I cannot tell you how nervous I was to go in because it’s been awhile since I had my braces looked at, so I had much anxiety before I went. Once I finally went in I was welcomed by the front desk ladies (who were also really nice. ) Dr. Jesus was my doctor and he was just so understanding and made me feel so comfortable with my situation. I’ve never had a professional treat me with such respect and I really appreciate it. I’m so excited for them to work with me to get the smile I want. :)

The best and most safest place Ive ever been to. The dentist took care of my teeth. For 10 years, Ive been attending another clinic that was extremely terrible. I had pain and he ignored me but this clinic saved me. Im beyond blessed to have the best services.

I’m always nervous about going to the dentist so much so that I hadn’t been in 2-3 years. After my visit, I was so relieved to find a dentist that was kind, funny, and of course good with my teeth. Even though I needed dreaded fillings, I felt safe, comfortable, heard, and well cared for. Dr. Shehada and the team are incredible!

Dentist was so lazy. left the drill on the side of my mouth and left a scar, scar is still here about 6 months later.

So I have Medicaid, and I admit I have not been impressed with the tooth care I have received at any Dentist, including Family Dental, while on Medicaid. My yearly cleanings regularly feel like slap dash events. Again this is not unique to Family Dental.Unique to family Dental is the lack of communication. This is amplified with the revolving door of staff there. (I am not sure if people are working on their experience there before moving somewhere else, but I am always meeting new staff there. I have never had the same person at family Dental. Again this may be the way they are structured.) I have had two different scenarios where the lack of communication has been bizarre.The first was a year ago, when a Dentist told me the pain in my teeth could be because of my sinuses. When I asked my questions about that, because I had not heard of that before, the Dentist got pretty defensive. Asking if I wanted them to go talk to other Dentists. It left me a little confused.The second, was my most recent trip. I had asked about some other tooth pain, the Dentist after coming in asked if I had a plan for what to do with the tooth after they pulled it. No one had talked to me about pulling a tooth, instead the scenario presented was Well lets get this done Not talking to me and presenting options. Instead I had to ask several questions about what was going on and what my options were.If you have Medicare, expect a nominal cleaning here. I would not advise getting big work done here, I am not convinced they would give you the information you need without knowing what questions you should ask beforehand and wrestling it out of them.

Eveytime I visit Family Dental of Lincoln I have so much fun. Seriously, Dr. Obeid is so nice and fun. He takes care of all my dental needs and makes good suggestions. Since I started coming here 6 years ago, I had two implants, one root canal, and endless fillings, and my teeth have never been this good. Dr. Obeid and his staff (especially Lina and Maggie) are very friendly and helpful. My family come here too and I recommend Dr. Obeid to everyone. Before I met him, I was bouncing from one dentist to another, he is the only dentist I trust with my teeth.

The hygienist Rim was friendly, thorough, and professional in her cleaning work. I felt immediately better after the visit. Thanks for the great work, Rim!

Always a pleasant experience.y kids have been going here for years and the staff is always really nice and we hardly ever wait. The only negative thing I can say is they always push for braces. For one of my children I get the need but the other two have perfectly straight teeth.

THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY MEMBERS. NEVER GO HERE. THIS MAN RUINED MY TOOTH. I WASTED MY TIME COMING FOR A CAP AND NOT ONLY DID IT NOT FIT MY TOOTH AFTER PAYING FOR IT, BUT HE SANDED OFF MY ACTUAL TOOTH AND NOW IT LOOKS BOGUS. UNPROFESSIONAL WITH A BAD ATTITUDE LIKE ITS MY FAULT HIS OWN WORK DIDNT MATCH MY TOOTH. LIKE HE WAS GETTING VISIBLY ANGRY THAT IT WOULDNT FIT AND WAS CAUSING ME PAIN. THIS WAS THE SECOND CROWN THAT HE FAILED. THE LAST ONE I SWALLOWED IN MY SLEEP TWO WEEKS AFTER HE INSTALLED IT. HE DIDNT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND IT DIDNT EVEN FIT THIS TIME. I WOULD RATHER EXTRACT EVERY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH INSTEAD OF EVER GOING HERE AGAIN

I honestly owe my sanity to this dentists office! I knew from the moment I called and spoke with tiffany (hope I got her name right), that I was gonna be out of pain that day. She managed to get me in, within the hour,, with a the pandemonium going on in the city, for an extraction of my infected wisdom tooth. I had never been here before, and had no idea what to expect. I was called back promptly, by the nicest dental assistant ever, and within an hour, that bad tooth was out and by the time the numbing agents wore off, no more pain. A little sore, but no more pain. Due to my kidney disease, I have had to have several extractions and I wear partials. After such great care, Im switching over to family dental for all my needs. I honestly cant thank them enough for what they did for me and my family. I hadnt slept or eaten in days because of my pain. Now, Im back to caring for my family at 100 percent capacity! God bless you guys for everything.

