Their phone service is horrible the people who were on the phone were ghetto and unprofessional.

I was admitted through the ER around 10:45 am. Was upstairs to room by 3:30 . Dinner arrived at 5:20 .The stove was broken and they served a cold cut sandwich baked chips fruit cup and a rice crispy treat. On all the meds I had in my system . Whats really going on Mrs. Preckwinkle ????

I had to wait an hour to be seen for Asthma. The waiting area was dirty; Flys, smelly, trash on the floor etc.Edit: Once I finally got to the back the staff was quick about seeing me.
