I originally booked a consultation appointment over the phone, which can be super hard these days. Consults are free! The ladies at the front desk are warm and helpful. I met with Dr. Perez, who was professional and attentive to my needs. She was undoubtedly knowledgeable about my skin and provided me with insight and a treatment plan that could help improve a few raised scars. The spa is very beautiful and calming. I was brought back to a gorgeous treatment room that smelled amazing! I should have taken a few pictures. Ill have to come back for a facial or to discuss laser hair removal. My fiance initially had an appointment for Saturday the 20th. She called couple of days ago and rescheduled it for 02/12. She did not get a confirmation for the initial appointment or for the new rescheduled date. She walked in today (02/12) and they said there was a system error and they were not able to fit her in. Even though there were multiple people working there, they were not able to accommodate her. She even took the day off today to enjoy a relaxing day. Def not professional or accommodating for a new customer. Will not return here.

Dr. Perez and her team are all so wonderful, thoughtful, inviting, talented, and skilled at what they do. I have had services with Adrienne, Shiqpa, and Dr. Perez and have had wonderful results. The front desk staff is also always so helpful. I’ve dabbled with advanced skincare treatments in the past, but Tres Jolie has become my new home for those types of services. You will not regret becoming a patient here.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here, the office is very clean and welcoming! I got lip infections and was given the time to go over the options and what would be best fit for me since i was so nervous about what it would look like. Everyone was very kind and professional, plus my results came out great! here is a pic of my before, right after and healed. Its exactly what i wanted, just a little more volume in my top lip. I will be coming back every year!

I searching for a medical spa to have a Micro-Dermabrasion & Skin Infusion, and saw that there was one right by my house. The staff is super friendly, great customer service and inviting. I knew right away I came to the right place and boy was I right. I have very sensitive skin, and was worried of flaring and redness, but had no issues, In fact my face felt amazing, brighter, and baby soft to the touch. Dr. Liz walked me through the procedure, what she was doing, and how beneficial it will be now and in the long run. My hubby even said I looked 10 years younger, lol, but I sure felt like it. Having a one year old has not allowed me the time to clean as often as I liked, and this cleaning sure made me feel whole and beautiful again. Thank you Liz and staff, youre simply amazing and a perfect gem to the neighborhood. Ill definitely be back.

This was my first time having a DERMABRASION & SKIN INFUSIONS, let alone any type of treatment in general. As being a guy, why would I need this, but with some convincing I gave in, and boy am I glad I did. Holy cow didnt know my face could feel this smooth, fresh, and clean. My wife even joked that my face looked cleaner probably from all the dirt and lack of cleaning on my part. My face is usually very oily and the pores sure did need some deep cleaning and that they did get. The staff is amazing and detailed, walking you through the whole process. What is being done and how it will benefit you. Dr. Perez did my procedure, and she is awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and caring. I would definitely recommend in going, and will absolutely go again. Thank you Tres Jolie you are a great addition to the Pilsen neighborhood, and look forward to coming again.

I went on my wife recommendation and I have to say I was very impressed. dr. Liz and her staff are very professional and the facial treatments are amazing. I enjoyed the detailed explanation by dr.liz when performing the facial treatments. as a guy, its very good and I plan to come back for the other treatment they offer. I highly recommend this place.
