Dr. Song is the best! Super nice, personable and speedy. Always makes me feel comfortable and cared for.

Absolutely the worst doctor that we have ever seen. Never returned any phone call to us. Never sent any test results back to us. We had to call multiple times to her office but still could not even get a single call back from her. Never want to see this doctor again. She treated us as nobody. She neither cared about us nor respected us. We are extremely disappointed.

I absolutely love Dr. Song she’s very attentive and timely. She just doesn’t care about her patients she’s interested in what’s going on with them outside personally.. I feel so comfortable sharing new life changing events. I’ve been here for over 5 years and wouldn’t change a thing.. The whole association rocks you all are amazing!!!

Dr. Song give me thorough examination and spent time to answer any questions that I had and I appointment was on time which is important to me.

Being my first ogbyn visit, Dr. Song made me feel comfortable and confident that she had my best interest in mind. Im so glad I found her!

Unfortunately my experience with Dr. Song was not as positive as the rest of these reviews. I’m getting my MBA at the University of Chicago, and my student health services aren’t great. I wanted to see a real doctor, as I’ve been having some concerning gynecological symptoms. My visit to Dr. Song did little to ease my concern. I shared with her my list of symptoms, how scared I was, and that I wanted to be tested for a specific type of cancer. After brushing off my concerns, she performed the least thorough pelvic exam I’ve ever had. Not only did Dr Song fail to qualm my fears, but she failed to do her job. I’m seeing another OBGYN next week who has willingly agreed to run the tests I’ve requested. I don’t recommend Dr. Song.

I’m giving this practice one star because of a problem during a recent visit, and also the lack of response I’ve received upon being my complaint to light.I recently visited Dr. Song for an issue that really required an examination. I sat in the patient room for over an hour. A nurse checked back once and said, “you still haven’t seen Dr. Song?”When Dr. Song finally came into the room, over an hour past my appointment time, she did not even acknowledge that she was so late. I had to take time out of my work day to do this appointment.Next, I described my current issue and told her I had seen my primary for it first. Dr. Song asked, “what did she think?” And I told her that she recommended I go to my gyno for HER to do an examine. Dr. Song basically blew off my concerns and sent me on my way. No exam. And all told, about a 5 minute conversation that left me with more questions and zero answers.Then I get the bill in the mail! $318 for an office visit! Are you kidding me? What did she do? And in these times of COVID-19, this might as well have been a telemed appointment and could have saved me both time and money (albeit, I still would not have answers.So at this point, I called the office because I wanted to talk to someone about my experience. I spoke with the receptionist first, who was very nice, and she transferred me to the office manager. I got the voicemail and left my name, number, etc and said I wanted to discuss a recent appointment.Now it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back from anyone.I’m really disappointed in Dr. Song’s laissez faire attitude towards my health concerns, her disregard for my personal time, and now the level of professionalism and customer service I have received from the office/management staff.I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this practice.

As a new patient, I thought Dr. Song would introduce herself and ask me a few questions but she was very brief and curt and essentially told me I didn’t need to come back unless I had a specific problem. I guess she’s right but I’ve never interacted with a new physician in this manner before. Maybe she was too busy. Disappointed but I guess I won’t be seeing her much anyway since she told me I didn’t need her to get the order for my diagnostic mammograms and my primary can perform the same functions as she can. So, there you have it.

Dr. Song always make me feel comfortable. She is friendly and easy to talk to about anything.
