Always set my 6months follow up appointment at the current one. I received a 3 weeks ago advising me that I’ll have to switch my daughter & i appointment the dentist wasn’t going to be in. Confirmed new appointment time & day. Yesterday received a call confirming appointment i confirmed my appointment. Today at 4:10 received call stating i can come early. In route to the appointment another rep called saying my appointment is being canceled claiming dr have an emergency. I tell her i just received a call saying to come. She says well you can reschedule next month but the dr only handles patients Monday & Friday but you’ll have to come on a Monday next month. I advised her i booked this appointments 6 months ago had to reschedule & take off for the time of my appointment. For the next appointment can it be at 5 or after 5 when i get off. Her reply is oh no the dr leaves early. I said ok but that’ll mean my child have to miss school or leave early then I’ll have to take off work. She says well there are over 26 dentist in the area that can see you or work with your schedule. Mind you we have been going to this practice for years they are very gentle & my daughter loves this dentist because they handle kids with care. I expressed to her the dissatisfaction & how someone wasted my time & gas. If she could talk to the dr to see if she could give me an appointment due to this abrupt cancellation when i was told to come. She said no. I then expressed my dissatisfaction she said well it’s not like i get to leave. Okay so you’re still getting paid & i just had to take off to come for you to cancel & waste my time had the 1st person told me it was canceled that would’ve been fine i would’ve still be on the clock but no i was told to come. Nobody is compensating my pay or gas. I was only told the dr will be in Monday & hung up on

Im glad the dentist skillfully pulled out my old decayed tooth it was killing me for weeks. Thank you! Best tooth pull Ive ever had! Unfortunately the cavity filling was uneven n painful and scratched my tongue sore. And I smelled liquor on the dentists breath! I highly doubt a super drunk patient walked into the next room.

About 2 &1/2 years ago I had work done on a couple of teeth and it was a shocking experience. The work was not complete so I had to go back to correct some things. My filling on one tooth fell out after one year and my crown fell out the following year on the other tooth. Needless to say, I was/am out of more money trying to replace what they messed up. Bad dental work. I dont know if they have a better team, but I would not recomnend or go back.

I have been coming to Complete Family Dental for the last 4 years. I absolutely love all the staff here at complete family dental. I have never had an issue with any of the assistants or Doctors. I love how all of the staff keep you informed on what is going on. Not only do I bring my child here, I also am a patient as well. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Ive been attending Complete Dental Care for about 3 years now. Love how sweet this girls can be. Now they offer coffee perfect for the cold weather. Very friendly staff and Dr. Kang is very friendly and good with kids.

I love the clinic. When I was getting my tooth pulled out, it didnt hurt at all! The Dentist who pulled out my teeth was very nice.I was very scared to get braces but the person who did it was very calming. She said their will be noises but it will not hurt, that really helped! When I got braces, my teeth were very crooked. Within a month we could see a difference. My assistant, Becky, was very nice. When I was getting a new change of bands, it didnt hurt at all! She asked if any wires were poking me and if they were, she would fix it. I love Complete Dental Care. I really recommend it for braces or just for dental stuff. Love this place!

Do not take your kids here! I took my 3 year old to get a simple cavity filled now I’m sitting in lurie children’s hospital waiting for my daughter to get out of surgery because both molars they did got infected! In the course of two years my daughter has had to go into the emergency room over infections in both molars!The worst dentist in town not to mention how horrible they are with kids my daughter couldn’t stop crying and they wouldn’t let us back there!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Two of my kids are seeing Dr. Wiseman and his assistant Dalia and I have to say i have never experienced such care and professionalism. Also my son had some teeth extracted and Dr. Tuche and her assistant Isabel made sure he was comfortable and not to worry overall the experience has been an amazing journey and honestly the staff is very friendly. I make an hour drive but i wouldnt change it, I would definitely recommend.

I recently had an appointment with Dr Kang and was so happy with her work. She fixed 2 broken teeth and I will be getting crowns there. She is so sweet and patient. The office was very clean and up to date. The staff was so kind and helpful with my appointment. I will definitely be recommending Dr Kang to my family and friends!!

Theyre so unprofessional they always want money and when I go get my braces tighten I leave with many cuts on my lips and theyre so rough. Last Monday I was supposed to get my braces off. They call me on Monday morning to confirm my appointment, I told them Ill be there. Then 30 minutes before my appointment they call and say they have to reschedule cause they havent gotten my retainers yet!!! Like what?!!! Arent you supposed to make sure u have them before confirming that morning? I was really annoyed and hopefully they dont do that this Monday. Ugh.

