Dr. Albareedi treats me like family and is very kind every time Ive been there. He has great bedside manner and will answer all of your questions. At my first visit (during my first braces consultation), he asked me multiple times if he had answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that. Martha, who works at the front desk and is also a technician, is also very nice. I have called that office WAY too many times, and she always answers all my questions and is sweet in person.

Leaving 1 star because I couldn’t leave zero. This place has no consideration for a persons time. It was my first time coming here and I waited 50 minutes and still wasn’t seen. I told them from the start I only had 1 hour for my braces consultation and it took 50 minutes without being called into a room... had zero empathy when I complained. Will never go back to this place. Lacks communication.

Ive been welcomed with so much friendly-ness .All of the staffs are wonderful and yes FRIENDLY AND KIND I LOVE them. Dr said is an amazing person he does an awesome job I recommend him To anyone, their good ppl .

Friendly place, good job being an orthodontist, and cheaper than other places! Highly recommend for anyone who wants braces.
