In the past few years I have seen a noticeable improvement in every aspect of this office. Things seem way more organized behind the scenes and the front desk staff and nurses are all becoming familiar faces and couldn’t be nicer. I’ve even come to know one of the techs in the lab on a first name basis because she is such a wonderfully fun and kind person. Add to this the fact that my doctor here is one of the best in Chicago, and I live within walking distance. Would definitely recommend seeing a doctor here.

Great clinic with friendly and helpful staff. I went today with a friend who was a bit anxious about a routine procedure and they were some incredibly kind and accommodating. I was very impressed with the bedside manner, information given and resources suggested.

Advocate Ravenswood approved a blood draw on sept 2 when I made the appointment. I called to confirm their approval for the blood draw 2 days prior to the appointment. I show up today (October) and they wont do the blood draw because the message never made it to Mary or Patrice. Their response, we can schedule another appointment and you can come back.They just want to double bill the insurance companies.10/10 would trust these fools to F up on something like medication, or other..

Im only giving this place 5 stars because of the front desk help ANDY! He is the best thing that has ever happened to this place. He deserves to be recognize and receive accolades for his stellar customer services. Now, if the rest of the nurses and doctors there could take a lesson from Andy then perhaps this would be a great clinic.

I saw Dr. Jill Marcus who was extremely helpful, kind, and caring. She didnt rush, listened to my full medical history attentively, and made useful recommendations. I would highly recommend her.Besides the Dr., this location was clean, well kept, and has most things anyone would need all on site. Not sure why all the negative reviews, I will certainly be returning.

These doctors truly care about your health. I’ve seen Dr. Hilda Rock for a few years now and she is one of the kindest, most sympathetic doctors I’ve ever been with. Have had procedures done with multiple other doctors and they have all been the same. Reception is also kind and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Will stay with this medical group and Dr. Rock for as long as I can!

If you care at all about your health please do not go here these doctors do not care about your health they just care about charging you. I have now had to go to the emergency room 3 times, and seen two specialist because these doctors did not do any testing because handing out medication. I have had 3 doctors tell me “good job” In not going back to this establishment.

Dr. Mitchell and her staff are amazing! I fell well taken care of here and their app is awesome thank you guys for what you do!

This place is a joke. Scheduled my son for a flu shot two weeks in advance. The flu shot is free every where. We go to the appointment and they tell us sorry it isnt free and not covered by your insurance. Why you didnt tell me that when I was scheduling the appointment!!! The head of the nurses was very rude too.

Great physicians here, and we take both of our toddlers here for well and sick visits. Major caveat: keep your receipts. There is some disconnect between the on-site payment and Advocates billing service, or overall ineptitude of the billing department. Youll pay twice or go to collection if you dont have your paper proof. This discrepancy has had to be manually resolved after EVERY visit where a co-pay was required.

I have been an advocate patient my entire life, my file is as large as a phone book. Today I logging in to my online patient portal to schedule a visit, today is January 27. The next available appointment with ANY doctor is march 2nd, I will probably be dead or in the ER by that point. What a disservice to the community. Oh by the way my last flu shot (2 months ago) cost me $206 bucks AFTER INSURANCE!

Called up to establish care with one of the doctors. I was told that all of the doctors are booked out until January. I had no restrictions I just needed to establish care. I find that ridiculous and will be finding a physician elsewhere.

I am very happy with the physicians at this practice but very disappointed with the phone service. Whenever you need to call to make an appointment or other issues you never speak to anyone for at least 5 minutes, and a lot of times you get rerouted to an Advocate call center that is not affiliated with my doctors actual location and they then send the call back to the Ravenswood location where you get put on hold again and rerouted. This happened 3 times in the past 2 months, I do not understand why the front desk does not answer calls. Very frustrating.

We love our doctors and the staff there!

Fast & friendly the couple of times Ive been there.

This place is HORRIBLE. If I would have had one bad experience here I would not write a review...but FIVE bad experiences lead me to believe this place deliberately doesnt care about people. I took my newborn here when he was TWO days old and was losing too much weight. We were made to wait OVER AN HOUR after our scheduled appointment to see a Dr. That is unaccepatable anytime, but especially with a baby that young (and for a mom who just gave birth!) I also wasnt offered a place to nurse when I told the front desk it was so far past his appointment time I had to feed him again. Finally I kept complaining and was given a spare room to nurse in, with a lot of attitude from the receptionist. The next 2 appointments we were also kept waiting FAR too long (around 45 minutes). The receptioniststs are exceptionally rude and are constantly gossiping amongst themselves. They have a terrible system where you check in downstairs for your appointment upstairs...of course the line of communication at this place is so bad that you are often not checked in and risk waiting even longer..but dont you dare ask the receptionists if they can confirm you are checked in. This is extremely annoying to them and they will let you know It! I saw 3 different dr.s here in our 3 visits and they were all good, but its such a toxic environment with the rest of the staff that its not worth it. Too bad the female receptionists are ALL terrible (I specify females because there is one male and he was at least nice). We got fed up with the unreasonable wait times and bad attitudes and switched pediatricians. Asking for your records is another nightmare that took multiple in person requests and phone calls...and you guessed it, they still never sent them to the new pediatrician. As a side note, Ive asked for my records before from other dr.s offices and received them immediately via email. I guess 1 month notice to send the records isnt enough time? Also, THEY DONT HAVE EMAIL. You read that right, they cant email you. But they can fax you something (like anyone has a fax machine in their house!)...Run for the hills. This place is an absolute cluster and needs complete restructuring.

My first time there today,place has horrible receptionists. Nothing came out of my appointment and when I called back to see if I can make a appointment with another Dr. One with more experience for my health issues, receptionist was rude and horrible!

Every staff member has been fantastic.

Incompetence and/or laziness. I will be finding a new doctor.
