Dr. Shaikh is a gem! She made me feel comfortable and seemed to really care about my dental health. I recently moved to the area after completing my medical training and my dental health needed attention. She explained the xrays and then took her time to explain her recommendations to fix my teeth. Then she went to work on a cavity and completed a cleaning which was painless and smooth. Overall I feel like a huge rock was lifted off my shoulders today. Thank you.

Hands down the best dentist spot in Chicago. I have tried other dentists, they did an ok job. But Kedzie clinic did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth and got rid of my stains. Super friendly staff. Plus they do whitening as well. Not expensive at all.Definitely recommend this clinic!

Scheduled a normal cleaning and when I came in the office, the dentist said to do a deep cleaning instead. Ok, I trusted her so I agreed to do half of teeth first, as they charge 200+ for half teeth deep cleaning out of pocket after insurance. The total procedure took more than 2.5 hours and not because they took time to clean the teeth, but they made me wait and paused many time in between the procedure to take care of other patients. The dentist also let an apparently inexperienced staff to do it first before she (the dentist) took over and did the rest. When both of them did the actual cleaning, it was very rough and rush (The dentist pulled my mouth in a hurry) Overall, I have never experienced such a terrible service like this before.

After 20+ years of trying to find decent dental care at a decent dental office, I’ve stumbled across the best dentist & office in Chicago. I highly recommend being a patient at this dental office for whatever your needs are. I want to start off by saying that I used to bring all 3 of my kids here about 6+years ago we moved and stopped coming because of the distance, tried several other dentist offices and let me tell you I regret it! Nothing like kedzie dental, after a bad experience elsewhere I decided were going back to kedzie dental my only hope and they didnt let me down! my 5year old been traumatized and scared of dentist after a bad experience! Ive gone to Dr. Shaikh for all my wisdom teeth extractions over the course of 2 years and she is by far the best. Not only is she super knowledgable, but she actually genuinely cares about the comfort of her patients and the integrity of their teeth. She has been very flexible in accommodating me last minute for extractions and has a great way of explaining things so I understand whats going on. Her passion and enthusiasm for dentistry is very apparent, I feel safe and confident in her chair because I know she knows what shes doing, and more importantly, she loves what shes doing. By far the best dental clinic I have ever been to. The entire staff is helpful, honest and very, very kind. Dr. Shaikh clearly cares about every patient that comes to her. Her office has a very positive and calming atmosphere. It is obvious that she is very passionate about her work. I was very nervous when I came to see her, as I was there for a consultation for the extraction of my wisdom teeth. She was able to complete the procedure very quickly (I didnt have to stress on it for months!) and when I arrived for the procedure Dr. Shaikh and her staff were very understanding and reassuring. She was even kind enough to let me leave the office to eat before the procedure since I didnt follow her instructions - even though she made it very, very clear during my consult that I needed to do it. The best decision I’ve ever made was choosing kedzie dentals. I had two of my wisdom teeth extracted today and I was super super super nervous. For a person who doesn’t like going to the dentist and to go through tooth extractions.. that’s not fun at all! So I had to go for a root canal and it didn’t even last me 9 months after they had finished with me. When I went back to fix it, they told me that only a implant could fix it which was don’t recommend. This wasn’t even the worst part!!! They asked me to get a cleaning on the same day which I accepted; however, the cleaning only lasted 2 minutes!!! On top of that, she didn’t have an assistant to suck all the saliva and water inside my mouth which was extremely uncomfortable.
