Dr. Tong and staff were great. Now I cant even get anyone to answer the phone when I call. I dont know whats going on there, but its definitely no longer what it used to be.

Wait times to see providers are regularly over an hour. Training clinicians “see” you first, it ends up taking more than twice the time a normal appointment should take, even when mentioning limited time.Luckily someone working there mentioned a competitor that would better suit my needs. It’s a shame, this practice used to work wonderfully.I’ll add I also used to see Dr. Tong, and things have changed for the worse since he has left.

I used to go to Dr. Tong, who was fantastic!! Unfortunately he has left the practice. Since he left they let me know my refills cannot be refilled, which i get. However, i have called several times and left several messages to do an appointment or tele health to get my refills. I even called all the “on call”Medical team to be sent to voice and get no response. I’m having to scramble to find a new practice to get my refills. Not happy with this service at all

Let me preface this by saying Dr. Tong is the best Pcp Ive had and his Nurse Betty is wonderful.Now lets talk billing and front desk.Ever since the merger, communication has gone way down hill. The front desk has little to no regard for patients, and are always very short with me on the phone. When I call to ask basic questions it always seems like a major inconvenience for the front desk staff. Several times this past year, I left messages and my calls werent returned.Now on to billing,I have reached out regarding a bill I was invoiced for that wasnt sent to my insurance and its been over a month. Ive called my insurance twice now to see if they have had a claim from CHMG and they do not. Ive reached out to billing and sent numerous emails that have been unreturned. Dont even bother sending a voicemail, that wont be returned either! I left a message for Samela on Monday and have not yet heard back today is Friday. Id like to think the practice is understaffed, and that the employees at CHMG actually care....but Ive yet to see that.

Dr Tong and the entire office staff are great! I called and was able to get in to see the doctor on the same day. Dr, Tong always takes time with me, I never reel rushed and really feel like he listens to me

Dr Tong and the staff there are very friendly and thorough. Dr Tong usually sees me within a few minutes of my scheduled time, every other doctor Ive been too I usually wait over an hour. He values his patients time and needs.

They are HORRIBLE,!! from my experience there, they are unreliable, and cant be trusted, I wouldnt recommend them to anybody!!

Love this office in Edgewater! Theyre so friendly and truly take care of your needs. Most medical offices Ive been to have a long wait and rush you. Thats not the case here!

Wonderful doctors and very clean, modern, comfortable facility. Sunny, Dr Tong and Dr Sadikovic are all very friendly and attentive. Healthcare providers who actually listen and explain things! Very caring.

Dr. Tong is great, but thats the only positive thing I can say. CHMG is awful. Their physicians and staff are not trained on how to properly bill insurance, even if youre in their HMO group. I had numerous problems with pre authorizations and bills, despite my always being very careful to do the best I can to make sure things are being submitted correctly. I wasted hours on the phone trying to correct billing and authorization issues (usually unsuccessfully). The lack of training and due diligence was so egregious at CHMG that I wonder if its deliberate so they can make more money. A physician at Weiss told me thats just how insurance works when I complained about over billing, but guess what? I switched medical groups over a year ago and everything with my new group has been completely smooth. CHMGs incompetent and possibly predatory billing practices is NOT just how it is.
