Where do I begin...I came here in hope of a hail Mary fix to my daughters jacked up glasses before we left for vacation. They dont have replacement parts on stock so I thought I was out of luck, but they scoured for new frames and were able to magically make my daughters old lenses fit into a new frame they had in stock with only microscopic gaps between the frame and lenses, which Im guessing bothers him more than me! Not only did they save the day and our vacation, but their store is immaculately clean, staff were super friendly, extremely accommodating, and if thats not enough to convince you to go there, they have a ton of unique frames to choose from too! I had such a great experience there, I made an appointment for an eye exam and cant wait to purchase my cool mom glasses! So overall, wonderful experience, phenomenal service, and I cant wait to go back (who says that about an eye place)! Oh and the scratches on the lenses are from my daughters delicate ways in which she takes care of her glasses! What ev Mom!

I have gone to him for a number of years. Very customer focused. Employs high tech equipment for eye testing when necessary. The Eyelines support staff is friendly, helpful and very caring. This place is worth every penny.

Two days after a disappointing experience at Lens Crafters where I still paid $600 for glasses I wasnt too fond of, I walked into Eyelines by chance since it was around the corner from my office. I was looking around casually, just seeing what they have, when the owner, Jennie, walked over to me to ask if I needed help. I explained exactly what I was looking for (something I hadnt found at Warby Parker nor Lens Crafters), she walked straight over to a case, pulled out the second drawer and immediately pulled out the glasses I had been picturing in my mind, the glasses I had been dreaming of! She soon pulled out two more sizes of the same style but, after trying on that first pair, I had been sold!I then explained that I (1) didnt have my Prescription on me and (2) I had just bought a pair of glasses from Lens Crafters which I really didnt like. She looked up and dialed my Lens Crafters, telling me to ask them to fax my script to her store and suggested cancelling my order. I did just that, she had the script within an hour, I had my money refunded within 24 hours, and just two days later I had my brand new Dream Glasses on my face! I could not have asked for a more pleasant, exciting, satisfying, and straight-forward experience!
