My back is extremely sore after muscle melt massage!

Great seasonal pedicure by Svetlana and great muscle melt massage by Jennifer. Felt fairly priced and was very spaced out (safe for covid). Will be back for a pedi for sure.

The massage therapists are all excellent! I pulled a muscle one morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon and helped me tremendously. They have a lot of massage type options which is nice. The hot stone is excellent if your muscles are really sore.

I love this place. Found it last year and I will never go anywhere else for a massage. Reasonable price, polite staff and a clean facility. Ive been massaged by a few different girls and they all do a wonderful job.

Very warm, welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Mercedes at the desk was super friendly. I enjoyed chatting with here. They also have some great CBD infused skincare products

The massage therapist massaged my whole body, feet included..then without washing her hands, started massaging my face. It was absolutely disgusting, and I was too in shock to say something. My face smelled horrible after. Do not go here. The floors are also extremely loud and it’s hard to relax with the door bell constantly ringing.

I received a massage from Karen and it was by far the best massage Ive ever had! She listened to my requests and gave an outstanding massage that I still feel, hours later.

Not sure why this place doesnt have a solid 5 stars. It looks like one of the reviews is actually for the restaurant across the street. Spa Soak knows what theyre doing and are priced as you would expect. Good amenities and customer care.

I went to destress and relax my mind only to get horrible attitude from the receptionist who literally yelled at me, receiving this attitude after paying for a service that is meant to relax me is absurd. I highly recommend retraining of the receptionist (whom claims to be management) in customer service, etiquette and respect for others.

Really good burger and fries, but a bit pricy. $13 is a bit much. They sell beer and I think liquor, which is good.

While I do think that they could put a little more love into taking care of the customer before the message (i.e. locker room to change, a robe, darker pre-massage room, fruit infused water, etc.) The Signature Deep Tissue Massage was well worth it.

They staff seasoned professionals so youll always get a great massage.
