Ive had great experiences here with Dr. Kasey Gardner. Im very pleased with the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism shes consistently displayed.

Veterans beware of seeing Dr. Stevie Carraro. I left more upset than when I arrived. I came seeking help and I felt belittled as she treated me more like a lab rat than human being. More than disappointed that in this day and age a practicing physician does not know how to care, interact, or treat veterans. I ll be seeing another doctor. Waste of my valuable time.

Love Dr. Jenny Lee she been my internal medicine doctor for over 10 years, and staff. They all are friendly, positive, concerned, always go an extra mile to call to see how youre doing. Love everyones up beat attitude and great humor my I add, and state of art architect designed building. Two 👍🏿👍🏿UP!!!

I have been going to Northwestern for about 10 years. I love Dr. Bolhost and his nurse Tanisha. The facility is always clean and the staff is very professional.

Ive been a part of the Northwestern Medical Group, Womens Prentice, since my pre-natal care 37yrs ago. I love 💖 the staff as well as my Dr Jenny Lee, PCP 👩‍🔬for abt 25yrs. Shes very professional, efficient,caring & a Blessing. Ive even gotten my sister to consult her for her healthcare. 🤗

I like my doctor, but the poor service at this office is making me consider to switch. Not only am I often told the nurse will call me back about my appointments and she never does, I have never waited for less than 30 min in the waiting room, and once I get to the exam room, thats another 30-60 min waiting. A trip to the doctors for any reason cost me at least half a day, and its just not worth my time.

Excellent facility. Pretty much all your healthcare needs in one spot. Great nurses and doctors.

I came in limping with pain, left less then an hour later with a smile and had an excellent understanding what was wrong and what I was to do to heal the right foot. All are an exceptional staff of friendly and concerned staff. They called the Rx, in tothe drug store and the only missing from a visit to the St Clair location is Au Bo Pain soup bar .

Please do not waste your time and money with doctor Sam T. Hung. He is the worst physician I have ever met. Will rush through your appointment and prescribe you meds you dont need. My symptoms were made worse by his prescription because he did not wait for confirmation on my test results, and when he had confirmation, did not call to follow up and tell me to stop taking that medication. I had to go see another doctor who was appalled by what prescribed me and the little care and effort that was put into treating me.

I made an appointment to see the doctor for back pain. Came 15 mins late the appointment because of back pain as I couldnt walk fast enough and missed my train. Even through the facility has like 2 patients, they told me that the doctor wont be able to see me. Time to look for a different doctor and medical center!

Worst hospital I have ever been to. They would misinform you and charge incorrectly. Please do not go to this center.
