Would not recommend! You never actually see the doctor just the PA. I’m high risk pregnancy and my other doctors have requested a call from him, over a week ago. Not successful! I went today for a visit, requested the doctor directly, this is like my 4 visit and I have to see the doctor, whom will supposedly deliver my baby. I need to be comfortable with you at this point but I don’t even know you. CHANGING DOCTORS today! Mainly black staff, and those ladies in the front always have attitudes. NOPE!!!! Don’t even waste your time.

DR ALSTON IS AMAZING but his staff is the reason I will never return. Had to do a whole appeal with my insurance because they never did the global referral to cover my prenatal visits. The front desk people attitudes are very distasteful. His son is much more respectful but lacks followthrough. Also very frustrating their is no way as a prenatal patient to reach the doctor. The fact thst any information has to be paged to him through the hospital was very upsetting.

Don’t recommend! I have yet to have a visit with the actual different doctors but the other staff are horrible. Lady at the front desk always with an attitude, it’s been a month since my appointment and haven’t been able to get my ultrasound. They don’t answer the phone, ghetto!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend ever, can’t give information about doctor himself because I’ve never saw him.

I am so happy I allowed him to deliver my baby. I was skeptical because of the hospital and the nurses but Dr. Alston made me feel very comfortable during my labor and delivery. I don’t think would’ve been able to keep pushing if it wasn’t for him.

My first time in the office was to get my iud replaced. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Alston (daughter). She was attentive, caring and a sweetheart. Made sure I got an answer to my questions and took good care of me. Im very pleased with my experience there

I just love Dr Alston and his daughter Dr Whitney Alston they are truly a breath of fresh air ❤️ I think the best ob doctors in Chicago 💕

I absolutely love Dr. Alston he delivered 3 of my kids. He makes you feel comfortable during visits and in the delivery room he tries to tells jokes to calm you during delivery Im sad hes not at womens wellness clinic anymore but hes a great doctor.

IVE BEEN KNOWING DR. ALSTON SINCE 1999 HE IS AN AMAZING MAN AND A GREAT DOCTOR , HE HAS DELIVERED TWO OF MY CHILDREN WHICH WERE BORN HEALTHY. HES ALWAYS BUSY BUT HE TAKES CARE OF ALL HIS PATIENTS AND TREATS THEM ALL WITH SUCH GOOD CARE .HE IS MY FAVORITE DOCTOR BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND HE TRYS TO MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE , I SO APPRECIATE HIM FOR ALL HIS WORK FOR MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN.

The person setting up hospital appointments is awful....she pontificated on why I was using my first amendment rights, and told me I could not ask her as to why I was put on hold over the line. Again first amendment rights....she is rude, obnoxious and thinks she knows a LOT...alas she does not know about first amendment.

Great team of Drs. Glad I was recommended.

As a nurse at a big hospital in Chicago I know the importance of customer service! Well today the service was horrible at this office. I came early today actually walking in with the staff. One of the staff members okayed me and my son sitting in the waiting area while they open the office. Well after waiting for about 15min another staff member walks in with someone who doesnt work there and place her behind the desk with her. This allow me to notice charts everywhere! Shortly after the desk clerk who just arrived walks up to me and states you here for a appointment? I say yes, she then says you gotta reschedule cause he cant be here there are no children allowed! My frustration arose because #1 no one told me that over the phone when I made the appointment. 2 no signs no where stating no children allowed and 3 I had been there all that time and no one said anything to me about my 7yr old son being there! She was loud, rude and unprofessional! And what makes you think I would want to make another appointment there! Also if I had someone to watch him I would not have brought him with! Then another patient states to me that she never heard them say that! I will not be coming back! Your staff is horrible! U get no stars from me!

Dr . Alston office is always very professional. Appointment are kept on time, Staff are very sweet and make you feel welcomed when you walk in. This is my 2nd Pregnancy working with them and Im not disappointed. This will be a lasting relationship with him & his daughtet!

Poor customer service. Made it early than my schedule appointment and still waited 2 hours to not be seen. After waiting weeks for an appointment. If I would have gotten there 2 hours late for my appointment I would have been told I had to reschedule. I would not use this clinic again.
