A truly wonderful place. They have every kind of doctor you can imagine as part of the practice, so you can get whatever kind of help you need. In general, people are kind, courteous, and they listen. I haven’t experienced this level of care from a doctor’s office in a looooooong time, if ever. The doctors and nurses follow up on care, making sure I’m doing well after visits. They have their own special ER for those who are pregnant. In the ER and at the regular practice, no one speaks down to me or is judgmental, like many doctors often are. They seem to actually care.

Since the Women’s Health Clinic does not answer the phone, I will be looking for somewhere else to go.

Terrible service! I am never scheduling here again... they don’t care about their patients at all and I’ve had multiple issues with them rescheduling my appointment and not telling me. This time I took off work and wasted money on an Uber to show up to the wrong location for my appointment. This location was where I came during my last appointment however when I scheduled this one, no one told me this would be at another location and I received two phone calls to confirm my appointment. THAT MAKES NO SENSE! And when the nurse called to help me get to the other location Dr Ford rescheduled even though I was waiting for a response for minutes that I could have been on my way to the correct location. Never booking with them again

I love UIC BUT since COVID they WILL NOT answer the phone. I’ve been calling for a month or two now and never getting through.

I have called for multiple weeks to get an appointment. The problem with scheduling is that you go through the UIC call center and cannot reach the women’s center directly to make an appointment. One attendant directed me to call the patient complaint line, and I stated my complaint that my calls were dropped and never returned. I was told that the director would call me back and schedule an appointment, but this never happened. This is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been attending UIC for about 6yrs now. They accommodated me with great service my every visit. I had complications during birth of my baby girl, that led me in getting cut! I felt that there could have been a few issues that should have been resolved from preventing me to get a cesarean, but they took great care of my daughter & I for the remaining of our admitting. I thank them for everything they have done!

3 hour wait on first visit and it only went as far as me getting a parking ticket. Second visit waited an hour for neurologist and she saw me in hallway offered her condolences for my pain and said she would see me in about 4 months. The one time I saw a Doctor she had no answers no explanations or solutions and recommended I mentioned my concerns to neurologist. Staff is unorganized with the appointment set up.Im confused that they have a sign that clearly says if you are 15 MINUTES late they might reschedule you, yet I waited 3 hours for nothing.

Dr. Shreshta was great with getting me in as soon as possible. She did a great evaulation and found out I had another diagnosis doctors missed after 3 years. She was very kind, direct, and understanding. I came here to the womens clinic because I had a miscarriage after I was hospitalized at UIC. She tried me on meds, but didnt work. I had to stop going since my insurance changed on me and they no longer accepted Illinicare. Highly recommended place for women and their physical and mental issues!
