anywhere else for eyebrow threading and Brazilian waxing! Not only is the staff super professional and friendly, I have not been able to find a salon that has better quality. They truly put their heart into their service and it shows! I called them my therapists for a reason ♥️ Thank you for all you do!!

I tried to contact this place all day to inform the owners about the horrible experience Im going through due to a wax I got at this location last night 11/13. They have yet to call me back. I went in for a wax last night and was the last wax before closing the person burned my whole right arm. I went to the dr and have 1st degree burns and have to take a antibiotic cream. I was recommended not to go to work for 48hrs and stay out of the sun until it heals. I sent the pictures to the business too and that didnt even catch their attention.

This review is about 2 weeks overdue but Adanna did such a great job on my brows! Most of the time the girls press to hard on my skin and it hurts for several days but she was super gentle and shaped my brows perfectly with no sensitivity! Thank you for being gentle!

I recently got my brows microbladed They did amazing job I was scared for a long time to do my eyebrows they make me comfortable I didn’t feel it and they are really kind a nice and the place really clean. The best browse service I have ever hadSaber she’s really nice and kind person she did really nice job I like My eyebrows thank you so much.

Go to Ayanna! You won’t regret it :-) I usually just go to whoever is available but I finally found my go-to person! Ive been going to her for a few months now and she gets my eyebrows right every time. She takes her time to make sure my eyebrows look even which I really appreciate.Ayanna is your go-to girl :-)

Ive been here 6 times and been taken care of by different people almost every time one of which was Ayesha (the owner) and it has been a great experience every single time. Yes out hurts more with some girls than with others. But my eyebrows look great every time!They are knowledgeable and well informed. The place is clean and I am in love with the decor! Super cool!I paid $10 for an eyebrow threading and my eyebrows have never looked better. Plus they wont just send you on your way with a red and shiny forehead after your done! They touch up and fill your brows when theyre done threading so you walk out of there in style!Love it and Im SO glad its in the neighborhood we needed it!

Just came from there and it was not worth the money. Told the girl to arch my brows and she did the exact opposite. Then I was left with my eyebrow hair all over my face, usually other locations wipe it off.All in all, its not worth the $14 you pay for threading. When I could get the same if not better at a cheaper location.

Went in there and didn’t even get greeted or asked to sign in, then another girl walked in and got helped right away. Both two girls were Rude and not friendly at all I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there as there first time.Horrible place, it deserves 0 stars.

This was my first time having this done (threading). She was quick, even though I was a walk in.She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and my lip. I will never go back to waxing!

I love Adliyahs Beauty, clean and the girls are freindly and always greeting customers even when they are working with other customers. I have had my brows done by 3 different staff members since I first started going to Aaliyahs and they have been perfect each and every time. The salon is always nice and clean, and the staff very professional. This is the only place I get my brows done because the results are always amazing.

Call me crazy but I dont mind driving the miles from Ontario to Aaliyahs 106miles to be exact. They are the best always nice to walk in and have a smiling face greet you hello. I would give it more stars but google only believes in 5 lol

This is the ONLY place I go to get my eyebrows done and Nora is the only girl I go to. She is naturally gifted at shaping my eyebrows to what I want and I always get TOOONNNS of compliments whenever Im fresh from a appointment and the prices are beyond reasonable for the quality!

I wish they didnt close the san ysidro location it was closer to me. But no matter what location u go to every single staff has been incredible. And if ur not happy with what they do...they will try to fix it.No better place to do your eyebrows.

