Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews. Receptionist is really rude and it does not take you long to find out. Dentist Dr Ngunyen comes a bit cold when interacting with patiants. She also either does not know what needs to be done or the service is a total rip off. I had a second opinion and I was told there is NOWAY I need a rootcanal work done on any of myteeth nor do I need a crown! Which surprisingly at this location I was about to have 3 of them done and a crown on one of my teeth !!! How? I DO NOT KNOW!!! All I needed was fillings.I also had a second cleaning in two month today and I was wondering what the heck was done at this location then for my first cleaning ???? The time they took cleaning my teeth comparing to where I go now speaks for its self.I am very disappointed.ALWAYS ASK FOR A SECOND OPINION IF YOU EVER COME HERE.

I have been to this practice in the past with zero problems. The receptionist name Martha was extremely rude today. She called to cancel an existing appointment for today at 4:30 (6/28/21) to move it to 3:00pm. I told her I couldnt move it. She then asked about Wednesday at 5:00pm. I replied yes, however, she then said she couldnt guarantee that appt. if people cancel earlier doing the day. I expressed my concern-she became aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. I called her back and told her that I was going to report her interaction with FSMB regarding her rudeness and unprofessional behavior. She told me to go ahead; I am cancelling your appointment.

I absolutely love Dr. Bic.I have always found the staff here to be kind, efficient and very professional. In the past I’ve experienced dishonest dentists who recommended unnecessary work. Fortunately my brother is a dentist and was able to give me a second opinion (he lives in CA or I’d go to him). A trustworthy dentist can be hard to find. Dr. Bic is trustworthy.

I went here for a cleaning 2yrs ago, as I wanted to find a dentist closer to my new apt. They told me I had EIGHT cavities. I’ve never had any cavities before/I was skeptical so instead of getting them filled there, I went all the way out to my old dentist in highland park. They told me I definitely have zero cavities. Today, I went to another new dentist in the city that my friend recommended me. Amazing experience, no cavities once again. So this really confirms this place tried to scam me.

Dr Bic has been my family dentist for 5 years now and shes great! Not only are she and the office staff super nice and always interested in my boring family news, but they also do a great job keeping my teeth beautiful. My favorite part may be the weekend appointment options. I work out of town often, so getting a weekend appointment is critical for me. They never keep me waiting long.

Dr. Bic is someone who is very pationate about her job. Words cannot express how much I appreciate her, if you are looking for a dentist who cares about you and the wellbeing of your teeth then find your way to her office.Below is a review i did in 2013Dr Bic is the best dentist Ive come across thus far. She genuinely cares about you as an individual and is more than willing to help. The office staff is nice but your wait is horrible. Sometimes they see you an hour later while you wait. The dentist Dr. Ngunyen seems really stressed and she is very inexperienced. She never answers questions or helps with problems.

I love my doctor. She provides excellent and efficient service each and every visit.