I’ve been taking my son here for braces. I like the service from orthodontist Dr. wiseman as well as front desk and assistants. They try to be as fair with all appointments for all patients. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I took my daughter there they take her back for X-rays I hear her crying cause I couldn’t go with her worst feeling everThen I meet the specialist which then tells me what she’s going to do to my daughter and explain to me the procedure then tells me I’m not allowed in the room with my 5 year old daughter ! Ridiculous! Then asks me where I took her previous to there I tell her she says no wonder she’s behaving like that what the hell is that suppose to mean! Where I use to take her treated her way better then there! NEVER GOING BACK! Do not recommend it at all! If I couldGive it 0 stars I would!

At first I liked the place. But now will be looking for a new place. Tried to get an update on a root canal and crown and no one from the office ever called back .I called 5 times over 4 weeks and would talk to the receptionist but NEVER recieved a call back .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .I would look elsewhere .

At first I was scared of getting braces put on because of all the stories Ive heard about them, but the staff at Complete Dental Care made my experience with braces super comfortable. There staff is extremely kind and they take the care of your teeth very seriously.Complete Dental Care is 100% dedicated to the success of their patients procedure and will do everything in there power to guarantee the best results on your orthodontic needs. I would definitely recommend this place for all of those who plan to get braces in the future.

Horrible experience in this office especially with the staff/assistant! If I could rate these people negative I would, it doesn’t even meet a 1 Star rate! I’m really upset how they treat the adults as well as my 4year old son who got the treatment. They are very rude, if you could save yourself the experience and find another dentist please do sooooo! They did not let me be with my son while he was getting treatment, they traumatized him. These people gave me a 2 month appointment follow up and the doctor was still complaining on why 2 months later I was here, shaking my head. Horrible people working here! Also, they made me move my car from parking lot putting excuses that it’s only 60 minutes limit when I was parked there for 30 minutes and they have not called us in yet. Rude!!! Rude!!! Rude!!!!!

RUN!!! This place is horrible , unprofessional and does not even take the time out to introduce who they are in the practice and what their roles are. They had to to some work on my four year old and he was screaming to the top of his lungs . I expect small children to cry but this was beyond what a child should have to go through. Every child they came in was screaming to the top of their lungs and they tell you that you can’t come back while work is being done. I demanded they let me back after hearing my son and told her to stop the procedure and we will go elsewhere. Horrible place ! I had to ask all the follow up questions and the dentist seemed as if she just was talking to he talking and didn’t know what she was talking about. Don’t go to this place.

Recently my son had dental service in 3205 w Irving Park rd Chicago Illinois. Female middle eastern or Arabic or Indian looking Dental specialist was terrible. She did really bad work on my son’s teeth. It infected then we went to emergency room caz my son was having high fever because of what she did. Now he cannot chew and he is not eating well since he had dental service at complete dental care. Procedure was dirty, she has not suggested for my son having sleeping medication during all procedure. Tools are not clean enough and not one time using tools for sure. Receptionist is not smiling enough and nurses are not introducing themselves and they will not tell you what are they going to do now and next and you will need to guess what’s gonna happen next. Even dental specialist, she did not introduce herself, she did not explain well if removing teeth what’s gonna happen, how long after it will grow again etc side effects. I was expecting better service because she was dental specialist not even regular dentist. I believed what she said but later on, I found out what she said and decided were wrong and she was just lazy to fixing the teeth or not sincerely when she is doing her job. She has not given me enough information before she starts and she did not give me enough time to make decision. To remove my son’s teeth was mistake especially under 2 years old. Other dentists do not prefer to remove teeth because it will take long time to grow again. To visit that dental office was mistake and horrible service especially if you have young kids be carefull and think before you go there and check them well.

Dr. K and the staff there, literally changed my life!! I do a little entertainment and have had dental issues, for a long time and have lost work due to my unorthodox smile. Then I had an accident that left me with a chipped tooth for sometime. Then another issue arised and I saw a couple of other dentists who didn’t didn’t posses the clinical wherewithal to help me without an obscene charge, I lost hope on all fronts. Then I was led here and my prayers were answered, the staff was great with follow ups and Dr.K seemed to have a real understanding of what she could do and how to keep costs low. Clinically she fixed one of my biggest concerns, but then took the cosmetic concern on like a passion project. My smile has NEVER looked better, now mind you I still have a long way to go before everything’s fix but I can’t believe how much of a weight has been lifted off my shoulders from the work done here. I took a promo picture today and hope they use the open mouthed smile one, if so I’ll be a happy camper and post it to my personal instagram. P.S. I’ve never been an open mouth smiler, this is life changing. Thank you immensely, Complete Dental Care.

