I have been a patient for over 3 years and I must say I have been afraid to be consistent in seeing the dentist but i have been comfortable coming here. The staff is so pleasant and engaging. I’ve seen Two different dentist and can’t recall either of their name 🤣. But they both have been kind and explained all my options. My visit today was very pleasant and i have not had any pain so i will complete my suggested work. Please take care of your teeth before they get in bad shape!

I love this office. Always quick and always a welcoming atmosphere. My dentist is very nice and super awesome. I always feel very comfortable here and my needs are always met. I also take my son here. A very good family dentist. Highly recommend getting services here.

So satisfied with the dental cleaning my son received at Bedford Dental. I’ve taken my son to other places and I end up having them clean his teeth again because they miss some teeth. I didn’t have to have them go over his cleaning again because they cleaned his teeth really good. He wears braces so a good cleaning is always needed.

Doctor Amina is awesome! My daughter was afraid due to her last dentist experience, but doctor Amina calm her down explaining her every step, definitely I will recommend doctor Amina to all my family and friends. Love the office/front desk.

Bedford dental is awesome! The staff and doctors are all friendly and knowledgeable. I just did the Invisalign treatment and I am very happy with my teeth as they are all straightened now. My favorite doctor is Hegazy, he’s really funny and answers questions thoroughly. I love coming here and bringing my kids as well. Also, I like how they send texts to remind me about our appointments because between work and other things I always end up forgetting.

I decided to visit this place to have my general cleaning done and I was not disappointed. Dr. Amina did an amazing job, she was very friendly and she made sure to answer all of questions and concerns. The lady from the front desk made sure to explain my treatment plan thoroughly so I knew the exact cost of everything without there being any hidden fees. Ill definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Bedford Dental is very pleasant. Dr Habbal was very gentle and very nice. She did a great job with seeing myself and my son and 2 grandsons! Totally worth the 45 min drive! I will recommend to family and friends.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Hegazy and he made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything thoroughly and checked up on me periodically to make sure I wasnt in any pain or discomfort. My visit was wonderful..they took there time with me ..the doctor was very very understanding with me and my situation is I have anxiety very bad..be she was cool as a cucumber with me. My brother went to Dr. Hegazy to have three teeth extracted. Bones from the extracted teeth were left behind. He suffered horribly as a result. Went back twice to have bones removed. Doctor removed one bone while denying there were any bones left behind. Went back to see same doctor again and he removed more bone fragments after once again denying any were left behind. Third time he had to return and insisted on seeing another dentist because there were still pieces of bone in his jaw. While this femal dentist found another bone, she commented that there was another bone she could see but she would leave it in place because it did not bother him as far as she could see. It has been eight or nine weeks now and he is still suffering and could feel another piece of bone trying to go through his gum. He will have to find another dentist. Please be aware when you are reading these reviews that you can very well encounter the same experience he did. I am going to complain now to his insurance, hoping that the insurance will not pay for the horrific service rendered.

I have been going here for years now and I absolutely love this place, I love the staff they are amazing!! Im always telling people to go there when the say they need a dentist. They are GREAT with my children and they also love going there.

We will not return to this place! First off, the person who attended us at the front desk was rude and uninformed. The person who took/ scanned photos of our teeth did it in a rough manner. I was accompanied by my daughter and another person who was scanning my teeth said I couldn’t have her in there. I didn’t seem to understand the reason why and there was no explanation for it. It was a constant repeating order being stated towards my daughter when she was only trying to sit by my side to wait. It seemed like all the workers wanted to go home without caring about being rough with our during the treatment. In addition, my son had his cleaning done and they made him bleed. My daughter, who is 19 years young and got a cavity filled 6 months before this day she returned, was caught by surprise by the recommendation to have a root canal just because she had a “ large looking cavity cure” as the doctor stated. The same doctor left me in a lot of pain while treating me and also sent me to a specialist since she wasn’t bale to truly identify a solution to the treatment I needed. I hope they never call me again to schedule an appointment for my husband, son, daughter and much less me. They definitely lost 4 customers for not being clear, being rough and rude with the attention we needed for our teeth, and leaving a patient in pain without even fixing the issue that had been addressed that same day of my appointment. It was a a waste of time for me specifically to even go here initially since all they did was charge me for cleaning and scanning of my teeth and didn’t properly treat my urgent tooth that had prior pain. Instead they gave me more pain, caused my son to bleed while cleaning his teeth and left my daughter speechless since she was told she will have a root canal soon at such a young age.

I do not like going to the dentist but when I begin going to Bedford dental. Now I love going to the dentist now. They have excellent customer service, they are very courteous and the place is clean.

Bedford dentist is the best... I had my 2 daughters with me . We all had appointments but my youngest (1) daughter wanted to be a pest ... The crew were so helpful with her while I was taking care off ... they rock 💯... All the staff members there on September 1, 2021 @ 4 pm ...

