This office is very professional. The thing that really makes them stand out is their staff. Super friendly and helpful, you can tell that they really care about their work and their results. They also have multiple locations which makes it convenient to get to whether you are in the city or the north shore.

I would definitely recommend Dr Lippitz and his team. They have been so caring, flexible with my schedule and I love my smile! Hands down hes the best orthodontist around!

Dr. Lippitz and his staff changed my life. I went to 10 other orthodontists who wanted to remove multiple teeth to fix my palate and jaw problem. He was the only one to give me a different option without removing teeth. I am beyond happy with the results. He’s a Life changer.it was a 6 year journey but I trusted him and the process .

I am extremely disappointed with the results after wearing my braces. I wore them for 3yrs but you’d never know. I paid $6k which is a lot more than most places charge so I expected good results. My overbite is worse and they chipped my tooth when tightening my braces. They don’t even care if your dissatisfied.

Lippitz Jr. drills teeth with no reasoning and no consent, then walks away with no explanation. It was traumatic. Would not recommend his services.

This is one of the worst orthodontist offices in Chicago hands down. They don’t take their time and don’t care how the patient feels about the results. Even their retainers have low quality for 300 dollars it’s a joke,

Dr Lippitz and his entire staff are amazing!! I came in to look into my options for fixing my teeth and the process couldnt have been easier. Everyone from the front desk, to his assistants, and especially doctor lippitz himself are very friendly and fun to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great experience at an orthodontist!!

Do not go here. It is possibly one of the worst orthodontist offices in the city. They are not gentle at all and do not care about quality.
