One of their dental chairs is so old (I saw it is from 1984) and dirty (the sitting area has very visible stains) that looks like if it had been used for giving birth. I have used at least three of their dental chairs and the other 2 look just alright.Regarding staff attention, it was pretty good.

Today I went for a cleaning and the dental hygienist ( Quiana) was awesome! She was careful and gentle with me. I asked her a lot of questions about gum health and got some great recommendations. She made my experience easy, quick and pain free, also she has an wonderful personality. My experience at the Ravenswood Dental group is always great from the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with a smile from the receptionist Millie who knows your name. Dr Lotsof, is like the best dentist in the state of Illinois. There is no question he cares about his patients and goes far and beyond to give great service. The entire staff is the best. I highly recommend the Ravenswood Dental Group for your dental health and needs.

Thank GOODNESS for everyone here!!! I had a bicycle accident and broke my tooth off, over NYE. I called them first thing, and they took my situation very seriously and got me in. After a speedy root canal, and a temp tooth, Im no longer looking ridiculous. They were kind, and worked with a sense of urgency. They were clearly busy and everyone was AMAZING. Thank you!!!!

EXCELLENT WORK. Dr. Lots of and his assistant Dawn are very talented and professional. Clean offices, efficient staff and great dental work. Highly recommend.

Ravenswood dental is unable to keep appointment schedule. My wife and I went in with appointments together, hers just a check up for an upcoming major dental procedure. This went from a check up to extraction. Furthermore, they did not return calls from messages left to their answering service. They were not clear on procedures being done. Now one hour five minutes late for my appointment and its only 10:20.
