I wish I could give less than 1 star. Went here to get a crown with Dr. Albert and he couldnt get it to fit right in 5 visits. I had enough of his incompetence so I have to find another dentist, thanks for wasting so much of my time and my insurance. I feel bad for whoever has to sit in his chair. I cant believe this place has any customers. Im better off going to a dental school for dental work.

I wait more than 30mins even I schedule an appointment. The front desk was unprofessional and irresponsibility. I used to visit this location for 4 years, the front desk person usually will give you a remind call and follow up your claim case every time. But now they never call to remind you for an appointment and refuse to work on a claim issue.

Ive been bringing my 3 kids here for 4 years now. It is awful and getting worse instead of better. On hold for forever and then hung up on. All I want to do is double check my sons appointment time for tomorrow. Never get a call back. The ladies in the front are always so cold and rude. The dentist herself is ok, but not worth all of this hassle everytime my kids need to go to the dentist. I could go on and on about all of their mess ups over the years including giving me someone elses insurance card one time, but it would take way too long. Place is just awful..am finally going to go somewhere else. I stayed with this place so long because I thought it would get better..I was very wrong.

Very nice, and welcoming! Went in for a routine oral checkup and cleaning. Dental techs were very nice, timely, and the cleaning was completely painless. Lobby area was clean and followed the social distancing rules. Found my home dentist.

Thank you for a wonderful experience, going to the dentist doesnt have to be scary. You guys really made me feel at ease. The office is clean and up to date. Thank you Dr Albert and your great team.

I have called 3 times, 2 times no call back and the 3rd time i was on hold for over 10 mins, then hung up on. I will bring my business elsewhere. For myself, and my whole family. The lady who answered the phone and put me on hold was unprofessional as I was trying to ask her questions. Dont ignore the signs!

Great place to bring your whole family for a brighter smile. The specialist was extremely wonderful with my 3 children. Ladies in the front desk are great and friendly. I drive 10 miles just to get here. Definitely worth it.

I’m writing this review not only because they are very rude but unethical in their findings. I had an exam and the dentist recommended that I get a crown on one of my front teeth which I absolutely have no pain at all! This dentist tells their patients anything to make money from them! I went and got a second opinion the other dentist I seen told me I absolutely do NOT need a crown! Not only that the dental assistant with the braces would dig the saliva tube into my mouth which was hurtful and had the audacity to tell me I should take better care of my teeth. Mind you my genetics have an effect on my teeth not that I don’t take care of them. I literally left the office crying because of how terrible they made me feel and I don’t think they should make anyone feel that bad! I want beautiful teeth not them pulling out mine then giving me a $3000 estimate for a implant I would highly recommend going else where! (Mind you this is not my email I’m writing this from) As a dentist you should pride yourself in helping a patients bigger problem other than making a profit. Our health matters too! 🤬😡

Do NOT recommend!! I went in to have my teeth examined and cavities filled. I was told I had a filling break off on my second upper left molar and that the cavity was too big for them to fill. They recommended I either get the tooth extracted or pay over $1500 out of pocket to get surgery and a root canal. Mind you, I felt NO pain in this tooth or even noticed the tooth was broken! After they filled my other cavities, I went to get a second opinion on the tooth. Another dentist not only spotted a different cavity this dentist FAILED to tell me or even fix, they even told me my molar didn’t need to be extracted at all and a simple filling would fix it. She even suggested, at worse, I would eventually need a crown on the tooth. Extraction is the very last option and this dentist took one look at my tooth and said “It needs to go.” They even had referral forms ready for me to see their recommended oral surgeons. Guess that’s how they make money... Stay away!!!!!

Came here & was waiting a long period of time. I had been here before but my visit this time was different. When I was finally called to the room I had to finish straightening out the plastic on the dental chair. A foreign female dentist acted like she had an attitude confronting me about three missed dental appointments when I only missed two which I called. As I explained this to her she reacted to me as if I was lying. Then after that she said she was only going to give me a half deep clean not a whole deep clean. Im thinking to myself like what the hell? Then even though in my last visit they saw I had two cavities that needed a filling she steady telling me one. I think I would know if I needed another cavity filled or not. She said the second filling is too far back for her to reach which was my wisdom tooth. It would have to be pulled out. Then she laid me down in the chair too far back she got an attitude about my long hair & I finally at that point had to ask her whats going on with the service? Then she went to get a manager & left a disposable bib clipped around my neck & so I got up took off the bib & left the clinic all together. When I got home the long bib clip chain was still hanging all in the back of my hair. Trust me go somewhere else they are too unprofessional.