I had a great experience! Dr. Hagazi Is amazing. He is so caring and thorough. I went there to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted, and the whole process took about 30 minutes; 45 minutes tops. I am very blessed to have had my teeth grown straight up, so the process was not that complicated as many other cases where the teeth grown in sideways. Nonetheless, I haven’t found myself waiting too long for anything. I genuinely enjoy getting my questions and concerns addressed by the doctor as well as. Today would mark the 5th day of my recovery, and I am so grateful to be doing so well.

This was the worst dental front desk employees I ever met. SMH! Just because I told them I had trouble signing in I was denied an extra pen to make the process faster since I brought my two boys and had my wife helping. Literally the words that came out of the employee was that it was the only pen they had and that thats why they text me to sign in. They gave out a bad vibe, sarcastic, unprofessional and with no desire or love for what they doing. They need to be retrained or replaced.

I won’t recommend that place they have the worse service. They don’t go by appointment my daugther’s appointment was at 10:30 am they didn’t take care of her until 10:45 am. We are people that if you said 10:30 am I want to be take care at that time. I do have other things to do. They are very rude. Giving them a star is being nice. I call the orthodontist experts not to refer them.

I just finished my dental appointment. The secretary and staff were nice and helpful. The dental assistant seemed pretty nice. The dentist (Dr Patel) was nice, but hurried. I think I may have upset her with some of my questions and thoughts. First, since I have been there, I have seen a different dentist EVERY time (3-4 visits). Wasn’t used to this and asked about it and assistant informed me that this is standard procedure, that if a dentist is finishing a project he/she started, then I would see the same dentist but if it’s just check ups, I see a different dentist. I said ok. Just been to a lot of different dentists and haven’t experienced this but ok. I’ll roll with it.Dentist performs exam and says I have 3 cavities and asks would I like them filled today. Dentist also addressed pain I was having in lower left side of mouth in area where Bedford Dental performed a filling last year. Dentist said she would shave the filling because she believed my abnormal bite was causing pain. I then say I’m not sure. I tell Dr Patel I was seeing a dentist prior to coming to Bedford Dental and was very happy with the dentist but the dentist didn’t take my dental coverage so I tried Bedford Dental. I also said that previous dentist identified dark spots on my teeth which could be called cavities but didn’t necessarily recommend treatment right away. So I tell Dr Patel I think I want to get a second opinion. Dr Patel said ok and that she would just recommend cleaning teeth and not doing any procedures until I get second opinion. I then told Dr Patel I would like her to shave filling but don’t fill cavities. She said ok.Usually after dental exams, the dentist will talk to you about your brushing and flossing habits and will give you a more detailed analysis of what she saw in mouth. Dr Patel didn’t provide that.Next, Dr Patel performed the fastest tooth cleaning I’ve EVER experienced. I’ve been to multiple dentists and they usually scrape the gum line, floss, give you a care cleaning kit, etc. All she did was use the polish/toothbrush and I’m not sure she did every tooth. A complete rush job. It didn’t feel good at all. It was almost as though my questions really irritated her and I asked her was she ok and if she had an attitude and she said no. She was ok.I hope in future, Bedford Dental and can provide more thorough care. The staff was friendly but Dr Patel just seemed to go too fast and wasn’t thorough.

Dr Hegazy DDS went above and beyond, saw an issue with my daughter teeth from the previous dentist, and corrected the problem without any hesitation. Also was very clear and transparent With his communication. No beating around the bush. I can appreciate that.

Went to have a cleaning and Dr Hegazy recommended I have a cavity fillled. I agreed. During the procedure, I wasn’t numbed enough and informed Dr Hegazy. He stated he only needed a moment more and I informed him I was in pain. A day later, I stated having sensitivity issues with repaired tooth. He scheduled me for another visit whereby, he applied a numbing agent in my mouth but it wasn’t enough and I started feeling pain once he started filing the tooth. Towards the end of the procedure Dr Hegazy stated he saw evidence of me grinding my teeth and tried to sell me a $600.00 night guard tray to put in my mouth at bedtime which would eliminate the grinding.I told him I don’t grind my teeth at night which is confirmed by my wife whom is a RN. I informed him that the grinding was from eating sticky/hard candy from my childhood years. This is the worst dentist I have ever came across. Please disregard this business!!!!!!!!

Ive been going here for at least 5 years and the staff is always kind and helpful. Dr. Hegazy is awesome. He educates you on why you need the treatment. I recently just got two crowns, and Im satisfied with how everything went. They scanned my teeth instead of using a mold so the process of getting my crown was faster.

Elizabeth and Dr. Hegazy did an amazing job removing all four wisdom teeth. No pain throughout the procedure. He was pretty quick with the whole procedure and made sure I was okay at all times. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing wisdom teeth extractions!

My family has been coming here for years-today I brought my four year old who has recently developed a fear of men- Dr Ussamah (a male) was so patient, he was kind and understanding and asked me if I would like his female colleague to treat my daughter. After apologizing profusely, I happily accepted. Dr Amina (a female) was amazing with my daughter. My daughter was still anxious and scared. Coincidentally, Dr Amina had a picture of her own daughter wearing the same shirt my daughter was wearing and showed her the picture. She created a friendly, kind and caring environment that made my four year old comfortable. I highly recommend this practice. I have never been disappointed.

