Jessica and Kelly are the absolute best and I trust them fully on all things skin. They ask what I’m looking to improve, listen and keep me within my comfort zone and never over do it when it comes to Botox etc. I was going to a derm in river north for the past 5 years and wish I knew about the Med Spa sooner and switched over. The expertise and professionalism of the staff have made me a loyal repeat customer.

I’ve struggled with skin issues and scarring since my pregnancy for 19 years. I’ve been to countless dermatologists who exacerbated the problem by not caring, not spending time to address the root of the issue and throwing antibiotics at me which only ruined my immune system. I was at my wits end, struggling with self esteem issues because of my skin when I was referred to Jessica at Innovative MedSpa.She literally changed my life because I’ve gained my self confidence back.Unlike most Groupon MedSpas, this is the real deal and Jessica is not only extremely knowledgable, she is also compassionate and invested in her patients care. I completely trust her judgement. I’ve had her do Botox, laser, fillers, and used their skin care lines. She works within my budget and my skin finally is not something that I’m ashamed off. I never have to wait like at the dermatologist or feel rushed. It’s very obvious that when I am there she is completely focused on finding a solution for any issues that I’m having with my skin and that she is doing everything in her power to help fix them.She goes above and beyond because I believe she truly loves what she does and wants to help people feel good about themselves.Innovative MedSpa is convenient too and the entire team including Perla at the front desk is so kind. I cannot recommend Jessica and Innovative MedSpa and their services enough! I’m so thankful I found them! Jessica saved my skin and self esteem!

Had 2 treatments a few weeks apart and was still noticing very minimal results. Disappointed :(

I’ve been going there for laser hair removal for almost a year, I was less than 30 minutes late to my sixth appointment and thought they weren’t open because as the picture below says they were closed at two and my appointment was at three... when I called to reschedule my appointment they told me that it was forfeited because I didn’t call 24 hours in advance. I am not happy with the laser hair removal service I had with them and now I am upset because they basically threw my last session in the garbage. I will definitely be finding somewhere new to go that appreciates their customers a bit more.Side note: I was running late because I’ve been on bedrest following a foot surgery and it took me a little bit longer than anticipated to get around on crutches.Reply to your reply: you could’ve offered to reschedule me, I wasn’t asking to be a burden on everyone else. I’ve been a customer for over a year and this is the first time I’ve ever been late.

I scheduled a well-deserved facial with Jennifer and let me tell you it was amazing! She was very educated and helped me plan a new skin care regimen. I already scheduled another for 6 weeks! Love her! Also, the new medspa is very clean and chic cant wait to go back!

Best spa around! Jessica is amazing and truly knows her stuff. She takes her time to let you know the treatments and benefits. Everything is extremely affordable and effective. I have always had problem skin and could not be more happy with the results of the recommended treatments. 10 stars!

There is so much misinformation around the concept of what a MedSpa is and a stigma that its all some excuse to get money on insecurities but that is not the case with Jessica and Innovative MedSpa. She approaches her recommendations for cosmetic procedures with the same educated, inquisitive and even sometimes firm approach any Dr treating an ailment would. IE: Shes not going to encourage you to move forward with anything she wont stand by just to bring in a few more dollars.

My expectations have been exceeded at every appointment I’ve booked with Jessica. I have gotten my lip injections done with her for about a year now, and they are perfect every time. She is extremely knowledgeable in her practice and creates a comfortable environment for her clients. Highly recommend!!!