I went in due to horrible pain in my back bottom teeth. The pain was causing me jaw pain and ear pain which made it impossible to eat. The dentist said it was due to my teeth grinding and wanted me to pay $400 for a mouth guard. I went for a second opinion 2 days later and it turns out my pain is due to my WISDOM TOOTH COMING IN SIDEWAYS! What kind of place is this?? All they want is your money & dont care about your health! HORRIBLE DENTIST! Look for an HONEST DENTIST instead of coming here.

Heard from them on instagram so I decided to come in since I’ve been experiencing tooth pain. I had DA Cynthia take my X-rays and she was very nice, with great customer service. I had Dr. Kamal do my exam and she was thoroughly explaining what steps needed to take to get my teeth back on track. I will be coming back for my procedures. They have great membership prices!

Worst experience ever!!! my son who is 3yrs old and has a heart murmur had an appointment in March 2019. I was told he had to wait 3 months to see another dentist to do the procedure he needed done. I take him in today 06/19/19 and I was 15 min early I waited 1hr to be seen (rediculas). When my son finally sees the dentist was very ignorant rude and didnt handle my son very well she was very rough with him. Then decides to tell me the procedure cant be done he needs a consent form for his heart murmur. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE THIS IS SOMETHING THEY SHOULD OF CAUGHT IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS COLOSSAL WAIST OF TIME!

My experience was terrible, disappointing and unacceptable! I have an appointment at 4:30pm September 13, 2016. We came in at the clinic at 4:00pm and register . The lady took my insurance card , ID and verify everything. The she let us wait. We waited up for like an 1 1/2 HR. I notice that everyone is already called, even the people who came in after us. I went to the desk and ask. I found out that we were not checked in to the system!!! My daughter is tired from school, Im tired from work. I rush in order not to missed this appointment but ... This is an act of incompetence... Very disappointing.

I Came by to the office to make an appointment, the receptionist asked if I wanted to be seen today. I filled out some paperwork, which was earth friendly and was seen in less than 10 mins. Dr. Kamal and her team were kind yet precise and there was no pain. At the end I was thanked and given a bag with a new tooth brush and tooth paste.

Doctor Saba Kamal was awesome very positive and amazing on the way she handles your tooth her hands are very soft and easy going love it ...thank you Jesus for her life!!!

Dont go to this dental office.100% disappointedI came for a cleaning and Doctor did a lousy job.Dont waste your money and time.

Worst experience here. From the receptionist having a bad attitude to the “Dr” not knowing what she was doing. My daughter and i had an appt here (our first time) Im currently 10 weeks pregnant so you would think the “Dr” would have more precaution over me but I was wrong. The Dr cleaned my teeth more like made me bleed like 2 times and hurt me multiple times she was so quick she was done within 4 minutes. She poked at one of my tooth’s and said I need a root canal (which I don’t hence I’ve seen another Dr after this bad experience) I doubt she checked my x-rays. Not only that she said I needed fillings and asked me if i wanted to get them I wasn’t sure bc again I am pregnant and early in the pregnancy I asked whatever she suggested (thinking she would know best but i was wrong) i then decided not to do it bc she said it was up to me (what kind of Dr tells you “it’s up to you”). After that my daughter had her cleaning and was told she had cavities but they didn’t have the gas mask to treat her so they proceeded to tell me to go to another dentist. I was so upset and more to find out once I went to get a second opinion from another Dr that I can’t have anything done until I pass my 3 month pregnancy meaning no anestesia only cleaning imagine what could’ve happen if the other dentistry would’ve done anything? This place is so unprofessional and obviously they don’t have the tools they need.

I just went for a Deep cleaning, they made a wonderful job.👍

Im finishing a procedure there And hopefully the last one. TERRIBLE service. They have one dentist for like 6 patients, my appointment was at 2:30 and I left at 5:15 and my procedure was supposed to be hour and half, they left me a couple of times waiting in the middle of it and they are not even cheap. Dont go there.