The doctors are good Ig they are honest and won’t tell you to do unnecessary dental fillings or work and overall good doctors from my viewpoint however the staff are very rude annoying and just super lazy and mean when they tightened ur braces they go really cold blooded and they talk a lot and don’t do work and the facility is not the best this is why I give a 2 star

Upsetting....Last post ortho appointment (to check retainers) was at 11am.... I was one of the first patient to get at the office before anyone else. Check in, was told to wait. After 30min I see a patient called in that came after me ... I was okay bc I thought maybe she had a faster procedure or something... then they called me at this point my parking slip had expired so I told the assistant that I would be back (car was parked right in front) when I came back I was very shocked when they told me I had to keep on waiting bc they let other patients who came after me go just bc I went outside for less than a minute like ....wth... they dragged on bc the patient who came after me was let in and had to get new retainers molded as she had broken hers.... at this point I was mad it was already 12 noon ... the point is I was scheduled at 11am came in early.. waited patiently for 30min when they called me I expected them to at least wait for me to put more money on my parking slip as it was just in front (less than 2min) but they didnt.. they just decided to call another person... if I wouldve known this I wouldve risked getting a ticket on my car... so I ended up getting seen at 12 the consult itself was less than 5min ... Dr. Wiseman just took off my retainers, manually fixed them to be more tighter and said that was it! He didnt even check my teeth for movement or if the retainer was doing its job.... he just fitted them.... I was done I just went home.

They Had My daughter wait 6MONTHS! to get a filling re filled that fell out & than went I went in after 6months the dentist told me I had to pull her tooth!!!! I left crying & immediately got a different dentist!!! NEVER WILL GO I BACK!

My wife when to this place for deep clean they didnt do a good job they was rushing her charge a $ 105.00 with insurance for deep clean that. they was Rude very unprofessional these people wait til you in the back in the chair then they tell how much they charge you like a Con artist. i will Never go back to this place again. VERY POOR SERVICE.

My 7yr old was referred here by our regular dentist because my son had difficulty relaxing when he tried to do his procedure. I called the dentist office and set an appointment for October 6th since that was the earliest they said he could be seen. I received a call yesterday from the Dr. Rosen asking if I could bring my son in around noon time. I of course jumped on the opportunity to get it out of the way sooner. So we come in a bit earlier since its our first time. I fill out the paperwork. They were laminated forms and I was asked to fill them out with a dry erase marker. (Thought that was weird. ) We get called back and they did X-rays on his teeth. Dr. Rosen explained that the 2 teeth that were supposed to receive baby root canals need to come out and that she will clean out his other tooth and crown it. Then tells us she needs us to come back later because she wont have time to finish his procedure before her assistant needs to leave. What???! Im like why ask us to come in early and ask us to come back again later?! Annoyed we left. My son left his stuff animal at home and was asking if we could go get it for him so I didnt make a big deal out of it. We come back and I walk back with my son and Dr Rosen told me to leave the room during the procedure. She doesnt allow parents to sit in the room. I made like I left and hid behind the curtain so my son wouldnt act out and I could make sure he was OK. When he finished pulling his teeth she immediately sat him up. He of course was upset and crying because he was in severe pain and was bleeding profusely. No follow up instructions or anything. I had to ask all the questions. She had a panicked look on her face when she saw how much he was bleeding. My son had blood on his shirt his arm and all over his hand. I had to ask her to give me a bib for him. Oh and she finished his procedure in 20 minutes...... Not sure why we had to come back. There was more than enough time for her to finish everything the first time around. Horrible experience. My poor son was so upset and she was very insensitive towards me and my son. I cant get back to my regular dentist fast enough to let him know how horrible our experience was. I would never recommend this place to anyone especially for children. If your child is scared of the dentist theres no doubt that they probably be traumatized after a visit here.

I have experienced a nightmare with this dental office and would not recommend these people they are not to professional people dont answer phones returns calls properly and procedures are just a complete run around no one seems to communicate with each and things dont get done right its been almost a yr and now my insurance has ran out got no teeth or even a surgery that was schedule because of lack of communication and probably due to the insurance I have if I had paid cash or had good insurance maybe they would have done it right at least that was impression I got from their second office on 26th st where I was scheduled to have surgery went in for nothing cause they were not prepared for me