Had a minor cavity filled in. It was done incorrectly, which caused some nerve issues. This led to having to get a root canal done. It’s been almost a month and they have not been able to finish my work. The crown comes in and I am not able to get an appointment for two weeks. Completely unreliable and misleading. They promised a two week crown procedure that has gone over a month. Very quick to collect payment without even finishing their work. Would give them a 0 if possible.

Dr. Obeid and his clinical team are so gentle, curious and friendly . My wife and I have been coming to him for years and refer all of our friends here. The admin team gets all your insurance details and provides detailed estimates for treatment so there are no surprises. Great dental practice.

Positive experience. Quick clean and checkup; Didnt try to up sell me anything like Ive experienced and some other places. I waited beyond my appointment time to be serviced, but I understand priority of emergency patients, and they apologized and compensated me for the delay (voluntarily, I didnt complain).

My second visit here. First visit went well and second visit I was there for a root canal and saw Dr. Obeid. He’s a super hero. . Worked with my difficult tooth which was badly infected in one visit and finished it. He did tell me initially he wasn’t going to finish but he did and put me at ease., my first root canal. I was hesitant to come in but he made me feel comfortable and no pain which was a big deal to me. He also explained everything before the procedure. The dental assistant was kind as well. Also the front desk was very pleasant. Great visit!Another visit for my two an a half year old. She didn’t cry once. Extremely happy with the service and everyone here.Also saw Dr.Chammae on for a different encounter and he is phenomenal, very kind and he genuinely cares and I love my smile now and of course more confident . Wrote the number down and gave them a call.I arrived WAYYYY 🤣too early but I was allowed to wait inside the facility 🤗Scheduled appointment for 9:00a.m. And was seen within the expected time.Very cordial staff! I would do negative if possible. I did actually like the dentist, but thats all! I went for multiple visits to get some fillings done. I had to wait 20+ min each time. They didnt fill in my cracked tooth the first visit (why I made it in the first place). They kept on pushing me to get caps. The dental assistants didnt know the computer systems, and evidently their jobs either. One of the fillings they did JUST fell out, guess it wasnt done too well.

Okay staff, on time, clean, overall they all do a decent job. But, recently I had issues with getting my crown appointment. 1st appointment was cancelled because Patel had emergency ... 2 weeks later was my appointment and then she took xray and said I have to see endodontist... they had numerous pictures of my teeth so why couldnt she have saw these prior. So luckily I found an endodontist same day and they said I was clear to have the crown. I called Patel right away and she said I had to wait for a report. I mean come on... I had to call back again next day because they still wouldnt contact me back for another appointment to get the crown. Their are other details I left out but main point is SOME of the secretaries and Patel drove me in circles and crazy. Hopefully this never happens again.

It was my first time at family dental of Lincoln and it was the best experience i have ever had at a dentist office!! It was quick and easy to make my appointment. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful and answered all of my questions. The dental assistants and dentist made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I will be going back here for my 6 month cleaning and check up. I strongly reccomend this dentist office!

Layla is the rudest, most incompetent employee I’ve ever encountered. She can barely formulate sentences correctly. She has the biggest attitude I’ve ever come across in a healthcare setting and treated me as if I was some sort of criminal. She didn’t even have the decency to look up from her computer when speaking to me and spoke to me as if I was begging for money or something of that nature. I will never return to this location simply because of her demeanor.

Scheduled an appointment, for my wisdom teeth, online for 11:30 but when I went in, they said I was scheduled for 10:30. I would have never done 10:30 since I didnt get off work until then. They said I could wait in a waiting room already filled with patients. Also that they might not be able to actually extract the wisdom teeth in their location. I just left, figured it was a lost cause. The lady wasnt rude or anything but I was just overall disappointed.

