As soon as I was greeted and welcome I felt comfortable. Staff was very caring and sweet. As well as professional. Don’t regret my decision of coming to Orthodontic Experts.

I would like to start with how amazing the facility looks and smells. Its always a friendly welcoming vibe and not to mention with COVID still the office is always clean And keeping a small amount of people in the office which is always great.Have in mind that the bracket procedure is a process especially if you have governmental assistance. Therefore, it does take time but when you have such an amazing staff from the dentist, techs and management and receptionists the wait time seems shorter. Kim and Lupe since we started the process which was approx mid April but again with insurance issues and what not as of today 07/22 my daughter is getting her bracket installed.Also not to mention but Michelle has been nothing but very courteous professional and most importantly helpful in every step of the way. When you have such and amazing and well train employees it shows in their work ethic.They are always so gentle with their words and that is great because that always gives assurance and confidence not only for me as a parents perspective but also in your child.If you are looking to get any type of orthodontic treatment this is the office to come to! The staff are more than welcoming and happy to assist in your needs.

The staff are very friendly knowledgeable and patient.Place is very clean and inviting I was in and out for braces within 45 mins to an hour. Lupe is awesome she answered all my questions about payment broke everything down for me went over everything as I was a little nervous. The lady that placed my brackets was very nice as well she had already cleaned and sanitize her area and I realized that something was rubbing she sanitized re- gloved and took a look fix it and I was out of there but not before the friendly receptionist gave me a t shirt and a goodie bag with a sample of everything I will need to take care of my smile 😃

I would like to thank the over friendly, polite and helpful staff at this office. I was very impressed with how neat and clean this office was. I visited the office to have a consultation for my daughter, I met with Michelle Hernandez the treatment coordinator and Dr. Torres. I loved how they explained everything and make you feel very comfortable. This encouraged me to have my very own consultation that same day. Keep up the great work! Definitely recommend.

I visited the office for a consultation and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff is. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kim the receptionist. She greeted me with a warm welcome. I been to other offices, where they completely ignore you when you walk in. Kim was very friendly and welcoming, she didnt hesitate to offer me help. Kim even assisted me with filling out my new patient form. The office was very neat and clean. Its always hard to find a office that is neat and clean and has wonderful staff. Im so glad I decided to visit Avondale Orthodontic Experts.

This location refused to submit my insurance claim for me, so I have been forced to pay up front and submit the insurance claim myself - a process that has been made much more difficult as a result. Im told this is far from best practice for a medical office. The staff were friendly and the services were fine, but I can safely say that I will not be returning to this office.

Bad experience. They give u a phone call appointment and they don’t call you, then they change your appointment without your knowledge. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Was trying to get a quote for my daughters braces and they were very unhelpful. I reached out to the manager to speak with her and didn’t call back either. Will not be taking my daughter here. At least to this location.

Waste of time! Went In for consults for my 2 daughters and myself. You would think they’ll be on top of the game for a family of 3 $$$Unreliable and unorganized. The doctor seemed nice and professional, staff is the issue.Owner, management or doctors don’t apologize on here to pretend you care. Call me if you want otherwise your loss is my gain ✌🏼
