Throughout the pandemic I never feared for inability to receive medical care whether in person or virtual, I was always able to get a quick appointment. Staff respond quickly to messages sent via the portal. It is also easy to make appointments via the portal. My doctor, Ann McDermott is caring and knowledgeable.

My son loves these doctors and nurse practitioner Annie Ryan! I love them, too, and I find everyone in this office so kind and caring! We’ve been going here since he was born and always been treated with care and patience. Recommended from my family who took my little brothers here for their primary care. Never rushed, always greeted sweetly from the staff up front, and always helped to fix it if we’ve had problems with switching insurance.

The staff at the front desk have always been kind and helpful and have taken the time to explain certain protocols to me. I have been seeing Dr Aleksandrova for a year now and she’s wonderful. Sometimes I have to wait in the exam room but that’s because she takes her time with her patients. I’m sorry others have had poor experiences but I’m very happy with this office.

Please be very careful when you go here regarding insurance or visiting a doctor. I was told by front desk I would not need to pay a co-pay and they charged me for this anyways despite not properly informing me.They basically told me they could not do anything for me but create a dispute letter. The financial manager and customer service for financial department were extremely unhelpful. If you care about patients, you demonstrate that through your actions which you did not.I will never go back here again.

Always waiting looooong time to see the doctor. Very poor care given employees. Waiting at least 1 hour to 90 minutes every single appointment!Doctors are professional but work very slow and dont give a damn about your valuable time at all!!!

Lacking in service and care. Rushed appointments with doctor, very rude administrative staff and very disorganized. Managed to have my husbands phone number on my account (we don’t even share the same surname) and had my address wrong causing a small bill to go unpaid and several problems relating to this- yet no apology.Today was the final straw, incredibly rude on phone when all I called to do was update my insurance details. Will be going elsewhere for medical care. All staff need training in people skills.

Rushed appointments. Overcharge working adults with insurance 195. For a dr visit patiet pays 20. Copay up frunt theor insurace pays 117. And you bill them 57. You should wright it off

Terrible staff, insurance company requires that things are coded and billed a certain way, they do not do that here, they do as the please and do not care what is proper.. if you have insurance, stay away from this place or you will pay more than you should, they do not follow up they do not respond and they could care less about your insurance.... BE WARY OF THIS PLACE... DESERVES ZERO STARS

Tried to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was so rude I couldn’t get through. Literally reading her what my insurance card says and she rudely told me she “can’t” check to see if they take my insurance, which she can (I’ve worked in a doc office). Talked to her for 30 sec and she was so rude and kept lying. Not worth it, I’ll go somewhere else.
