I tried to book an appointment and the lady just hung up on me. She answered in spainsh and asked I asked her in english if they did hair and she didn’t even answer me super rude I tried calling back after she hung up and no answer super rude don’t recommend.

I asked for a cute brown ombré balayage and they gave me an old lady hair color, I literally paid $120 for white hair that I didnt even ask for.

Totally inexperienced. Very unhappy with the outcome. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Save yourselves.