I can’t say enough how amazing everyone is at Bedford Dental, especially Dr. Hagazy. He truly loves what he does and will do whatever he can to get your smile back. After seeing dentists over the last 10 years and not feeling like any of them heard me as soon as I sat in the chair Dr. Hagazy gave me the confidence he would get my smile back. I have struggled with broken teeth in the front and missing teeth in the back for almost 10 years and I’m only 38. I’ve been able to hide it in the front, but it’s a daily process and I was always in pain. As soon as I sat in the chair I knew I would get my smile back! My bottom teeth are completely done and I can’t stop looking at them in the mirror and the pain relief is unbelievable!! I didn’t realize how much I hurt all the time! He will do whatever he can to help his patients and is so passionate about helping people, you can feel it when he talks to you.Every person that works at Bedford Dental has been so kind and personable. I have been going to appointments every Friday for at least a month now and it makes it a lot less painful and scary to go for procedures when you walk into nothing but happy positive energy and lots of compassion for how you are feeling. I love Bedford Dental and could not encourage people enough to go there!!! ❤️

The front desk receptionist are always so welcoming very polite always ready to help with a great big smile. Now Dr Hegazy he is truly truly the best Dentist I have ever come across. Dr.Hegazy and Yasmin,I was recommended to Bedford Dental from a friend of mine. I will, hands down, say this office as a whole unit is incredible. The staff are very organized, kind, respectful and patient. My experience here was outstanding! I came from a previous dentist who did a poor job on fillings on my four front teeth. I was completely dissatisfied with those services. I came to Dr. Hegazy and he is very informative as to what he thinks is best for you. He explains each and everything to you as he is working. As a human, an individual we all want our teeth to look good, especially the front teeth. I will say he made my teeth look AMAZING! I cried so hard after I looked in the mirror at myself. Sorry doc (LOL) .... But yes Dr. Hegazy shed a few years, as he knew his hard work paid off. I would recommend anyone to come to Bedford Dental as this was the best dental expert of my life this far. I actually decided to visit this place because of the great reviews online, and theyre accurate! The staff is so friendly and caring, they truly want to make the best environment for their patients. I hadnt been to the dentist in years, and Dr. Jessica and assistant Ceci made me as comfortable as they could, and gave me breaks when I needed it. I also really appreciate the way that they do their best to work with your financial situation. My boyfriend went in for an emergency visit, and even though he didnt have insurance, they helped him figure out how to get treatment that would fit our budget. Highly recommend, and Ive been recommending them to all my family and friends. Definitely will be keeping them as my permanent dentists. :-)

I started bringing my kids to this dentist when my son busted his front teeth. No one would take him as a walk in. Or an emergency. When I found this office online and called they were happy to assist us. I’ve been going ever since. That was two almost three years ago.Both my kids Age 7 and 5 now like the office and the staff is always accommodating to their nervousness. The front desk is well organized and send multiple reminders for your appointment.This past month Doctor Jessica did my dental work and cleaning. She was amazing. She walked me through each step. I am terrified of needles and she was very careful when numbing me.Today I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed. Doctor Hegazy worked on me. He was awesome. He went over the procedure and the after care before we even got started. He explained every step and was careful to ease my anxiety.I would recommend this office to everyone! The Doctors are so friendly and professional, the assistance are quick and helpful always very nice, the front desk is helpful to both staff and patients. Everyone is so nice.If you need a dentist, this is the place to go.

I was referred to this office by my friend and she recommended Dr.Hegazy but he wasn’t available because he’s currently on vacation so I was nervous to get another doctor but I met Dr. Raj and was very sweet to my daughter and I. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I booked to see him at my next appointment. His dental hygienist made my 6 year old very comfortable and she did great on her cleaning.The front staff was very friendly especially Cindy who helped me check in. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

I went to a dentist prior to coming to Bedford Dental and was given the run around with my wisdom teeth. I googled dentist in my area and made an appointment with Bedford Dental and it was honestly what i should’ve done in the first place. Dr. Hegazy is amazing! I was scared to have all of my wisdom teeth pulled but he reassured me over and over that it would be okay. He calmed me down and i was comfortable. All teeth were pulled successfully and it was a quick process! Thank you Dr. Hegazy and his assistant Kayla!

I had a very good experience at this dental office. I went as a new patient for all 3 of my kids today. I have a very positive review to write because my experience was wonderful! The front staff was very nice specially the lady that checked me in. The assistant that took the xrays on my daughter was very patient and nice. I went in the room with my kids she was awesome she put the tv on for them and gave them toys. I was very happy with my visit. Also let me not forget to mention Dr. Usauma (sorry if I misspelled his name) he did the cleaning on all 3 kids very patient dr with my kids and very nice. Overall my experience at Bedford Dental was awesome. Thank you to the whole staff for making a great experience for my kids! You guys are truly heroes!

Kayla and Dr. Rag did an excellent job on my teeth. They were very informative, helpful, nice and encouraging. I will continue to go. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Genuinely nice individuals.
