I loved it since I first stepped in the place. The people were amazing always asking how we were feeling with our teeth. My personal experience was the best one yet. I came in with not having confidence with my teeth. Compared to now I have so much confindence with my teeth than never. They left my teeth so perfect even the main one said she loved them. I love how they are so nice and welcoming. I 100% recommended this place 💗

I highly recommend this place made me feel welcomed and safe. Very friendly staff and informative. they were helpful in working with me and payments. Ive always been apprehensive with dentist visits but this office was great. I will definitely be back for the remaining work and recommending to friends and family. I really appreciate the help and excited to finally have my teeth fixed!!!

The staff was so nice and the place was well maintained. Dr. Garcia was so sweet and we even got to meet Amiee!! Being at the office made me feel like they were my family because they were so welcoming. Everyone at the workplace gave me the confidence to be able to smile and go out in public and not be self-conscious anymore about how my smile looked. Miracle workers!!

Ive always had good experiences with this orthodontist place. Recently went to get retainer again and the newer lady at the front desk is a lot nicer than the one that used to be there a couple years ago. A lot of the reviews complain about the time they take with the braces. I got my braces in 2016 and they told me it would take about 18 months, but obviously that will not be the exact time I get them off. There are things that may cause the treatment to extend, like for me, they decided that an expander wasnt working and that I should get two teeth removed instead. Even though it wasnt until barely 2 years ago that I got my braces off (about 2 years with braces), I would rather wait longer and have straight teeth than get them off sooner and not be happy with the results. Plus the orthodontists know what to do, they went to school for this. They never let you wait a super long time before youre called and yes it is expensive, but fixing teeth isnt going to be a cheap thing in the first place.

The whole staff is super friendly, explained everything clear. They make you feel at home

I am 4 months into my Orthodontic experience and I couldn’t be happier. What I love most about Dr. Garcia is that she is assertive and confident in her decisions. I came in with certain expectations on what I wanted done but, through her experience, she was able to explain to me what needs to be done in order to get the best results. She isnt waved by patients opinions, on the contrary, she educates the patient. Her male assistant is also kind and charming! I am definitely pleased with my decision on chosing this office for my dental journey!

The staff and doctors are rlly nice and helpful. I gotten my braces a few yrs ago and gotten them off bk in 2018. My teeth were horrible back then but now they are shaped and perfect. Thank you guys for helping me with my teeth.

I first came here when I was a teenager and they worked with my mother for braces. 12 years later I went back to get a retainer removed and the staff and Dr. were great! Dr. Eloisa has always been great. I had a minor insurance issue and she was able to communicate with me and her staff and they are working with my insurance. I received a courtesy call for a payment error which I had not noticed. I have never been treated rudely or unprofessionally and maybe that is because I wasnt rude to them either. As a healthcare worker, patients can be very rude and nasty and have the nerve to complain when they are treated the same way.

I highly recommend Dr.Garcia for your braces treatment . The time that I have coming here has left me and family with great results . It is a very welcoming environment . Always see great smiles .

Money hungry don’t know how to communicate how much is due constantly changing amount

Ive couldn’t have picked a better place to come and get my braces.. Dr Eloisa Garcia and her staff have been more than professional and attentive to my needs! I really feel right at home whenever I call them or visit them. I will recommend to whoever need oral care done. Great people

I had to put a star or I couldnt post( That might be my fault) I think a class action lawsuit is in the future. Im not sure on her billing procedures or maybe the staff is not competent in their job. I do know that other orthodontist charge a flat fee for the whole service whether its a year or two or longer they do not charge per appointment. The insurance company either pays the amount of the procedure for the braces or they pay a portion of the amount in the patient or parent is responsible for the remainder, most offices will work out a payment plan. I cannot say for certain but after reading comments and reviews I feel that she is been paid by public aid or the insurance and then turns around and charges the customer or her staff is padding her books. If that is the case it is illegal and Criminal. Once again this is my opinion I am not making a false accusation Im going solely on what I have read in other reviews and my own daughters experience. And also I read that it seems more like a teaching school then a doctors office. I am going to take the initiative to contact my insurance and check on payments and request that is on record. She was only have supposed to have her braces on for 1 year is it been over two and a half. I have dropped Dr Garcia as her orthodontist I am also taking her to another orthodontist for a second opinion and third opinion to have it recorded and have her braces removed finally. I am on Facebook if anyone would like to talk.

