Had a 10:30 appointment office closed had six people outside waiting since 9 its 11:24 still nothing

Dr. Wyatt is the best doctor in Chicago, IL hands down! I have always been able to talk to her and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would never consider changing doctors. She is so polite and professional. Her passion for medicine really shows through her work. She’s very knowledgeable and compassionate. I absolutely lover Dr. Wyatt and her entire staff!!!

I wish I had found Dr. Wyatt years ago. She has been a blessing to me and my family. She diagnosed me, and then saw my mom and husband for free and treated them as well. So grateful for her.

I will be forever grateful for Dr. Wyatt, she is truly amazing and personable.I was feeling hopeless about my vision situation and she restored my hope and vision literally and figuterly.There were times when I was in the office 3 - 4 times a week, her persistence and dedication to finding a solution to my issue was motivation for me to stay encouraged.When she sent me to see another specialist he sent me back to her saying shes doing everything he would do.I will forever be grateful for her and her staff.I am not sure when the relationship changed from patient to doctor to family but Im glad it did.I highly recommend Dr. Wyatt.

Dr Wyatt is simply the best! Her office staff is so warm and welcoming and Dr. Wyatt gave me the best service! She took her time with me and made sure that I had a clear understanding of my eye health! I truly appreciate her patience and kindness and will definitely be back!

Dr. Wyatt is a compassionate doctor who really cares about her patients. I came into her office blind and two weeks later she operated on me and I can see great! She is a blessing!!!

The business is completely unprofessional and has absolutely no empathyfor senior citizens. My father has had appointment after appointmentcanceled without any explanation. He has trouble seeing and for months thisbusiness has continued to disappoint, as his children we all have jobs.. weare more than ready and willing to take a day off to take my dad to hissurgery however time after time we take days off and they cancel lastminute. We do not have the luxury of calling off at their convenience,these are days we could be spending with our children, or working. I havefiled a complaint with the BBB and am looking into other avenues. It istheir responsibility as a medical office to follow through with patientcare, so far all my dad has done with waste months of his time waiting forservices which were never rendered. Its is a shame and it is disgustingthat a Medical Office would be so negligent in providing service to theirpatients. We will no longer place my fathers medical needs in the hands ofsuch an uncaring, incompetent, unprofessional office. I spoke with Rebeccaand she was unapologetic and rude. I strongly suggest to stay away fromthis medical office.

So a while ago i went to her office to get an eye exam for glasses and both parts where ok. I got my eye exam and a my glasses(which took a month and a half to recieve by the way) and i was cool and ok with it. A year later which is today i needed to get a VISION test done for a future employer to see if I have 20/20 vision with the glasses that were PRESCRIBED to me by her from my exam a year ago. I made an APPOINTMENT for my eye exam that I had to call off of work for only to be told at the time i sat waiting for her that she doesnt know how to do the exam and that she cant do it. When ANY PLACE THAT SELLS GLASSES GIVE OUT EYE EXAMS because if she didnt she wouldnt have been able to do it LAST YEAR when i came in. I really think that it was because of my insurance not being acceptable because the girl (who im not really complaining about) said that they dont accept my insurance anymore and that i had to go somewhere else and ask the employer for a recommendation to do it at. I called the medical department who needed the results from the exam that i scheduled to do after my exam about the situation and even the other lady over the phone told be that what they did was not right and any place that gives out glasses does vision test which i already knew!! I called back to dr.wyatt office and told them what the medical department said and i believe it was still the lady the first time who answered told me again she cant do it and we cant use your insurance I mentioned that I could pay out of pocket for the exam and that would not be an issue but the lady still told me that she couldnt do the exam. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE! if you are not going to help me take an eye exam at your OPTICAL OFFICE for no reason that you didnt tell me why she cant then that was just plain wrong. The Dr. Could have came out from the back when i was there to explain why she couldnt do a vision and eye test for me instead of having the lady at the desk being the messenger between us which was a sign telling me that she didnt care. Ive been nothing but nice with our last encounter and even when it took me a MONTH and a half to get my glasses and later find out they never put it through their system and until i called them about it thats when everything got cleared and my glasses came. I was going to keep returning for anything for my eyes because it is an OPTICAL OFFICE but now they are a waste of time. Never again. If she couldnt do the eye exam then why was i able to schedule an appointment for an eye and vision exam. But i will file a complaint to BBB cause i didnt want to even care about this place anymore after today but I thought about other people who they will try to do this to and i want to let them know that they may refuse service do to something they know and will not tell you but she cant do it.

The office charge for a copy of the prescription if you choose to get glasses some where else. Why???

THIS A RETRACTION of my previous review.My opinion of Dr. Wyatts EXCELLENCE remains UNCHANGED!However, after speaking to Rebecca of Dr. Wyatts staff, I now understand the automatic calls (demanding payment of a bill which I previously paid) originated NOT in the OFFICE, but from a THIRD-PARTY vendor!! Rebecca was both very professional and GRACIOUS during our conversation. In addition, her audit and review of my patient history and payment records was THOROUGH!! Rebecca stated the issue is being addressed, and I believe her implicitly!My thanks to Dr. Wyatts staff, and KUDOS to Rebecca!!
