I was very pleased with the patience and thoroughness of my eye doctor at Rosin in Aurora. Also, the optician who measuredmy bifocal line did a good job. Your staff was friendly and helpful throughout. My only complaint is with your Chicago office. I specifically requested inexpensive yet sturdy frames, but I got handmade designer frames at three times the price.

The women who work in this office are the most helpful people I have encountered. They definitely go above and beyond to help their patients. All the optometrists I have seen here have also been very thorough and kind. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I went to Rosin on 07/24 for an eye exam, the staff was very friendly, however it now 08/20 nearly a month since my visit and no glasses. My husband went to a different eye doctor and his glasses were sent within in one week. When I called I was told it would be another week....really?? I wont be coming back to Rosin.

I received excellent service from the start of my visit to the conclusion of my experience. The front office were cordial, polite and professional. Dr. Coffey was patient, thorough and professional. He informed me of everything he tested me for. Excellent all around!

As a first time customer I was very disappointed in my experience here. This was my first eye exam in 30 years, so I did not know what to expect. I was quickly tested and drops were put into my eyes before even asking me if I wanted contacts. Apparently the drops prevented them from testing me for contacts. So, the whole reason I came to this location was wasted, because of incompetent employees/doctors. Now I will be forced to take another day off work, pay another copay, and get the test done that I wanted in the first place. And i can guarantee it won’t be at this place.

Seamless experience in ordering new contact lenses. They were also very flexible in getting my contacts to me via mail after I initially said I would pick them up. Everything arrived perfectly and on time.

What this place lacks in a profuse abundance in trendy eye wear options, they make up for one-hundred fold with phenomenal customer service. While staying in Chicago for the week, I had an adverse reaction to some new contact solution that left my eyes burning and rendered my last pair of contacts completely unusable. I called Rosin (in the Rush University complex) to see if I could buy a tester pair in my prescription. Not only did they have my ridiculously strong prescription in stock (whereas most places have to special order even a trial pair), they gave me a pair for free AND sent me home with a new lens case and solution. To be honest, I think they were more concerned about the health of my eyeballs than I was! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place.

Great doctors, receptionist are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have to drive the parking garage is quite expensive. They are really quick with appointments so I would just do street parking for an hour and use the park Chicago app in case you need to extend your time.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with this location. The staff are exceptional, helpful, happy, engaged, listen to you and your situation, answer your questions and concerns, and absolutely will take care of you. Here, I feel like my care is priority. To start with the positive - the front staff ladies are PHENOMENAL. Their concern, focus on quality and general awesomeness have been the only reason Ive been coming back.The main doctor Ive been seeing (unfortunately not Dr. Kowalski) has zero bedside manner, care or respect for patients. He has since given me incorrect information multiple times, doesnt remember to have met me on previous visits; I am exasperated that in healthcare, apparently non quality providers sneak through.

Dr Coffey was great and spent a great deal of 1 to 1 patient time and explained a lot about what he was doing when examining my eyes. The receptionists were very nice as well

Great service from this location. I was traveling and was only in town for a short period of time, with ripped contacts. Found Rosin to be pretty quick to get me an eye exam and some new ones. The only thing id say is that its a little hard to find in the building. But the doctor was good - and my order came in quick.

The Dr. was great. The staff were friendly, but did a mistake in ordering my frame. They had to reorder new frames, and the process took a few weeks which was a bit annoying and unexpected.

Awesome place and fantastic care. I recently went through Rosin for Lasik and could not be happier. Each step was patiently explained and any questions was thoughtfully answered. I am so pleased to have found such a professional,friendly, and consientious staff as I have found at Rosin Eyecare. I was given the time I needed to find the eyewear I wanted through tray after tray of frames. I knew that when I walked out that the staff had assisted me so beautifully. I cant wait to get my glasses .

The exam covered all my concerns and the Assistants were very helpful with the selection of the glasses frames.

Found them to be dishonest and financially driven instead of patient-care driven. Came as a new patient and they claimed the contacts I have used for years were discontinued (they are available through any online supplier) so I am guessing they get some kickback for selling a different brand which they forced me to switch to. The doctor then told me I needed a specialized contact for astigmatism which other doctors have commented that I had but always said mine required no specialized lens. The lenses he put me in were uncomfortable but when I said something I was told I just needed to get used to them. As I was finishing up with the billing guy, I was then told I had to pay extra out of pocket for the exam because my eyes required specialized treatment. I sucked it up and paid it even though my eyes have never required specialized lenses before. I told the billing guy that the contacts I was wearing did not feel right and I did not want to order any until I had a chance to try them for a few more days. He claimed if I did not order contacts immediately from their office I would be charged the entire cost of my exam because insurance would not cover it if I didnt buy lenses immediately. That does not even make sense!! Insurance companies typically allow prescriptions to be filled at any in-network provider so Im concerned he was lying through his teeth to get more money out of me. He suggested I pay them AN ADDITIONAL FEE to cover the case that the prescription I had did not work out and I could then come in to adjust the prescription. I declined and have no intention of returning to this office. My headaches and eye pain have increased over three days wearing these wrong type of lenses and Im now stuck with 2 more boxes of them that I was forced to order. I will be paying out of pocket for an exam with a doctor somewhere else who will actually put my vision ahead of their bottom line.
