I hadnt seen a dentist in YEARS before recently visiting this office. I had lots of questions about my dental health and a lot of anxiety about how it would be handled. Everyone from reception to the Dr herself were incredibly helpful, patient, informative, kind, and answered every question I had. They educated me on my dental health and we developed a plan to work on my sensitivity/gums instead of jumping right to some kind of dramatic and expensive procedure. All dentist offices should be like this one.

Dr Baeverstad is amazing. She is so kind and patient. Dr B explains everything you need to know and puts your mind at ease. She is an incredibly skilled dentist. I am so glad that I found her practice!

My hygienist Abby was great, as was the front desk staff. Very friendly, welcoming and non judgmental environment. There seems to be no decrease in quality since the ownership change.

I wish I could give more than five stars to express my appreciation and satisfaction with Dr. Baeverstad and her team. As an immunocompromised individual during a pandemic, the office was meticulously clean, and the staff took every precaution to ensure my safety and wellbeing throughout the entirety of my appointment. Dr. Baeverstad clearly values patient care, as she took the time to listen to any concerns I had and walked me through every step of her process. She is an remarkable dentist with a spectacular skillset. This was mirrored by her astounding hygienist, Samantha (Sam), who was absolutely superb! Her skillset and knowledge were astonishing, and her professionalism exemplary. I cannot say enough about this practice and without question would recommend it to anyone!

My appointment with Dr. Baeverstad exceeded my high expectations! She is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Baeverstad was, she’s clearly committed to doing high quality dental work. Her assistant Anna was wonderful too and explained everything that was going on. The office was very clean and I felt totally comfortable with their COVID precautions.

I love the staff here. So friendly, personable and fun. I almost wish I could bring a bottle of wine and just girl talk with them all.

As a very nervous patient who hadn’t been to the dentist in at least a decade, I was incredibly anxious about the visit. Dr. Anderson and staff (especially Sam the hygienist but everyone from assistants to office staff) all took their time and took great care to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, checking in with me regularly and seeking informed consent at every step.I appreciated their COVID precautions as well. But most of all, I’m grateful for the trauma-informed care Dr. Anderson provided. I’m likely to feel much less nervous about seeking continued dental care. Will definitely be seeking it from this practice.

Dr. Baeverstad and her entire team at In the Loop Dental go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I had a painful tooth that needed a root canal, but I couldnt get in to see the endodontist for 2 weeks. When Dr. Baeverstad heard this, she immediately called the endodontists office was able to get me in that same day. Going to her is one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made.

I love Dr. Anderson and her office. The practice is professional, well-organized, respectful, reasonably priced and accommodating. Their COVID precautions are on point. I have found Dr. Anderson to be current in her practice, and she offers true informed consent. I feel comfortable and well cared for, and happily recommend this practice to anyone seeking good, basic dental care. Also appreciate that there is a gender-neutral restroom.

I had a really great experience from start to finish at In the Loop Dental. Its next to an L stop but inside is nice and quiet. Appointment setting was all online and everything was pretty seamless. I had a bit of dental anxiety after having complications with dental implants, and this team was great in helping me feel relaxed and not-as-guilty after not seeing a dentist for more than 3 years. My teeth have never felt so clean - I joked that I got my teeth detailed! I never look forward to the dentist but I will dislike it a lot less here.

Let me tell you, I love In The Loop Dental. A friend enthusiastically recommended them and I see why. I have—without fail—always had a positive, kind, professional, warm experience. I have dental anxiety, and have had mediocre to negative experiences elsewhere. I’m so glad I found ITL—everyone on ITL’s team is great. It’s a zero stress dental experience. I have since recommended ITL to everyone I know, even if they don’t offer that they’re looking for a dentist! And anyone who has gone loves them too. I have been Dr. Anderson’s patient for years. She and her team are professional but very friendly and personable at the same time. My last appointment was just recently, during COVID pandemic and I felt very safe.

I love Dr. Anderson. She always listens carefully to what Im saying or questions I have. Her office was totally set up for this Covid crisis - I felt totally protected and had no worry about getting infected.

Ive lived all over the country and this is the best experience Ive ever had. Knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, thorough, and not pushy. Ive been too many dentists that try to up-sell the hell out of cosmetics. I take great care of my teeth and Dr. Anderson and her team have actually talked me out of teeth whitening sure my teeth sensitivity.They consistently do an excellent job of cleaning and ensuring the best health of my teeth. I moved north but still come downtown for the best dental care around.

Weve brought our kids (4 and 7) to this dental practice twice now, and were totally impressed both times. Our kids are reluctant about going to the dentist and never got comfortable with their last pediatric dentist (those visits were rough). But both visits to In the Loop have been smooth and, dare I say, even pleasant experiences. The staff all know how to make kids comfortable! They take their time, theres no pressure to hurry up and get in the seat, they make it fun and non-threatening by familiarizing the kids with all of the equipment... I really could not say enough good things about this place!

Dr.Anderson has been my Dentist for about 5 years. Dr. Anderson and her staff have provided the best dental care I have ever rececived. I have had procedures performed from a basic clesning to crown placement. The dental and business office staff are compassionate, professional and courteous. I will never be treated by anyone else.