This review is subject to change if they decide to stop ignoring me and make it right. I was referred to Ayesha for microshading by a client of hers. Ayesha’s work looked incredible, trustworthy and she had great reviews. Two friends and I booked our appointments for October, $350 each including the touch up (I tipped $50 so total $400). After the initial appointment my eyebrows looked great. She was attentive to my request for a natural shape and seemed to really enjoy what she does. I followed her healing protocol using the ointment she provided, sleeping on my back, not getting them wet in the shower, staying out of the sun, no alcohol, no workouts, so on and so forth. About a week later my eyebrows began to break out in bumps. I didn’t think much of it but they started to hurt and the bumps were spreading out from my eyebrows. I called and spoke with Robert two days before my 6 week touch up to reschedule because of the bumps. He asked me to come in to see my eyebrows. I show up at and Robert said it definitely was not an allergic reaction (and confirmed via text), ultimately pushing me to move forward with my touch up then and there, which I was not comfortable with. My eyebrows were bumpy and sore. I asked for time to see my dermatologist and reschedule, he said fine. My doctor asked me to discontinue the neosporin type ointment as that can actually cause the rashy bumps. I also began using a recommended OTC benzoyl peroxide gel. Within a few weeks my eyebrows were bump and pain free! The shape is still there and they still look pretty good. Excited, I texted Sat Jan 5 to book my touch up and I didn’t hear back. I called Sunday Jan 6, Monday Jan 7, Tues Jan 8 and left a voicemail each time. Never heard back. I texted Tues Jan 8 also, never heard back. Wednesday Jan 9, I call from my work phone out of suspicion of being ignored. Robert actually answered! He asked I get a note from my doctor giving me permission. Fine, I call my doctor and they said they will get back to me within 48 hours. Friday comes around and my doctor calls back saying they don’t provide such notes for cosmetic procedures because it’s a liability to them. I get it. I call back Friday Jan 11, no answer but immediately getting a text from Robert asking to text instead of call. Fine, I explain my doctors response, that I will not be using neosporin to heal, instead using an aveeno hypoallergenic product I used on other tattoos I have, and request a date for my touch up. No response. I text today again, no response. I call and leave another voicemail, no response. I text again, FINALLY get a response. “Hi I apologise for the late response Ive been very busy.” And goes on explaining they will not do my touch up without a doctors note because it’s a liability to them. I responded asking for a partial refund since they will not complete the services I paid for. I again, have yet to hear back. I understand it’s a liability for both my doctor and Ayesha. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication (completely ignoring me for a week!), and lack of willingness to make this right. If they provide a partial refund, I can use it as a deposit for a touch up elsewhere and my review will go up in stars because my eyebrows still look pretty good and they would be truly making things right. It’s not fair that I’m stuck having paid for a service they will not complete for a reason I am not at fault for and cannot mend.

As many of you know, its important to find someone whom knows that the moment you sit in their chair they know exactly what to do.3 years ago I stumbled upon a salon that offered threading (Aaliyahs Beauty and Brows -Hillcrest Location). As I opened the door to the salon I was immediately mesmerized and greeted by Ayesha the owner. She asked me what services I was looking for and asked me to sit in her chair. 10-15 minutes later I sat up and I was given a mirror to see the end result. WOW WOW AND WOW, I loved everything about my eyebrows. They looked clean and sharp!!!Fast forward to a couple years and found a new job in a different part of SD. Needless to say I traveled from where I now lived to Hillcrest and waited whatever time it was necessary for my girls (eyebrows) to receive the TLC that they are accustomed to.In conversation Ayesha told me she was opening a salon in the Eastlake area (much closer to home). I was excited to here that many other humans were going to be able to experience what Aaliyahs Beauty and Brows is all about.In one of my recent visits to her salon, we were discussing the option of Micro blading. It truly was a no brainer decision to have her do them. Appointment was booked bright and early. I arrived at the salon with much excitement, knowing that I was going to wake up everyday and have a beautiful set of eyebrows already on.Ayesha is very meticulous, she told me exactly what to anticipate. We choose the color that best suited my skin tone. Measurements and preciseness started to occur. Throughout the entire process Ayesha would constantly ensure that I felt no pain. Almost 1 hr and 45 minutes later, I was once again was given a mirror to look at the end result.Needless to say I was in LOVE, I loved everything about my newly improved girls. The color, the preciseness of every hair was truly and utterly fabulous. Hands down and without a doubt in my heart, if you are interested in getting your eyebrows threaded or Micro Bladed, Aaliyahs Beauty and Brows is the place to go.I decided to do this review because someone as devoted and as passionate as she is, should be recognized.