I cant emphasize how great my experience was with Dr.Kabar. I needed a root canal and this lady did not quit on me even tho it was a tiny bit difficult. She made sure she did everything correctly. She does not cut corners. She always made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Shes overall just an amazing dentist. I am very impressed with her customer service. I went there after not being to a dentist for a while. I let them know this. After examining the xrays, the dentist told me I had 12 cavities. I was mortified, aside from not being able to go to the dentist, I always took such good care of my teeth, and didnt have any pain. I couldnt afford what they quoted me, so I had to wait to do anything. Im glad I did because I went to another dentist for a second opinion and he said there were no cavities and he had no idea how anyone could have seen 12. So, would they have drilled into my perfectly healthy teeth just to make money? Ive been to a third dentist since Family Dental, and still not one of the 12 cavities I supposedly had. Do not recommend unless you are a masochist.

6:00 appointment.Arrived at 6:00.Was told the dentist left because my appointment was at 5:30.They close at 7 on Wednesdays. Clearly, the office was more concerned about get off earlier than calling or texting in this year of 2019 when its thats simple to confirm an appointment or clarify misunderstanding.

This place used to be a good dentistry but now its just a hole in the wall with inexperienced and incompetent dentists/receptionists. I made an appointment and made clear I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. I went in to get the extraction done just to waste my money and time for the so called doctor to tell me he cant pull it and he doesnt have the proper equipment at this location. He then recommended another dentist not with 1st family that had ridiculous prices which of course didnt accept my insurance. So I paid for a consultation for him to ward me off and an x-ray that was useless elsewhere since he didnt even take that properly.

This office was a great office but today i took my son in the office and he had appointment at 430 pm....its 508pm im still waiting its so messed up every time I come in now.I wish the hispanic dentist was still here!

I have been coming here for years for both general cleanings and Invisalign treatment. I trust and appreciate the work of Dr. Obeid and Dr. Najjar beyond ANY doubt. They are highly skilled. The office staff is awesome too. Highly recommended. Oh and I get a free toothbrush every time!

I called at 1:45 pm due to a chipped tooth, I went in at 2pm and was finished at 2:25. Not only are they quick, they are very knowledgeable. Dr. Obeid is amazing!!

I am blown away by the caliber of the staff at FD. We had a dental emergency at the last minute that was going to force us to cancel our move out of state and they were already fully booked for the night but Alejandra was so patient and kind and listened to me and she mustve heard the desperation in my voice bc she put me on hold and when she came back on the line she had is in for 1 hour later and was apologizing in advance for any possible wait at might have bc they had 3 concentration booked before us! I have never had anyone apologize in advance for a wait when they could have told us that they were booked and sorry!!! THAT is so awesome. It restored my faith in humanity and proved to me that there are still some great people out there. I cannot recommend them more and if I could give them 100 stars I would. Empathy and kindness like that are so very rare. What a gift we were given by Alejandra and the Drs of FD. I wont ever forget it. They are amazing.

I just moved To Chicago and needed a new dentist so I decided to family dental of Lincoln a try. The staff was extremely accommodating and personal! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Dr.Obeid and Dr.kabar are very knowledgable and great at explaining the details of the dental procedures. They are all top of the line professionals, with superb workmanship, artistry and state of the art equipment. For the same day crowns & root canal. A lab on site, 3D Imaging, and TV/DVD for his patients to watch while waiting, or just to relax, if they wish. He has other Hi-Tech equipment, as well, to achieve a precision alignment, which goes hand in hand with that perfect smile, Dr. Nidal did a full thorough dental exam every time I do visit him to me and my wife as well. He is very passionate in helping me and my wife. then he takes a full history for the current problem and tell you all the options available. He was amazing in helping his patients in their budget and whatever fit their budget. Contrary to other dentist who surprise you with a big bill when you leave their offices. I have had poor teeth for about 15 years, and have had many great dentists. None of which, have been better at the Mastery of Dentistry, than Dr. Nidal Obied . He has transformed all of my ugly teeth into a beautiful smile. Speaking the truth, with his great job in my both root canal, he saved me going to the specialist and I saved tones of money. The secretaries working at this dentists office are very horrible they scheduled appointments without verifying insurance only to come on the set appointment and to find out that the insurance will not cover it until one month after why do they schedule the appointment without verifying the insurance first and the receptionist there are very horrible not friendly and unable and very disorganized and handling patients!!!!

Excellent work 100% recommended. My son finished his brakets treatment here since he came from Mexico, in July of last year he continued here and today I finish the Brakets treatment. Congratulations to the Dentist Najjar, an excellent work and the people who participated starting from the entrance staff. And the best that they speak Spanish.
