I got lip filler and Botox from Dr. Roxana. She was amazing! My lips barely bruised and the swelling went down quick. I felt comfortable with the discussion before being injected too; That we agreed on what she was going to do. My lip shape is looking great!

This is my first time ever posting a google review but Dr. Shazel and his team more than deserve the 5 stars. I had been seeing another plastic surgeon in the city for Botox and it is always scary making a change with something as intimate as your face and skin. Office was very warm and welcoming and Dr. S was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions. No one tried to push any additional products or treatments either. Great results. Will be going back on the regular.

I took a selfie this morning for the first time in a year that didn’t need retouching. They were professional without being pretentious which can be a hard combination when looking for an actual DOCTOR to do fillers.They squeezed me in at the last minute due to a cancellation which was awesome because I had a wedding to go to. Some places may advertise lower prices, but you definitely get what you pay for! I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

Great place! The staff is nice and professional. I got my laser hair removal there and I’m very happy with the results. Valerie is a great technician. Every time at the appointment she would ask for the results and would adjust the treatment if needed. I really recommend it.

Great experience with clearing up my skin with a package of three chemical peels. I happened to do them back to back with about 4-6 weeks apart in time for a wedding but plan on getting the package again to space out a bit more. Julie is great and customizes then to your needs and sometimes toe different peels depending on problem areas, brightening, etc and she knows what she’s doing.

Dr. Nael Gharbi is hands down the best in Chicago. Every time I come in he remembers who I am, is personable, professional and exceptional. He is always willing to answer my questions and listens to my wants and needs and steers me in the right direction for all of my skin and aesthetic needs. He has never tried to “upsell” me and never recommends things he doesn’t think I need. I trust him implicitly and you should to!

Dr. Gharbi was incredibly professional, walking me through my options and what he recommended for my procedure. He also had excellent bedside manner and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He was very gentle with the needle, and so far, I havent gotten any of the headaches or tightness that Ive had with other clinics in the past.The front desk staff was also so helpful and friendly!I will absolutely be back and would recommend this med spa to anyone!

Old Town Med Spa was very welcoming. Donna was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and aware of all the side effects. I had a lip filler done before and she was not as personable as Donna in terms of what my expectations were and making sure not to overdo it on the first visit. I can not recommend Old Town Med Spa enough! I come here for laser hair removal and the staff is lovely, the equipment is top notch, and the office is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s a wonderful experience coming here. They make my laser hair removal feel more like a spa experience.

I had a very positive experience at Old Town Med Spa in Lincoln Park. Their receptionist was nice, the appointment was on time. The doctor was brief with our consult as I was only interested in 20 units of botox. I had no swelling or discomfort after my appointment and I am happy with my results.
