I was nervous to have this treatment but the staff and Dr. Mick put me at ease from day 1.After my procedure they were readily available to answer any questions I had. They have really thought of And implemented everything a patient might need to help them feel comfortable and make their treatment successful above and beyond the basics… from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. I’ve been with Dr Mick for almost a decade. His work is elite without being overdone. He is as talented as he is kind and genuine and that says a lot, not to mention it is hard to find both qualities in this industry. He took me from a 2 to a 10, and most people don’t realize I’ve had any work done, they just say I look great. So there you go. Anyone who is as patient as he is with me deserves 5 stars as far as I’m concerned.

Why would I waste 3-4 hours of my time investigating this practice, getting to your office several miles away, speaking with Dr. Mick (who by the way did not ask me to dress in a gown to see the area in question) about possible treatments and then have your practice “ghost” me, not return my emails or phone calls because you would not provide a quote for services I discussed with the surgeon? It’s a chop shop obviously and the behavior of the office is so outlandishly unprofessional. I wouldn’t let you operate on my pinky finger let alone pay you big big fees. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone, not a single soul. What I resent most is your practice wasting my time. If you don’t want the business, just say so. I’m serious, if they paid me I wouldn’t let this practice lay a hand on me and anesthesia, are you kidding?

My experience was amazing! I admittedly was a little nervous to get PRP for hair loss but Erica was so warm and explained everything so well. I’m excited to come back again and will recommend Erica to all of my friends!

I was brought into the exam noon at noon - the time of my appointment. I sat in the room for 30 minutes. Nobody ever came. Im in the professional service business myself and would go about of business with service (or lack thereof) like that. Particularly for a new client.

Showed up for a scheduled consultation this morning; but not only was the nurse practitioner who was supposed to conduct the consultation not present, she was in Georgia. Yet for some reason I was never informed. I cant comment on their treatments but jeez - get it together.

I had a wonderful experience from the time i walked in to the time i checked out. The staff was welcoming, the assistant was informative and Dr Mick was extremely educational as he walked me through the botox process and his recommendations. I go to Dr Mick for filler and just had an in-office procedure with him under local anesthesia. I was a little nervous about being awake as opposed to general anesthesia but it was such a great experience! Dr Mick and his staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease.

Based on previous spas that I have attended, Elysium was phenomenal. From when I first walked in the sweetheart at the front desk whom name I believe was Edisa was such a great help. She was understanding and listening and guided me toward the right treatments. When it came to the time of my treatment, Jenni was just as great at explaining what she was going to do as in the procedure and she made sure to answer all my questions. I had a fantastic time at this spa and would definitely recommend people to give it a shot, the staff knows exactly what they are doing.

I personally had a great experience with Kat! She was extremely friendly and had a nice gentle touch. I received the hydrafacial service and left feeling refreshed & exfoliated. I am absolutely going to return! Overall, Elysium was a very clean space and the service was absolutely seamless.

Dr. Mick is THE BEST! I’m so happy that I’ve done Mira dry at Elysium SurgiSpa. I had a very rare case after this procedure. Then it got worse, I had an infection under my one armpit. Dr. Mick was very professional, he immediately started the procedure to fix the problem. The healing process took 3 months from the first day of Mira Dry. At this time, Dr. Mick always found time to check if everything was fine. He always answered on my email very fast. He is not just a great doctor ,he also has a great personality. I have had a bad experience with other doctors who wanted to take as much money as possible without worrying about my health… Dr. Mick is a truly great and honest person who really cares about the health of his patients, and he will not try to rob you. I found Elysium SurgiSpa through Gilt Chicago where I purchased some filler to combat the marionette lines around my mouth. I was very pleasantly surprised by the spa, the staff, Dr. Singh (Dr. Mick to clients) and the results. The spa was pretty and clean and conveniently located-- with lots of parking near by. The staff was helpful and efficient and the reception area had a well-stocked beverage stand. The examining rooms were comfortable, clean and stocked with material to read up on various procedures.Dr. Mick is exceptionally well-versed in all the latest technology and options for fillers, Botox, lasers etc. He clearly loves what he does and does it well. I will definitely go back for more services from Dr. Mick.

It was a long road for me to find a comfortable, caring, knowledgeable expert in med spa, but I found all those things in Gia, and I’m never letting go!!!I had a terrible past experience at a different med spa that created fear for me to do anything to my face, years later I found a “well known celebrity” doctor that did great work but was crazy expensive and more so told me what he would do.Gia took the time to listen to my concerns, create a plan WITH me and talked through everything that I wanted to accomplish over time. She created a timeline of skin treatments to take me to my wedding next year and I couldn’t feel more confident in how I look now and how I will look on my big day!
