My visit for my teeth cleaning was top notch from start to finish! I have someone in my home who is immunocompromised so I was happy to see the air purifiers as well as the actions taken to keep me safe (masks, temperature and oxygen measurements). My hygienist continued with the safety measures and was efficient in cleaning my teeth well. I highly recommend SRB Dental!

Dr. Sheila Brown and her staff, especially Katrina have been my dental care providers for over 20 years. I started off afraid and very tentative but over time Dr. Brown has made me feel comfortable enough to visit regularly. Doc and Trina have performed a range of procedures, including root canals, crowns and fillings and I like and trust her. Her office is located near the Loop and is very convenient. I would highly recommend her.

After a couple of negative dental experiences, I visited Dr. Browns office and have been coming here for years now. Dr. Brown and the staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. When I go to the dentist at SRB dental it feels homey like I have family taking care of me, ha just highly trained family.From the waiting room to the dentist’s chair everything is clean and comfortable. I especially love the water, coffee and hot chocolate in the waiting room.

Dr. Brown and staff provided excellent care upon my first visit. The office personnel were welcoming, fast and helpful. The dental assistant was thorough in collecting my medical history and taking my X-Rays but was also personable and relaxing.Dr. Brown’s care was exceptional. She arrived quickly, engaged with me personally and professionally and communicated my dental care needs effectively. Both she and the assistant accommodated my sensitivity and lessened my discomfort where possible.This practice will be my dental care home going forward.

I love this place because they make you so comfortable and they really care about how you’re feeling. I am really jittery and have super sensitive gums. Pam and the team always accommodate me by giving me warm water or always ask if I’m okay during the cleanings. And everyone is so friendly and polite. I highly recommend SRB Dental. I will never go to or trust another place like I do this one. ❤️

The experience here is very professional. Ive been going to Dr. Brown since 2010 and love that they explain to you certain things you may be doing wrong in your brushing technique and ways you can get your teeth healthier. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Hope this was a little helpful

This appointment took entirely too long I was there from 9:30 to 12 waiting in a dental chair I was told I would get an antibiotic prior to my tooth extraction I never got the prescription I was not happy with the way the dental assistant talk to me and handle me at all

Ok...the biggest compliment that I have for the Dr. and staff at SRB is that they are very knowledgeable about their craft. Yet thats not the best part. The best part is that they are willing to share their knowledge so that as a patient you know how to maintain your dental health at home. Many dentist offices are not so forthcoming with information and let you go about life thinking you do a grand job with your dental care, the next thing you know your teeth are going bad. I appreciate the care I receive every time I go to the office.

Dr. Brown and her staff are extremely professional and efficient. She perfroms my routine dental exams and also manages my Invisalign orthodontics. Her office is conveniently located in the South Loop. I have been a patient for nearly seven years and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.
