Similar to another reviewer below, I recommend verifying which lab the CGC will send your lab tests to before you leave your visit. Though the doctor is in-network for my insurance, they would send my lab work to an out of network lab without advising me ahead of time. $100 per test out of pocket, only to be billed two months later.Dr. Rahman herself is very kind and knowledgeable, if you can get access to her. The clinic staff is almost impossible to reach, Ive called multiple times a day, multiple times throughout the day with maybe a 15% chance of getting anyone on the phone. Ill probably be searching for a new doctor in the new year.

Dr. Rahman’s office and staff have consistently provided me with excellent service during the 2 years that I have gone for treatment. I have seen the group for both gynecological visits as well as cosmetic treatments. Dr. Rahman has a warm bedside manner and truly listens to her patients concerns so that she may address their concern with an optimal clinical outcome. As a busy professional mom, I appreciate having a place where I can get multiple needs met. This place is a gem!

Dr Rahman is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and always compassionate. You can tell she really cares. Have had several cosmetic treatments done and each appointment has gone smoothly with great results. Very happy!

Dr. Rahman and her office staff are very kind caring and make you feel comfortable. She focuses on pelvic pain as well, which is an emotionally sensitive issue for me and other patients. She took the time to speak to me in detail about my issues. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

I had a gyno appointment recently. It was absolutely outstanding. The front desk laddies was so warm and welcoming. Dr. Rahaman was so caring and very knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner Karen was outstanding. I would definitely come back to this office. It is the best.

It had been quite difficult for me to find an Obgyn in Chicago that cared about hormonal issues until I found Dr Rahman. She has been my Obgyn for 4 years now and she solved my problems and conditions. She listens well, she seems up to date on the latest research and treatment and she genuinely cares.

I went one time 8 months ago as a new patient (Im 32 y/o) for an annual gynecology physical and requested routine STD testing. I never saw a doctor, just the NP. I am a doctor myself, so I specifically discussed the tests to be done. Imagine my shock when 2 months later, I get a bill for almost $500 with A LOT of excess and unnecessary tests that I was not briefed on ! I tried for 6 months back and forth with this place for help adjusting the bill. They kept saying they were trying and then after 6 months came to the conclusion you were informed of those tests at the time of your visit .It also took me 2 full weeks to get lab results and I just realized I was also charged the specialist copay of $50 instead of the $30 LOLNeedless to say, I will never go back here and you should also steer clear of this place.

I absolutely love this office. Front desk is always friendly, Karen the nurse practitioner is fantastic, and Dr. Rahman couldnt be more caring. They can generally get you in for an appointment very quickly if need be. I had a few additional questions after my appointment. I called and Karen answered my questions via phone and then Dr. Rahman called me back to check on me today. Ive never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team. Look no further if you want top notch service!

I recently visited CGC as a new patient, a close friend of mine recommended them because of the staff and I must say my visit was the most positive experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Both the Nurse Practitioner Karen and Dr. Rahman were amazing. They are so caring and knowledgeable, I learned so much about my body and how to better care for myself at home. I was nervous to try a new gyno, but they were so warm and welcoming, I will never go to another gynecology clinic again. These ladies are wonderful!!!

Seen doctor Rahman for a basic check up and shes amazing. She was able to identify potential issues and she asked about family history etc. to determine what tests were needed. I am excited to go back for my next appointment.

I do not recommend this practice. TERRIBLE SERVICE.I visited early this year for my yearly check-up. I have PPO insurance, with co-pay of either $30 office visit or $50 specialist visit. Well, they charged me the $50 copay. My insurance talked to them, and omg they realized their mistake so instead of refunding me, they gave me a $20 office credit.Then the gynecologist Jessica performed whatever tests she did. Well a few weeks later I get a bill from the lab from all these tests that should have been covered by insurance. I call my insurance, and they said that their practice must have mistakenly entered the wrong codes, that they need to enter the routine codes so they can cover it. I tried to resolve the issue with this practice, and they did not nor have they still resolved the issue. They are still claiming that they put in the proper codes.I only visited them because their location is near my home and work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Dr Rahman is the best gynecologist I have ever encountered. She is compassionate and smart. There is no gynecologist that meets her standards in the area.

I love Dr.Rahman and her PA, Jessica! I’ve been seeing both Jessica and Dr. Rahman for over a year (when I moved to Chicago after graduating) and could not be happier. They both make me feel very comfortable during my exam and are so compassionate and caring!

Dr. Rahman is a wonderful physician! I cant say enough positive things about her and her practice. She is compassionate, patient, and very knowledgable. As one of her long-time patients, I feel that she is invested in the health of her patients and takes the time to get to know them personally. Location is also convenient, right off the Blue Line near the UIC campus. Office space is brand new and absolutely stunning!

Dr. Rahman is the best!!! I had been looking for a gynecologist that was experienced in high risk pregnancies and at the same time made me feel comfortable. I finally found Dr. Rahman and couldnt be happier! She is kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Her front desk staff is amazing and always answer me back within hours when I send emails with questions. I cannot be happier with this doctor and her staff. I highly recommend Dr. Rahman!

I loved Dr. Rahman! I was looking to see a gyno for the first time as Im in high school and was so nervous. During the first part of the appointment, Dr.Rahman asked me about my medical history and we just got to know each other. Once it came time for the exam, she did a great job of further distracting me with conversation. I could not have felt more comfortable! The staff is also super sweet, so that helped calm my nerves before my appointment. Im so happy (and relieved) to have found my new gyno!

It took a few visits to Dr. Sameena Rahman but I didnt mind because I had a high level of confidence in her knowledge and ability to resolve my health issues.Dr. Sameena Rahman is very caring, kind, friendly and professionvval. She was thorough and gentle during a much needed exam. She explained all in terms I could understand and accept.It took a few visits to her office in the loop but my problem is resolved and I am absolutely thrilled with Dr. Sameena Rahman.Dr. Rahman also has an excellent staff. They are always friendly and professional.I am always pleased when I get an appointment reminder call. They are a good team and work well together.