I understand a little bit of Spanish and she didn’t think I did she constantly talks about about me in Spanish.

Worst place ever wouldnt recommend anyone to come here been with these braces for 3 years. The staff think they know what they are doing but no. They said I was done and ready to get them off just so they can tell me that I still need more time thats it dont waste your money here !

The staff seem to have to walk around egg shells when the Doc is in their presence. Her open disdain for customers asking too many questions instead of just writing out checks would be comical if it wasnt so costly. Maybe she should be doing business in a more affluent neighborhood since she has such obvious contempt for the plebians she performs her services on. 3rd strikeout did it for me. OH and if I wanted a fawking lecture on my poor dental hygiene I would have my mother go to dental school and do my dental work instead.

Worst dentist ever. Very unprofessional and only wants money. My insurance covered the braces but the doctor continuously nagged my mother to pay $100 for every appointment. If we didnt pay $100, they turned me away and said to come next time with TWICE the amount of money even though they didnt even tighten or fix my braces. I am away at college and needed to transfer dentists and I called four times and yelled at the receptionist for them not wanting to transfer my records over to my new dentist. Worst place ever. Do not go there to get braces!

Dr. Eloísa is very rude and thinks she knows everything about your teeth she will point out any little thing and practically yell at you about it. Insurance was suppose to cover braces but somehow we were getting charged for little things every visit. Staff is childish DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I wish their were less than a star i could place instead.We were approved for braces through All kids. They placed my daughters braces on her teeth and then Dr Eloisa is telling us we needed to cough up 5000.00 bc they didnt bother checking if the approval was still effective, it was not. Due to medical plans, it changed which then my daughter was no longer qualified but they informed us once they placed my daughters braces on and now shes had them for almost 2 years without the Dr wanting to touch my daughters braces unless she was paid even though they told me it was. Im finally placing the correct braces on her though another ortho but had to go through her incompetence to finally have my daughter taken care of. I placed a complaint with BBB and ADA. I dont give a rats ass if shes a doctor, she needs to get her professional career together before she loses more patients...or she along with her incompetent administrative team will lose the practice.

I spend over 5600 on getting braces. It was an expensive procedure. And I always been unhappy with the results. What I seen from Doctor Eloisa Garcia is that they are only after the patients money. They dont care about their customers satisfaction, all they care is about the money. They charge fees for everything. Well if your wondering what caused an unhappy unsatisfied patient reviews, to write such a disscussted review, here is why? After my permanent bottom retainer cracked I immediately went to the Ortho to ask for it to b replaced but instead they turn me away, few weeks later I felt my bottom theeth sensitve, I immediately went to the Ortho, to have it replace but they turned me away for the sencond time n send me home, n told me if u feel it that ur theeth are moving then come back. I didnt get my rootainer that day. I went for the 4th time to the Ortho, but my tooth already has been shifted, they didnt do anything to fix it. They only charge me 300 for a new rootainer that I had to pay out of my pocket & the worse part was that that rootainer didnt help my there get back in place. I still paid out of pocket. Is like they could of help me right their but didnt all they got was my money and an unhappy patient. I spended so much money for them to turn me away multiple times. I not only spended time but it cost me so much money. Like once the balance was paid off, and the braces where taken off, basically their job was completed and they got rid of me and job was poorly Due to their lack of Consumer care. Consumers dont go with this doctor, they have so many people that they are always rushing they dont care for their own patients they dont listen and talk to u about their procedures their covers their benefits etc. If I could Ill rate it 0 star. Dont waste your money with such an awful care.

This is the worse dentist office I have ever dealt with. From the doctor down to her staff are EXTREMELY rude and VERY unprofessional. I have been trying to get my daughters records transferred to the new dentist office since April and they have done nothing but lied and been very uncooperative. I havr to now file a complainy with the insurance company in order to get the rest of the work down for my daughter. The worse experience ever!

Rude staff .doctor is older and more understanding,but she has a bunch of girls working here and looks like dentistry school.stay away unless you want to be a ginny pig.OH AND PARKING FORGET IT.the doctor preys on the poor Hispanics in the area .charges public aid the charges them co pay like she did us.
